He wasn't really disappointed since he knew that with the help of the quintet seeking mouse he could find them.

Now the only thing to do was to train while waiting for Yue Bing to come so he can receive the thorny flower from her. He also wanted to train with the sword goddess.

The next day a servant came into his room while he was training and called him. "Young master the mistress has called you for lunch." He nodded at the servant and changed his clothes before going out to meet his younger sister Yue Bing.

When he arrived he saw her in her black clothes with a veil hiding her face. He couldn't help but feel sad for the things the little girl had passed and wanted to improve her mood. First, he greeted Fourth mother then he turned toward Yue Bing and said, " Hi bing'er how are you doing? How was your school? Are you studying well?".

Yue Bing was surprised. This was the first time that he asked about her school after she had returned home.

'Maybe he was excited because he finally contracted a grimoire.' That was the thoughts she was having. She couldn't be blamed after all the other Yue Yang was always gloomy and rarely spoke with anyone since the death of his parents. He was always silent and only cared about training the Yue clan Spear techniques. She thought that he was so different because he was in a good mood because he was happy. She too was happy for him and couldn't wait to teach him what she learned at her school even though it wasn't much.

On the surface, she only nodded at him and returned eating her launch. They all eat in silence, even the little girl.

"It's the element-type, 'Mist'." Yue Yang knew he was lying but he couldn't help it since fourth mother saw an element type he stocked with that. He didn't want to reveal too much or maybe it was because of the skill that he was lying but he didn't know.

"Element-type… I'm not that good with it. I'm just a part-time student in my school, so I've only studied the fighting-type. I don't know a single thing about the element-type." Yue Bing was silent for a while, and then she continued, "Otherwise, I could teach you basic summoning skills to summon a Spitting Thorny Flower, but that would waste one page of your summoning grimoire."

"It's alright, you can teach me that. It's only a page so it doesn't matter." She nodded than summoned her grimoire that was an advanced bronze rank grimoire she the said, "I will now give you the Spitting Thorny Flower…San-ge, you have to receive it in your mind." She touched her Advanced Grimoire to Yue Yang's Beginner Grimoire and a bright light flickered.

As Yue Yang received it in his mind, his summoning grimoire suddenly turned its pages by itself.

In the third page, there was an ill.u.s.tration of a weird looking flower. On top of the page, these words were written:

Spitting Thorny Flower – Fighting Type Level 1

When Yue Yang saw this, he felt a weird connection with his soul. Faintly, as if listening to a call, he reached out his hands and touched the Spitting Thorny Flower ill.u.s.tration. In the next moment, a bright light suddenly shone from beneath his hands, and rays of light escaped through the gaps in his fingers.
