After taking anything that he could from the 2nd trial he went to the teleportation circle.

He didn't go to the third trial as he had already achieved what he came here for so he immediately returned back to the first floor.

When he came out of the teleportation he saw that there were more guards there but he didn't care as he began walking back to the inn.

The guards kept looking at him until he disappeared from their sights. One of them then turned toward their Captain and asked,

"Sir, do you think that he passed? He was there for an hour and he even returned without any scratch on him or his beast. I think he might have passed it at least one of the trial."

When he said that the other guards turned toward their Captain waiting for a reply from him. After all, only he can enter and control if the man who had just left had passed one of the trial or not.

The Captain didn't say anything but he turned toward a little room behind him. He then walked toward it and entered.

He only left the room after a while with the face of someone who had just seen a ghost.

The guards who were to keen on knowing the answer didn't notice how grave his face was and began to bombard him with many questions.

The Captain who finally regained some color on his face took out an object from his spatial ring.

When the object was taken out it began emitting a blinding light.

When the blinding light ended the guards with dazed and unfocused eyes went in their own positions as nothing has happened. As for the Captain, there wasn't any trace of him. It was like he never came here in the first place.

Yue Yang and Scarlett on the other hand finally arrived at the inn.

Before they could enter the inn the city guard that invited him last time approached them.

He bowed at him before he said,

"Good Morning sir. Like you have already guessed I am here on behalf of Ms. Luo Hua. She invited you to dinner this afternoon to thank you."

The guard wanted to continue but Yue Yang stopped him then said,

"Let me guess, I can't decline, right?"

Hearing what Yue Yang said the guard lightly smiled and nodded his head.

"Yes, sir. She said you can't absolutely decline no matter what you have to do."

"Sigh, what type of invite is this? You can't even decline it. And what does she wants to thank me about anyway?"

Said, Yue Yang to himself. He then looked at the guard and said,

"Alright. I'll be there in the afternoon. Tell her that I'm not gonna pay anything. She is the one who invited me so she should take this responsibility."

The guard nodded his head in acknowledgment before he went away.

Scarlett who was quiet all this time finally asked,

"Why did you accept? You could have refused right?"

Yue Yang looked at Scarlett like a master looking at the disciple and said,

"My dear Scarlett, we are speaking about free food here. I can eat all I want without paying attention to the wallet."

Scarlett looked at him speechlessly and said,

"You have a lot of money don't you?"

Yue Yang shook his head and said,

"There is a huge difference between paying for your food and someone else doing it for you. Especially when it's a girl who is paying."

Scarlett nodded still not understanding what he was speaking about.

They then began walking again.

"Oh, right! Do you feel any difference after you leveled up? I was so busy working that I forgot to ask you."

Scarlett looked at him and said,

"Yes. After I obtained the two new skills I can feel the two types of energy around me. I know where it is stronger and where it is weak. But the feeling is really vague but I can feel more clearly if I focus on them."

"Hmmm, I see. Now that you gained the two skills Your body frequece is synchronizing with them so you can feel and use them better. What a marvelous power! I really want to see how far this power can go to strengthen its host."

After hearing what Scarlett said Yue Yang began speaking to no one in particular as he kept walking toward the room.

Scarlett who has already become familiar with this action of his remained quiet and looked at him with a smile on her face.

After a while they finally reached their room. Yue Yang has already written his guesses on his research book.

When they entered the room they saw Yue Bing and Yi Nan speaking happily. After they heard the noise maid by the door they immediately turned toward them.

Seeing that the two of them had returned they immediately began asking questions about where they went.

Scarlett immediately began telling them that they went to challenge one of the trial.

Hearing that Yue Bing and Yi Nan angrily looked at Yue Yang and said simultaneously,

"What? You took Scarlett in such a dangerous place?"

"Hey! I was there too okay? It seems like you aren't worried about me."

Said Yue Yang faking sadness in his voice.

When the girls heard him they didn't know what to say as they began trying to explain themselves.

Seeing their troubled faces Yue Yang began to laugh.

"Hahaha, I am just joking. I know that you are worried about me too. Anyway do you think that I will bring Scarlett or anyone of you to a dangerous place? You are too important to me."

After hearing what he said Yi Nan and Yue Bing hraved a sign of relief before the three of them began blushing. They immediately run away in the room and closed it.

Yue Yang who was left alone in the room was still smiling looking at the closed door.
