Reborn In Black Clover With Demon Slaying Magic

After having Nebra submit herself to him, Grim walked past the eldest daughter of the Silva household and stood in front of her team's crystal.

'To think they fought so hard to protect this... To bad it was a waste of time. Turning his head to the side in order to glance at Nebra. Grim smiled as his grimoire started glowing green and the wind manifested itself into his hand.

Placing his hand on the crystal, he formed an air grenade and watched as it went off shattering the crystal into tiny fragment and blowing them away from himself.

And with that, his team moved onto the next round.

"G-Grim..." Nebra called out after hearing the noise that signified the end of the match.

"Hmm?" He turned to look at her.

"I-I well... What should I do now?" Looking unsure of herself, she knew that she had just embarrassed herself in front of the entire kingdom and was wondering if Grim had any ideas to help save her reputation. While she might have submitted herself to him, her pride as a royal would not permit her to be looked down upon by others.

Seeing the previously arrogant girl gripping the hems of her outfit, Grim couldn't but chuckle at her predicament. If this was before, he would have simply walked away after giving her the finger. But now that she had bowed her head to him, he considered her his property and an extension of himself by default. That being said, wouldn't it be outrageous if others were allowed to do what they wanted with his property?

After thinking about it for a while, he came up with a solution.

Turning to face the wizard king and the people devices used to transmit the footage to the entire kingdom, with a smile on his face he opened his mouth and resolved the entire situation.

"Yo Clover citizens, this woman is now under my banner, if you respect me you'll respect her."

"What?"

"Is he serious?"

"He expects us to respect a royal! How outrageous!"

As Grim's speech reverberated throughout the entire kingdom, voices of dissatisfaction rang out as the people of the Clover kingdom couldn't believe that he wanted them to respect someone they considered an enemy.

Knowing that this wouldn't be enough to quell the years of animosity they had towards nobility, Grim continued with his speech.

"I know what you all are thinking. Respect a royal? That doesn't sound right. But worry not! I don't want you to respect her as a royal, I could give less of a shit about that title! I want you to respect her as the first royal to fall to me! Grim THE COMMONER!" Slamming his ċhėst with his knuckles in order to cause a more visual impact to the viewers. "LADIES AND GENTLEMEN OF THE CLOVER KINGDOM, RIGHT NOW YOU ARE WITNESSING HISTORY IN THE MAKING! NEBRA SILVA! THE FIRST NOBLE TO SUBMIT! HER NAME WILL GO DOWN IN THE ANNULS OF HISTORY AS THE SPARK THAT LIT THE FLAME OF CHANGE! DON'T LET YOUR ANGER OF THE NOBLES CLOUD YOUR JUDGEMENT! THIS IS A VICTORY FOR COMMONERS EVERYWHERE! TODAY IS A DAY TO BE CELEBRATED! ARE YOU WITH ME!!" He roared.

"AYE!!"

"WE'RE WITH YOU GRIM!!"

"DOWN WITH NOBILITY!!"

All over the kingdom, the citizens of Clover roared with Grim as they had completely forgotten that the fact that they were meant to be watching a tournament to pick the best fighters to protect the Clover kingdom. .

*Sigh*

'His words alone are capable of bringing down an entire kingdom... If he ever went into politics he could probably take over the entire country within a few days...'

[A/n: I love how Grim has two different versions of Naruto's greatest ability: Talk no Jutsu and Roast no Jutsu. One brings people over to his side while the other breaks them lol. The perfect offense and defence.]

Seeing Grim speak out for her, Nebra went red in the face as her heart beat so fast that she thought that it was trying to jump out of her ċhėst.

'H-He's saying all of that for me...'

Touching her ċhėst and watching him, a feeling that she had never felt before was beginning to take root within her heart.

Finishing his speech, Grim couldn't help but whisper to himself.

"Damn I'm good... Kind of wish I had speech magic now, I'd be unstoppable."

Grinning to himself, he headed over towards Nebra.

'He's coming this way! Is-Is he gonna compliment me! What should I do?! What should I sa-

Walking past her without saying a word, Nebra's illusion completely shattered.

'H-He walked past me...'

Just as she was about to despair, Grim's voice made its way into her ear.

"Stay at least five feet away from me when we're walking."

Surprised by his words, she turned to look at the departing figure.

"I- Yes Gri- Master!!"

'Master? Didn't she adapt a bit too fast?'

'Well whatever. I'll deal with that at another time.'

Putting his hand in his pockets, he slowly took to the sky and made his way over to the viewing platform with a massive grin spread across his face.

Watching the entire spectacle from start to finish, Mimosa didn't know what to make of what had just happened. While she was pleased that Grim was showing off his greatness in front of the entire kingdom, the fact that he had grown closer to her older female cousin was quite vexing.

In fact both Noelle and Rebecca were having similar thoughts while Mereoleona couldn't help but laugh at it all.

As the least arrogant noble within the kingdom, she couldn't help but find the entire situation amusing.

'Finally someone who knows how to have some real fun! I can't wait to see what he'll do next.. Damn this is getting exciting.'
