Reborn As A Fox Beastman With Modern Knowledge

After I woke up, we got out of the bedroom of the inn and waiting in the living room was King Philip, Teacher Hastos, and Lillian's Little Brother Daren.

"Is Felix going to be my Big Brother, Papa!"

"*chuckle* I think that's Felix's decision to make. Right Felix?"

"My Felix. You certainly have grown."

This so embarrassing.

"He will become your Big Brother, right~ Felix♡"

I can't complain, can I?

"Uhm... Sally, what are we going to Say to your Mom and Dad?"

"Will talk to them of course."

There's also my Mother. I wonder how she will react that Sally and a Princess no less proposed to me. Also was the guy supposed to be one to propose to the girl not the other way around? Things just got complicated.

"Hubby is there something wrong?"

Now Lillian is starting to call me Hubby what's next.

"Foxy, are you ok?"

Are you really calling me Foxy, Sally? *sigh* Is sighing all I can do? I have to talk to the King.

"Your majesty, can you explain to me why you are here and also who are this people that kidnapped Lillian and Daren?"

"You don't have to be so formal son (The King is even calling me son now), you can call me Father you know or just Philip if Father is bit much."

"I think Philip is fine."

"First, you know Hastos here right?"

"Yes, he was my teacher when I went to school."

"Correct, but his also the Headmaster of the University of Worldly Magic"

""SERIOUSLY!?""

Me and Sally was shock that the headmaster of the University was our school teacher.

"Wait? If your the headmaster, why where teaching in this village for 4 years. Shouldn't you be at the University?"

"I got bored managing there so I would go to other cities and town villages to be a teacher for 1- 4 years to look for promising individuals. And I found you Felix."

"It was very bothersome for me to find you everytime you disappeared into a densely populated city or a remote village. The only way for me to find you was the letters you always left behind with a riddle to your location, use my spy network, or you just return out of nowhere and that took 1-5 years each."

Elves have the longest lifespan of any other species may be it regular humans or demi-humans. So the headmaster doing this for how many years looks like a short time for him.

"So your just here to fetch Teacher Hastos back to Silfrid."

"Yes, because this two rascals want to go meet their favorite Teacher. And got kidnapped at night."

"Wait, how did they even get kidnapped with 10 knights on guard."

"All of us got shot with a dart, causing all of us to lose consciousness."

This sounds like a professional job. Maybe hired from other enemy countries, other noble family that wants leverage, or just kidnappers that wants to sell them to slave dealers.

"So Lillian, Daren, sorry for asking you about this, but do you know the description of the kidnappers and how you escaped."

"Its ok Hubby. You just want to help catch those bad guys."

"You can catch them Big Brother Felix!"

They told me every details they can remember. They where inside a wooden carriege with metal bars, and the kidnappers where wearing hoods so they didn't see their faces. They talk about how rich they where going to be when they will complete this. They saw a tattoo on their wrist, and wrote the symbol on a piece of paper, its a hand holding a dagger. Then the Ki- I mean Philip recognized the symbol.

"That's the black dagger group the most notorious crime group of the underground world. They accept information gathering, kidnappings, and assasinations."

After Philip gave me an important piece of clue. The siblings continued explaining on how they escaped. When they where looking for a way out, by chance found one of the boards loose. They slowly and carefully pry it loose making sure they where not noticed by the kidnappers, then wait for the carriage to stop. The carriage suddenly stop when the horse got startled by a snake, using that chance they quickly went through the hole escaping to the forest. Before they got a chance to escape they managed to stumble upon a group trolls making their way to the lake where me and Sally was. And that's all the they could tell. Then Philip proposed something.

"Son I have a request for you, will you come with me to my castle at Silfrid and help me catch the criminals. Of course you can refuse but Lillian will have to stay with you."

Living inside a castle will be a very comfortable experience.

"Are you sure me and Sally can live in the castle? That would be rude of us."

"I insist son. Your the fiancee of my daughter so your also a son to me."

"*sigh* I accept your offer. But, will Sally and I can still be enrolled to the University?"

"That will not be a problem Felix. When you and Sally turn 10 years-old you can enter class and graduate after 5 years. With the power of being a headmaster, I will make sure you will pass or skip the entrance exam!"

"Please don't abuse your power Teacher Hastos."

After that conversation. I then told them I have to go to Sally's parent and explain that were getting married.

"Son wait, I have something for you."

Then Philip gave me and Sally something. It was the platinum coin earlier and a golden badge with the Royal Emblem.

"This is a bit to much."

" Please accept it. Its a reward for saving my son and daughter. The badge will give you special clearance in the government and it will also show that you have been recognized by the Royal Family"

"Thank you Philip"

"Thank you, King Philip"

After that, we went to her house.

●[Sally's house]

Sally and I were now facing her house and that got me nervous. *inhale* *exhale*. Then Sally hold my hands tightly.

"We can do this Foxy"

"Yeah, we can do this."

We then entered her house, and saw her mom at the living room reading a book.

"I'm ho-home Mom."

"Sally your home, oh you also brought Felix."

"Mom, where's Dad?"

"His out back chopping firewood, Why? Is this also part of the reason why you two are holding hands?"

Sally's face is deep red.

"Ye-no! I mean yes!"

"Your not making any sense Sally."

"I'm to-to be-be. I'M GOING TO BE MARRIED!"

Oh-oh, Sally's Mom just froze without moving an inch when her mouth slightly move.

"MICHEAL RAFORD! GET IN THE HOUSE RIGHT NOW!"

Ow! Should have brought earplugs. When the back door suddenly burst open and Sally's Dad was rushing inside the house holding the Katana I made, and scanned the room for possible enemies

"WAH!? IS SOMETHING WRONG HONEY!? DID A WILD SNAKE CAME INSIDE AGAIN! Huh? Why is Felix here? *sob* *sob* Ah! Why are you crying!?"

"*sob* Ou-our daughter, OUR DAUGHTER IS GETTING MARRIED!"

"HUH? HUUGGGGGHHHHHH!?!?!?!??!?!!?"

Again, earplugs. Then Sally's Dad look me dead straight at my eyes.

"YOU!"

All the hair on my body stood up.

"Ye-yes!"

"*sob* TAKE CARE OF MY DAUGHTER! *sob*"

... Huh? I thought he was going to fight me!? I even instinctively move my hand to my holster, where my M9 is. He was just a big baby when it comes to Sally

"Jeez Mom! Dad! I'm not going to disappear! I'm going just to be with the person I most love."

"When will the Marriage Ceremony take place!?"

"When will you have kids!"

And that took us a lot of time to explain. But, I'm happy that me and Sally have been given by her parents blessing. Next, is to explain everything to Mom.

●[My House] at Dusk

Why? Why am I this nervous telling mom!? My breathing is ragged, my heart is pumping like crazy, and my legs feels like jelly!? This is so much different than telling Sally's parents, even though I live 8 years with my Mom. Then both my hands where grabbed by Sally and Lillian

"Its ok Foxy, you already talked to my parents. How hard is it to tell your Mother?"

"Hubby is a brave man, you can do it!"

"Thanks guys."

When I opened my door I saw Mom cooking in the kitchen. And greeted her as I normally do.

"I'm back Mom."

"How was your day Felix?"

While Mom was cooking, she didn't notice Sally and Lillian enter the house.

"Mo-Mom?"

"Yes son? I'm still cooking dinner so you should wait and read some books until I'm finish."

"Ok."

I let Mom cook her dish and I just sat at the chair with Sally and Lillian

"Wow Hubby, your Mom is really focus on her cooking. She didn't even notice us enter."

"That was actually the same for me when I was visiting Felix one time. I was waiting for him to come out from his room while his Mom was cooking Lunch, She didn't notice me after she was done cooking. Her cooking is very delicious when she invited me to eat with Felix."

"Oh, I can't wait to taste your Moms cooking or even your cooking Hubby!"

Cooking huh? Well, I can cook, but not as the same level as Mom.

"Sure, I will try cooking a dish when we arrive at the capital."

"Me too! I wan't to taste Foxy's cooking!"

I hope my cooking skill is up to the task. When Mom finished her cooking, Mom finally notice Sally and Lillian.

"Oh, Sally your here and whose this other girl Felix?"

"Let me introduce my self, My name is Lillian Kinston, Princess of the Kingdom of Silfridia."

"A Princess! Sorry for my rudeness!"

My Mom who was shocked that a princess was sitting in the living room and kneeled in front of Lillian.

"Please stand up! I don't want my Mother in law kneeling in her own house because I'm a Princess! Please call me Lillian instead."

"Mother in law?"

My Mom who was helped up was confused at what Lillian said. Lillian and Sally then explained to Mom the situation.

"I want to Marry your son."

"I also proposed to Felix"

My mom was shocked to here there explanation.

"Felix!"

"Yes Mom!"

" *sob* I'm so proud of you!"

My Mom then hugged me crying.

"Please don't cry Mom, I will still be your Little Felix."

"I'm just so happy for you! Please take care of your soon to be wives."

"I will."

Sally and Lillian who was watching us have tears on their eyes.

"You are so Lucky to have a mother like that, Hubby!"

After that, Sally and Lillian was invited to eat Mother's dish. Chicken soup.

"Delicious! Your cooking is very tasty!"

"Yes! I can taste the flavor of the soup and the chicken is so tasty!"

After the Dinner, we then explained everything that happened. We were waiting for Mom's opinion.

"Sally, Lillian, please take care of my son!"

""Yes!""

We got Mom's bessing so I then escort Sally to her home and Lillian to the inn, they both give a peck on the lips, after leaving them to get ready for tomorrows journey. When I came back home Mom was giving me tips on how to properly treat a girl giving me valuable experience. I then went to bed early so that I can get ready for the journey.
