And then a portal appeared out of nowhere, alerting the council members and readying their stances. Issei just calmly sit in his place, drinking a cup of tea from god knows where. Actually, he just brought it out of his inventory after asking Draig to buy him a cup of tea in which Draig complied and he also bought a cup of coffee for himself. Anyways, a person came out of the portal and that man is none other than Vali, the White Dragon Emperor. Sona and her peerage were shocked seeing the host of the Divine Dividing and got worried that he and Issei are going for a showdown, in which both of them assured them that they wouldn't and told them the relationship between Draig and Albion.

Issei: "I have already told them about it."

What makes them more suprised is that the pest as they say is holding the blue spear that Dohnaseek has shot and was examining it carefully. Issei then crushed it easily like crushing dirt. Vali looking from the sidelines was shocked on seeing Issei's ability.
