Reincarnated As

"Your call Guild Master." Hazard said, everyone was looking at him, but not because of the wings or tattoos, Anna was rubbing up against him, Hazard had let go a few minutes ago but she had locked onto him.

After a minute of waiting The Guild Master finally answered. "Accepted, Hazard you can fly go find the Triplets."

"On it!" Hazard said while pushing Anna off of himself, he ran to the door and spread his wings. After he passed the threshold of the door he took off into the sky.

Hazard scanned the city from the sky with his eyes, looking over every alleyway and street, looking anywhere and everywhere.

Hazard spotted the three girls walking by the main fountain and talking leisurely. He flew low toward them but didn't land.

"Fell, Gem, Sandra get to the guild. We've got an emergency."

When they looked up their jaws dropped in surprise from seeing the icy flying man with black tattoos. It took a minute before one of them actually spoke up, that person was Fell. "Wow... okay what's happening."

"Someone tried to assassinate the Lord and his daughter. I managed to bring them here but there are more people coming."

"Dayum." Gem said.

"Let's go." Sandra said as she nodded at Hazard.

The three started running towards the Guild and Hazard went back into the sky before speeding to the Guild through the air.

He got back first and he landed in front before walking in.

"They coming?" James asked.

"Yeah they're running here."

"Great, you're scouting, I need enemy numbers, fly above them and get a read on their location."

By this time the triplets entered the guild.

"Might not be necessary, Anna..." Hazard turned to Anna. "How many are there?"

"50 enemies." She replied.

"Okay, that is bad." Hazard said.

"Hold on a minute how would you know that?" Lord Kremaris asked.

'Good luck.' Hazard thought.

'Can you tell them, please.' She replied in his head.

"Now that..." He said while sitting down. "Is your secret to tell."

"What secret?" Lord Kremaris was beyond confused at this point, so Hazard just nodded at her.

"I have a skill called [Forced Telepathy] it... allows me to read minds and speak into other's minds." She answered.

"... What?!" x5

Everyone but Hazard had their mouths wide open.

"You knew?" Lord Kremaris looked at Hazard his mouth still open, Hazard just nodded in response. "How?"

"[Appraisal]"

"... That skill is legendary class." James said.

"Oh, I guess that's cool, but now is not the time to discuss this." Hazard replied.

"They have entered the city." Anna cut in, popping out from behind her father.

"So, what are we to do?" Sandra asked, and everyone stared at Hazard.

"What are you looking at me for?" Hazard asked.

"You're in charge, it's your quest." Fell said with a gleaming smile. Hazard had already figured out that no one else wanted to do it so he ignored her response.

"Whatever, you guys stay and protect these two, James and I will go take eliminate the enemies." James nodded at Hazard and they both walked forward. James pricked the end of his thumbs with his teeth and then said. "[Blood Gauntlets]" The skill s.u.c.k.e.d his blood from the wounds and wrapped around his hands until it formed a similar design to Hazard's gauntlets but with a different crest on the tops.

"I'll carry you to where they are." Hazard said and James once again nodded. Everyone watched from inside at Hazard closed his eyes and began circulating his Mana from his body into his wings. The added Mana increased the size threefold and made them brighter. He stretched his wings and flew off the ground slightly before grabbing James under the arms. Hazard tried to lift off, but he was heavy, so Hazard increased the Mana output even more and his wings grew to ten times their normal size.

With this Hazard shot up into the sky with James, he hovered a bit to get his bearings.

'Sam, where are the assassins?'

[They are hiding in a building called "The Emerald Boar Inn" It was an inn in the slums until it was abandoned during the tax rise.]

'Thanks. Anna warn the others just in case, they are at an abandoned inn in the slums.' Hazard thought hoping that they weren't out of range. He was lucky, she heard it and replied, 'If I tell them will you marry me?'

"F.u.c.k no." Hazard said and thought at the same time.

'Fine, but I'm not done yet.' she replied.

"What was that?" James asked looked up at Hazard.

"Talking to Anna sorry, I know where they are." Hazard said before speeding towards the slums, he saw wrecked old building with a Boar statue, he guessed that it had lost it's emerald color a long time ago.

"There..." Hazard said while looking at the boar state.

"Emerald Boar? huh..." James replied.

"You know them?" Hazard asked curiously.

"Yeah I know em, that placed used to be run by a criminal organization until they ran from the taxes." He paused while examining the broken old statue, but then continued. "It was discovered to have a crypt like structure underneath, they would kidnap visitors to the inn and preform experiments on them, like creating a human familiar."

"Okay, ready to kick some ass?" Hazard joked.

"Always." James said sarcastically, fifty was a little much even for a Guild Master, so it made sense he that we was apprehensive.

Hazard flew down slowly and began to shrink his wings until they had reached normal size, he then folded them and put the Guild Master down.

They snuck around the boar statue to the side of the building and around the back. There they found an entrance, it was a broken old wooded door with scratches and burn marks on it, not ominous at all...

"Let's go..." Hazard whispered and James silently nodded before entering through the door. There was no light, but there also seemed to be no enemies.

'Where are they Sam?'

[Directly below you...]

Hazard froze and James stood looking at him. Hazard looked over to James and out his finger over his mouth telling him to be quiet, he then pointed down towards the floor and James's eyes open as he looked down. Through some of the boards, Hazard could see some light peeking through. He moved his eye close to the ground and peered through the holes, there he saw roughly fifty hooded send masked figures, a woman with a red dress, and a butler with a hooded man behind him. Hazard's face paled as he saw who they were.

The woman with the red dress was Mrs. Kremaris, the butler was Sebastian, and the hooded figure behind the two, he guess was the young master, Ares Kremaris.

'You there Anna?' Hazard thought.

'Yes, need something?' she replied.

'I know who... perpetrated the assassination...' Hazard thought with a shaky tone.

'Huh, good. Is something wrong?'

'Your family is the one behind this. Your mother, Sebastian, and I think your brother as well are here giving orders to the assassins.'

Anna's POV:

"WHAT?!?!?!" Anna yelled, she could read minds but she never bothered listening to what her parents thought, and she now regretted that.

"What happened?!" Fell asked with a concerned tone.

"My fiance found the ones behind the attempt on our lives." She said meekly

"Okay, who... wait, FIANCE?!?!?!" Fell asked before screaming.

"Yes, he proposed to me, it was beautiful." She said while wiggling. "Anyway..." She mumbled while turning to her father. "It seems mother, Sebastian, and brother are behind the attack."

"W-we are g-gonna talk about this... later." Fell said while holding back tears.

"Your mother would never do this... never." he was mumbling, he could barely concentrate.

"It's time to start a war..." Anna whispered to herself.
