Reborn As Vegeta

Vegeta had a good idea of what happened, however, to make sure he was right, he stood by Goku and Goten's side as Bulma called Chichi.

Currently, the real Goten was traversing Universe 6 with Trunks, and the second generation of team 7.

Vegeta was beginning to lose his patience while Beerus complained to Bulma about creating a time machine.

Vegeta then said, "It's a machine that can travel to parallel timelines, it doesn't actually change the future."

Beerus was about to continue when Bulma held out her finger and said, "And I said, I didn't create it, another version of me did, so bring your complaints to her."

"That won't be possible." Gotens voice echoed out as he woke up.

Chichi who was watching over him looked at Goten and said, "So you came from the future?"

Goten grabbed his mom and hugged her, "Mom!"

Chichi smiled and patted him on the back as the boy sobbed, Vegeta scratched his head not knowing what to say; when Goku walked over and placed his hand on his shoulder, "What happened son?"

Bulma brought Goten a glass of water and everyone waited until he calmed down, he looked around and began to explain what happened when Trunks returned to his timeline.

After leaving a resurrected future in peace, the timeline turned into a very different future, Goku and Chichi had their youths restored and their lives back, it wasn't long until Goten was born.

After experiencing the apocalypse, Chichi had no problem with Goten becoming a fighter, Trunks ended up becoming something like Gohan was to Trunks.

A teacher, friend, and goal for him to meet.

Time flew by, everyone continued to grow stronger by the day, Vegeta calmed down quite a bit, Bra was born shortly after Goten and he slowly started to show a softer side.

That was, until one day, Buu came along.

When Vegeta transformed into his Majin form during the Buu saga, the darkness he was combating was exploited and he allowed himself to be controlled by Babidi, it took Trunks transforming into a Super Saiyan God to calm Vegeta down.

However, the fight between Vegeta's Evil God transformation accidentally fueled Buu's revival, Shin was caught and absorbed by Buu.

When that happened, Buu changed into a strange bluish think version of himself and disappeared after being defeated by True Super Saiyan God Trunks.

Babidi died shortly thereafter Vegeta conquered his past and put his wicked deeds behind him once and for all.

However, their peace didn't last long.

Goten explained how after the Buu Event, Vegeta attacked everyone, he started by killing Trunks and Bulma while their backs were turned.

Vegeta gripped his fists, "Bra managed to escape, but...This can't be Vegeta, I refuse to believe that the man I know is capable of this, not after he tried so hard to change himself."

"I'm not the type to give up the things I've earned," Vegeta said as he looked at Goten, "Rest assured, Goten, you are correct in your assumptions, that man is not your Vegeta."

Goten's eyes widened as he said, "For real! Bra always said the same thing,"

Vegeta's eyes widened, Bulma's as well as she shook off her fears and said, "Is she okay?"

Goten nodded his head, "She fine, a real fighter and of course, she certainly takes after her mom. Bra was able to remake the fuel needed to power the machine, your daughter really is super smart."

Bulma's mouth drew into a curve, "Say...Goten, what do you think of Bra."

Goten showed a goofy grin as he said, "She's the best."

Chichi and Bulma pulled each other over to the cornner and began wispering.

Goten blinked cluelessly as Vegeta and Goku did the same, Kibo lifted a brow as if he had a clue but found Vegeta and Goku's cluelessness funny, so he decided to keep it to himself.

Vegeta turned to Beerus and said, "We need to pay a visit to Universe 10's Lord of Lords."

"You suspect a Kai?" Whis asked.

Vegeta turned to Kibo, "This guy's wife is a prophet, I asked her for some advice once or twice."

Kibo rolled his eyes and covered for Vegeta, "Yep, she said that the treat would come a Lord of Lords in training."

Whis smiled as he said, "Oh, is that true?"

"You could ask the orcal fish if you guys don't believe me," Kibo said as he turned back to Goten.

Goten looked at him and had no idea who Kibo was, so Kibo quickly intoduced himself as a visitor of another reality.

Goten was shocked to say the least. He then stood up and asked Vegeta and Goku to return and help them, this Negageta as named by Bra, is horrifying. His story continued as he informed them of what happend next.

Negageta's power is was nothing at first, however, the more they fought, the stronger he became, one his hair and fure turned rose colored, he managed to destroy most of the Z fighters.

Bra and the rest are currently in hiding, they had some spots off world that they hid in.

Thanks to something Bra made, they were able to keep their energy hidden, even when they were using Ki.

Goten was able to teleport, however, eventally, their base on mars was found by not Vegeta, but, a Evil version of Goku.

Goten and Bra did everything they could to run, they enventually fought off Negaku and hid inside a barren astroid out in the middle of empty space.

Just like before, the Z fighters were widdled down to just Bra and Goten, they managed to get ahold of Bulma's time manchine and her notes on how to make the fuel.

In order top off the Time-Ship, Goten and Bra had to return to earth, they quickly went back to Capsule Corp and ended up running into the resitance.

However, their presence brought the two Evil Versions of Goku and Vegeta over to their attention.

Goten was forced inside while Bra transformed into a True Super Saiyan God Blue to fight off against the both of them.

It brought them precious time, once Goten made sure she and the remaining humans gathered together, Goten shot off a Full Powered Super Kamehameha and even dipped into using up his own life force to empower the technique. The blast hit the two villans in the back and allowed Bra to escape.

Before he passed out, Goten hit the navigation device and sent himself back to this timeline.

The crowd was quit, Vegeta looked at him and said, "You did good, as for your drained life force, we have some things here that can take care of that."

Goten could see the rage on Vegeta's face, and started to figure out why he was so mad, "Vegeta, what do you think happened?" Goten asked knowing he would get an accurate answer.

"I think someone made a very smart wish, and that someone helped this fellow make this wish." Vegeta looked up and said, "It has to be Fu's doing."

Vegeta was correct, during the Universal Tournament, he knew that the God of All would be there, so, of course, he wouldn't show up.

Fu had his sights set on the person known as Zamasu.

Just like in the original story, Zamasu saw the Tournament, as his plan began to take motion, Fu paid the young Kai in training a visit, he offered him a pair of unique black earings and some advice, in exchange he had to agree to fight for him for one day in the future.

Fu then dissapeared just as mysteriously as he came, Zamasu grinned as he made the wish to steal both the bodies of Vegeta and Goku from this time-lines future.

Not only were their bodies stolen, the bodies the two Zamasu's inhabited, were granted god-level regeneration.

Any damage done to them only made them stronger.

Vegeta was boiling under his skin, he wanted to grab Fu and strangle the life out of him, however, this was his own fault, he knew he should have made his move against Zamasu ages ago, but he didn't even think that it mattered.

Seeing Goten here made him think of how foolish he was, he thought that the power he gave them would be enough to handle anything.

Vegeta thought that it would could keep Shin from dying in that timeline, but Destiny continued along the same course.

Vegeta turned to Goku and said, "Take care of those fools, they think that the Rose form is enough to handle anything, show them wrong Kakarot."

Goku smiled as he said, "What about you?"

"I'm going with Beerus to end the one who started this, I don't know about you, but I like being in charge of my body, and I assume Beerus enjoys living," Vegeta said as he stepped over towards Whis.

"Wait, you guys haven't listened at all, we need to train before we return. Trunks told me how you guys were like the strongest versions of ourselves, I need to get stronger so I can fix it," Goten pleeded.

Vegeta smiled and said, "Goten, come fight me."

Goten nodded his head, he could see what Vegeta was after.

Goten powered up to True Super Saiyan God Red and said, "I'm not going to hold back!"

Vegeta did the same and saw that Goten was indeed quite strong, however, Vegeta hardly broke a sweat as he blocked all of Goten's attacks.

Goten then quickly transformed into True Super Saiyan God Blue as he was seconds away from landing a punch.

His fist blew past Vegeta's guard, however, the puch hit nothing.

Goten was stuned as he lost track of Vegeta, he appeared behind Goten and flicked him in the back of the head.

Goten flew face down and was caught by Goku, "Get back in there, son!"

Goten gave his father a warm look, "Easy for you to say, even in this form I'm on the losing end against the previous."

"Yeah, but I can sense you holding something back," Goku said with a smile as he tossed Goten back up.

Goten floated back up to Vegeta and said, "Okay, so I haven't perfected the form, I can barely hold it for a minute."

Goten then powered up again, his hair turned purple and took the Super Saiyan 2 hairstyle.

Vegeta smiled as Goten used a times one hundred Kaio-ken Technique and smashed into Vegeta with all his might.

Vegeta raised his hand and said, "Kokoro-Ken Times 700."

Vegeta caughet Goten's fist and said, "Just so you know, True Super Saiyan God Purple isn't the end."

Vegeta powered up to True Super Saiyan God Green, "True Super Saiyan God Purple is just the begining. Even now, there are higher forms that Kakarot and I are trying to achieve. Tell me, do you think we can defeat those two body snatchers."

Goten gulped, the power he sensed was leages above what he sensed from Zamasu.

Goten nodded his head, as he looked to Goku and asked, "Can dad do that too?"

"Atually, I made it to the next stage!" Goku bragged as he put one foot behind his leg and his hands behind his head.

Vegeta grunted, "You got lucky, if I spent more time on my Saiyan Transformation Ability than my Ultra Instinct Training, then I would have acessed it first."

Goku laughed as he said, "Awe, come on Vegeta, you got to it as well."

Vegeta rolled his eyes, "Well, do you need to see more."

"No, but I want to!" Goten shouted.

Vegeta laughed and decided to give the boy a show, he started to power up and created a powerful storm of energy that swept throughout the area, Vegeta's body slimed down slightly, his hair turned vibrant orange while taking on the hair style of Super Saiyan 4, the only differnece was that their signiture fur was missing.

Vegeta looked at Goten and said, "Well now, does this impress you."

Goten couldn't sense Vegeta's energy, Beerus coughed out what he was drinking as he stared at Vegeta in surprise. "What form is that!?"

"True Super Saiyan God Orange, it's apromix modifier is around 1 billion times stronger than True Super Saiyan God Green." Vegeta announced as he powered down.

"Hey what do I do?" Kibo asked.

Vegeta looked at him and said, "Why don't you join Kakarot."

Kibo nodded his head, "Cool, that works out just fine for me."
