"Unlock reputation points? What's the use of those stuffs though?" Kiana was slightly disappointed with the reward, passing through an audition isn't as easy as putting glue on a paper. She entered the shower and open the faucet, water immediately went out, filling in the pail. There were soft beeping sounds within her head, making Kiana quite annoyed about it.

"The system is sorry for the delay. Reputation points helps you purchase more skills every time you receive a new system package or features within the system's store." The mechanical voice replied. "Note. The RBT System will be automatically deactivate when water is detected near the host's head, since the system will be damaged and will cause neuron cancer to the host. If you don't want to deactivate it while taking a short bath right now, please use your reputation points to update the system: Waterproof Update. Costs about 20 reputation points." The system reminded before it went off.

Kiana just rolled her eyes at the reminder, "Seriously. How typical could this system be."

She started to scoop the water within the pail using the dipper, she slowly tilted the dipper, making it pour the contents within on her head and body. The cold touch of water on her head made her flinch in pain for a split second, she rubbed her face before squeezing the sachet of shampoo on her palm. She then rubbed the shampoo on her hair, cleaning any unnecessary dirt sticking on her hair. She rinsed her hair thoroughly, letting the the soapy water sluice. Kiana then squeezed her hair, leaving it semi-dried before she dr.a.p.ed the towel around her small figure.

Kiana left the bathroom and changed onto her dark blue uniform, it gave her a nostalgic feeling before she twirled around and look into the tall mirror. The mirror was the sole evidence that it wasn't the same Kiana Mauri Lin in front of the mirror who once hated her own figure; in front of the mirror was a stranger with Kiana's soul in it. She just gave out a wry smile, 'Somehow, I'm starting to feel bit face-sick… ha ha. What a word. Face-sick.' she just chuckled at the thought and grabbed her backpack sitting erectly on the bed.

Kiana breathed in sharply before opening the door, revealing the same interior design when she was still living in this apartment.

"Kiana! Hurry up." Kiana heard her mom called out by the door. She immediately used her short legs to briskly walk towards the entrance/exit of the door. Her mother was in a tight personal assistant attire, making her body curves emphasized. Kiana immediately look around, as if looking for somebody. "Your father is already at work awhile ago." Her mother answered Kiana's thoughts before they both left the apartment.

Kiana rubbed her eyes as she noticed that there was white fog hovering the tall buildings, she remembered that the view when she goes out of the apartment room was a beautiful view of the city. "System, why is it foggy?" Kiana muttered underneath her breath, making sure her mother doesn't notice.

Kiana immediately cringed as she heard the sound of screeching sounds within her head, her body felt all itchy and exhausted at the same time. The mechanical voice distorted through the screeches and tapping sounds started to enter the unpleasant tumult of screeches and voice distorting. Kiana tried her best not to make her body convulse at the sound.

Within her vision, the system sent a glitching blue neon colored notification screen. "The system is currently under first repair due to the sudden involvement of liquid."

Kiana just bit her lip in irritation, 'What kind of cheat system did God gave me?!' she lamented within her brain. She has been suffering from two consecutive repairments for the malfunctioning system in her head for a day!

"Kiana. Sweetie, are you okay?" with Kiana's mother noticing that her daughter's cheeks were flushed red, she immediately asked. Kiana just smiled and nodded. Her mother wasn't convinced at smile and nod, she used her palm and touched Kiana's forehead. 'She's not sick.'

"It's just that I am nervous for the presentation, mom." Kiana immediately reasoned out as they reached the parking area and went into the car. She sighed in relief that she had remembered that she will have a group presentation today.

Hearing this explanation, her mother just chuckled and patted her daughter's head. "Relax. You still have your group mates to help and support you." her consoled as she started driving through the road. Kiana just smiled and nodded, once again.

But inside her head was just a neverending chaos. 'Please just shut up.'

"Good luck with your presentation, Nana." Kiana's mother cheered as her daughter went of the car.

Kiana placed an enthusiastic smile on her face, "Thanks mom!" but in her mind, she was already crying from joy since the screeching noises had already stopped. She immediately waved her hand and ran into the building.

"F*ck you, system." Kiana cussed underneath her breath as she walked along the hallways.

"The system is extremely sorry for the inconvenience. As for the view, the host needs to spend a few dollars to level up your distance view. One dollar per level upgrade. Do you want to upgrade your distance?" The mechanical voice spoke, making Kiana a bit pissed.

"Maximum level upgrade would be great." Kiana muttered, making sure people wouldn't think that she is a weirdo.

"That would be twenty dollars for the upgrade. Getting amount of dollars within Host's personal savings. Installing updates…"

Kiana just entered her classroom with a sour look on her face. But most of the boys just admire the looks of the young girl with blushes on their faces.

"Kiana!" A little girl in cute pigtails called out as she ran towards Kiana.

Noticing the girl's presence, she immediately recognized that it was her old friend, Mari Takoyama, who died due to b.r.e.a.s.t cancer in her past life when they both were still twenty-five. Kiana immediately hugged Mari, her tears slowly welling out from her eyelids.

"Kiana…" Mari was inevitably smirking proudly at the boys as she hugged Kiana back, making the group of boys furious at her actions and thought in a unison form, 'Tomboy!'
