Records Of The Strongest Teacher

Chapter 1 - Desmond Hale.

"Please come in and have a seat class. The teacher will be just a minute."

Desmond scooted in his chair and nodded his head at the man guiding the students into the seats. There were three girls in his row, all dressed up in white dresses, while he was in his own white uniform.

This academy was the most famous school in Dragon Ivy Citadel known as Purple Elite Academy. He was in the advanced program waiting for his famous teacher to show his face. Yet, he knew only so much about the mysterious professor. It was an unspoken rule to not talk about him outside of class.

'So, I finally got accepted into the famous professor's class. I'm also finally in this place with the girls of my dreams. Now, all I have to do is not mess this up."

It was extremely hard to get into this academy. Usually, you'd have to be gifted and quite thick skinned to pass through the hellish trials for the school. However, Desmond somehow got extremely lucky during his trail period. Hence, whenever there was a fire, or a trap, a mysterious force seemed to help him push it away from the exit. It was both miraculous and different then he expected. Instantly, his life had changed, and he was no longer the poor Desmond his rich friends scoffed at. Now, he had a chosen individual scholarship, and was waiting for his amazing guidance in the old academy on the hill. However, now he just had to meet the man and find out his name...

"So, did you guys hear about him? Apparently, all the girls who see him fall in love with him."

"Ha, he's so handsome that his face was hidden from the school manual. It must be like looking at heaven and seeing it smile at you."

"Ah… I wonder if he will choose me!"

….

Desmond looked over at the three girls talking next to him. He was quite attracted to all three of them, however, only one had a familiar name in his mind.

Her name was Jasmine, and she was like a diamond butterfly. She was not only gorgeous but had a sweet voice that was going on about their new teacher. At this moment, he wanted to wave over at her, yet he knew he didn't have the best reputation.

'Well, perhaps something will happen to change my life. if I get chosen, then she would definitely come to find me.'

Desmond thought about this as he glanced at Jasmines bulging c.h.e.s.t, and her sweet smile. He only knew that she was also looking forward to the teacher's arrival. Yet, then a second later the teacher walked in to the class. As he stepped inside the classroom, all the curtains closed, and it was impossible to see for a moment.

Yet, before he could blink he felt a hand on his back.

"Desmond, would you come with me? I'm afraid you're not welcome here in the back of the class."

The voice sounded like it was sweet yet firm. It immediately scared Desmond out of his new identity.

"I-I qualified…! What are you talking about Mister? Perhaps you are getting me confused with someone else… I passed the exam with flying colors!"

A sweet chuckle came after Desmond replied before he felt himself carried into the air.

"You'll find out in a minute, but I promise it is nothing bad. Just don't resist the feeling in your stomach as I carry you along."

Desmond couldn't answer before he felt a tug on his body. A second later he was in front of the class room and all the student's eyes were on him.

He could see Jasmine sitting down gasping in shock. All the students were staring at him like their lives had ended early and prem.a.t.u.r.ely. Yet, Desmond was not aware of the core student ritual. Hence, he was shaking as a hand held his shoulders tightly.

'Am…Am I going to die,' Desmond thought staring up at his professor's face. His blonde hair was floating down his cheeks almost as if a constant wind was lifting it. However, then Desmond noticed a small mark on his forehead.

"Class, it may be a surprise that I've already chosen a core student. However, I must tell you about Desmond here, and tell you a few things about myself…" He cleared his voice as he spun Desmond around towards the wall.

"I'm someone with an extraordinary gift that can only be used on the most talented students. Hence, Desmond, by being up here, in a way has something in the countless heavens calling to him."

He pushed his hands-on Desmond's back before he continued.

"He's someone you all have looked down because of his background. Yet, I bet you didn't know that his father was one an immortal. You probably also weren't aware that his background involved rigorous training, and countless near-death experiences. If he wasn't so lucky, he'd probably be dead already. Isn't that right, Desmond?"

Desmond looked up confusedly before the teacher started laughing.

"He's also a little bit embarrassed to be in this situation. Yet, I promise I made the right choice, and this boy will not disappoint you. If I didn't possess the ability of clairvoyance, I might have missed this child. However, that is besides the point. You'll will have to help him create his army and save the world. Do you have any questions?"

The teacher's voice nearly caused tens of hundreds of hearts to crack. It was like all expectations about their lives were shattered instantly. Not only that, it was Desmond, the poor boy, whom many had condemned and ridiculed.

"Uhm… Teacher," Jasmine screamed as she jumped up in her white dress. Her hair sprinkled down her back causing all the eyes and lights to shine towards her. Yet, she was almost too nervous to confront the godlike man in front of her with dialog

"Are you really choosing Desmond? He's nice and all, but he's definitely not the son of an immortal. His dad died when he was-"

"Nonsense! His dad was the vice admiral of the Scarlet Blood Navy! You'll might not know this, but his dad was quite the liar! He couldn't b.a.r.e tell the truth to Desmond's mom, and ended up saying he was going to the store. Unfortunately, it was truthfully the war for the continent. He ended up dying before he could bring home the milk. Sorry to have to tell you that Desmond…"

The entire class gasped as Desmond felt like his entire world was broken in twenty seconds. A random, handsome man just picked him up, carried him in front of the class room, called his dad an immortal, and then said he lied to his mom because he didn't want her to worry. What was next? Was he going to tell him his mother was his lover, or that the demon beasts were going to come back?

"Uhm… are you serious, professor? I thought my mother saw his dead body on the street. If such a thing was truly the case, how did an immortal get killed in the street? Was there a battlefield in this fortress that I wasn't aware of?"

"Yes, it's completely well known that Desmond's dad was killed by a crazy thief! If he was really an immortal's son, why would the government do this to him!" Jasmine said this with an instance of bitterness in her voice. She couldn't believe the one boy who she ever truly pitied was an immortal's son. If only she knew this before anyone else, perhaps she wouldn't have been so distant from him all these years.

"Ha, it was an illusion for his mother's safety. Do you realize how much potential Desmond inherited because of his father? He not only has his father's luck, but he also has the same spiritual roots! It's a shame you all treated him like garbage for years. It seems like you'll have to make it up to him once he becomes your king and teacher."

Desmond, suddenly, felt very tired and warm after his teacher finished talking.

"By the way, my names are Professor Angelus. If you all don't have any objections, I have already started Desmond's rites of passage under my tutelage. Once he agrees to let me draw some of his blood, I will begin unlocking some of his potential..."

The rites of passage were a special connection between teacher and student. Basically, it was almost like the two would share thoughts, and always be united until it was time. However, usually there would be some thought allowed to the student before the rites were initiated. Perhaps it was only because Angelus was so famous that this was not frowned upon. In fact, some of the students in the class room were wishing he would die as the teacher's voice trailed off.

Desmond, in response, held out his hand as he gulped watching his teacher's deft hands poke a small drop before he held it up in front of the class.

The students, at this moment, felt reality dawning upon them.

They were wrong about Desmond all these years. Now, unfortunately, he was going to have a heavenly scholar guiding him at his every waking moment. This also meant, in a way, that he'd be a teacher in his own right, and could offer guidance to them. It was like seeing a broken piece of jade being polished before your eyes.
