Reborn As Eddie Thawne In DCEU

Darkness filled the room with one speck of light in the center. If one played close attention they would see a small human in each speck if darkness. Each speck had their eyes closed but the one speck of light's eyes were wide open, Eddie was that speck of light confused remembering his own death. He waited for what he presumed would be a God to send him to the afterlife.

He didn't wait long as soon a large man with a beard showed up his body shined lightning up not only Eddie's surroundings but also the entire room. Eddie realized he was floating in a graveyard.

"A brave soul you are, sacrificing oneself for the people around us truly heroic." The man spoke with a smile before he grabbed his belly dropping on to his back dying in laughter.

Eddie was truly surprised one second the guy was commenting on his heroic deed and next second he was laughing at him he was truly confused. "Excuse but I don't understand what's so funny." Eddie's tiny voice was like the squeak of a mouse compared to the laughter of the man.

" What's funny is how foolish you are, had you waited 30 more seconds you would have noticed the guy next to you was an off duty cop. He had already untied himself and was reaching for his gun when you rushed out like an idiot. All you really did was be a distraction long enough for him to take out the robbers. Years later no one will remember the sacrifice you made they'll only remember that foolish guy who lacked the patience required to truly be helpful." He truly did pity such a foolish human sacrificing himself for nothing.

" Wait so you mean I died for nothing?" Eddie froze thinking about his life he really didn't have much going for him but he was young things could have easily turned around."

"Well, it wasn't for nothing," Hearing this Eddie raised his head looking towards the large man. "One girl remembered you and because of you she regained her hope in humanity she soon found a cure for cancer before switching professions and finding a way to travel light-years in a months time instead." She would be the savior of humanity she achieved most of her accomplishments because of you. For that, you have my gratitude and that's why I'll reincarnate you in a world and body of my choosing with 3 wishes.

Eddie was relieved to hear that his sacrifice actually meant something to someone. Though he vowed in his next life he wouldn't get out so easily he would be the savior.

" For my first wish, I want the healing factor and training of Deadpool without that horrible thing he calls a body."

"It shall be done," God spoke slowly like a certain dragon.

"For my second wish I want the intelligence of Lex Luthor and please don't make me bald." The good nodded b and Eddie continued " For my third wish I wish to be as strong as Lucifer Morningstar and even stronger at my best." Eddie stared at God seeing he didn't react immediately he was nervous.

"Your first two wishes shall be granted but you do understand that you just asked me to make you as powerful as the second most powerful person in the DC Comics( I know there are plenty of people that could kill Luci but you guys get the point.) but I can work with this. You won't unlock Lucifer's powers until 12 years of age and even they'll be extremely suppressed you need to be extremely lucky if you plan on fighting God's. By 21 you'll be stronger than most gods among men but if you ever face anyone that could kill you, you'll have the ability to unlock more power but it comes with consequences. The more power you unlock the quicker your emotions dim eventually you'll lose them completely. There are ways to counteract this I wish you luck in finding them." The God smiled and Eddie immediately raised his hand now wanting to be reincarnated yet.

" Wait I don't deserve this, the girl this is what she deserves she is the savior I just don't understand why you would give me such an opportunity." Eddie was frustrated he wanted his wishes but he at least wanted to know the real reason he was being reincarnated.

"She's my daughter, Recently she was having bad nightmares she was turning into a truck, bus, or a car and killing mortals." No one would mind if it was just a dream but it turns out her nightmares were partially true. Except she wasn't turning into human vehicles just sending them out killing mortals. The high council was extremely Pissed each mortal that died was reincarnated with a couple of wishes. To punish her they sent her to earth with a mission to save mankind or die with them. You helped her had she not seen you sacrifice yourself in that robbery I'm not sure she would be alive for much longer." The God snapped his finger vanishing Eddie v on his way to reincarnation.

The God smiled before chuckling and disappearing himself. He soon appeared in what seemed to be a poker room other men playing cards watching TV and laughing. The God sat day down in his own seat as his friends looked at him with smiles.

"Real nice touch telling him it was your daughter." One God patted his back and he felt smug he grabbed the remote changing the channel to the newest show. Eddie was on the screen in a dark place but he was no longer a speck of light just a baby waiting to be born. " Let's see what this mortal accomplishes" they all laughed hearing him speak but he was genuinely curious.

AN: Comment I really just spitballed the wishes hope they aren't too bad but I didn't see any good DC fanfics and this one was in my mind months ago so I decided to get it out before going to sleep. If you guys like I'll keep writing.
