"After School"

I can't believe I did it. The first created item using [CREATE] was a KA-Bar knife. Now that I have it. I need to keep it safe and secure to avoid losing it. How about I use [CREATE] to make a sheath? That's actually a good idea. I have to get used to it anyway. I went to the lake to practice.

"[CREATE]"

In my hand was a sheath for my KA-BAR knife, and I strapped it at my right t.h.i.g.h.

That was easy. The only thing I have to do, was picture the item clearly. Because I have all the knowledge of earths items. I can make anything from [CREATE]. Knives, guns, cars, buildings, even to a thermonuclear bomb. But building a nuke is just going overboard. There are also rules on how I use it.

• I can use [CREATE] as far as 2 meters only.

• Depends on how large the item is being made by [CREATE]. If the size of your item is as big as your hand, it will instantly manifest. But if it's a size of a car it will take about 1 minute to manifest. The bigger it is, the longer it takes.

• When using [CREATE] you have to avoid being interrupted or you will have to repeat it again.

• There is a limit of how many times I can use [CREATE]. For every item weighing 1 000 kg I manifest. I have to wait for 1 hour to use [CREATE] again. If I made a 50 000 kg item, I have to wait for

50 hours to use [CREATE].

• You can also make multiple items in a single [CREATE].

That's the fundamental rule I have to follow.

"Hey!"

"Gah! Sally! Don't do that! What will happen if you scared me while holding my knife! We might get hurt!"

"Sorry."

Sally's just smiling while saying that.

"You're not really sorry, are you?"

Sally stuck her tongue out. I just rolled my eyes.

"So what are you doing?"

"Just practicing my [CREATE] skill."

"So what are you making then?"

"Just any item that I can think of"

Then something growled. I quickly put my hands on the sheath where my KA-BAR knife is, ready to fight against a monster. This lake was far enough from Calli village that sometimes monsters roam around here. But, the monster that I tried to fight was Sally's stomach. She's going to give me a heart attack someday.

"Can you make food?"

"No."

"Uh... why not?"

"I can only make things, not food"

"Boooo."

"Just go home already then."

"I don't want to."

"Look, the suns setting. If you come home late, your mom will be worried about you.

Stubborn girl.

If you go home now. I will show you something made by [CREATE]."

"Promise!"

"Yes! Now go home!"

Now that Sally went home. I can now start making my first handgun.

"[CREATE]"

I managed to make a Beretta M9, with five extra 15 round magazines(not including in the gun), with 10 boxes of 9mm bullets, a holster for my gun, and earplugs so I don't become deaf when firing, especially with my s.e.n.s.i.t.i.v.e fox ears.

I also made steel targets to fire at. This is going to be fun!

I think that's enough firing for today, due to my hands becoming numb and it's getting dark. While I did some maintenace on my gun. I place it with the extra mags in the gun case that I just recently made. I wonder how my 4 year-old body could withstand that recoil. I think it's because beastkins are much more physically resellient than regular humans. Well time to go home.

"Where have you been!?"

And what was waiting for me at home was my angry and worried Mother. And that got me a lot of scolding and spanking. My b.u.t.t still feels sore.

"Oww... I was just practicing Mom."

"Practicing what?"

"I was sho... I mean using Magic."

Well, I suppose It's the result of using magic that I can practice firing a gun.

"Then why were you practicing using Magic?"

"Because I'm going to be enrolled at the University of Worldly Magic."

When Mother heard me say about the University, she was tense.

"Mom are you ok?"

"Ye-yeah. Come on! Let's celebrate your success for getting in the University!"

With a sudden change of heart, she was now excited and started to cook my favorite dish. Something is definitly wrong here, but I can't say so without any evidence.

"Next Weekend"

Yes! 2 whole days without classes. I can now go to the lake without any interruption. Or that's what I thought when Sally was following.

"Why are you following me?"

"You promised me, that you will show me something with your [CREATE]!"

I totally forgot about that.

"Fine... but follow what I say or you might get hurt if you don't."

"Ok!"

Now that Sally is going with me. I should make another pair of earplugs.

Everytime I shoot my gun, Sally flinches. Her ears droop down, her tail poof up like a ballon and even jump up at my first shot. But when she got used to it, she became very curious. She then tug at my shirt, making me stop and took of my earplugs. I also enabled the safety on my M9.

"Felix... what is that thing your using? Its very loud even wearing this... um?"

"Earplugs."

"Yes earplugs. So what is it."

"A weapon."

"That's a weapon!?"

"Yes. And it can easily kill a grown man with a single well placed hit."

Granted, I shot someone dead with a gun and also got

killed by it.

"That's a scary weapon."

"Of course I won't use it on others, unless it's a monster or enemy."

"Then, can you make one and also teach me?"

"Are you sure? Even knowing what it can do?"

"Yes! I need to learn how to protect my self, even without my magic."

"If your sure, get ready then"

I then made Sally her very own gun.

"[CREATE]"

It's a SIG Sauer P320 Compact. Perfect gun for Sally to use. Before I let her shoot her gun. I then told her the fundamental of how it shots, how to handle it, and all the little tidbits on how to use a gun. Now she's ready to shoot.

"Ready!"

"Yes!"

"3,2,1... Fire!"

*bangbangbang* *dink*

Sally's struggling a bit with the recoil, and missing some of her shots. But she's improving little by little. And with me guiding her. Sally will become a good shooter in no time.

"4 Years Later"

Me and Sally are now 8 years-old and have already finish school a month ago. Now we have to choose a apprenticeship course for 2 more years. After finishing that. We can now go to the University to improve ourselves even better.

Sally chose to be an apprentice of a magician. And me, I choose to be an apprentice of a adventurer. Well, let's get started!
