He wasn't in a good mood at all, he just wanted to head home alone, he doesn't feel like conversing with anyone.

He knows when he'd be heading home with the both of them, they'd definitely want to converse, and he wasn't in the mood to do so.

He was already walking out of the classroom when he heard Oliver's voice...

"You're already going without us again? Wow! You rush a lot, always on the move".

And Aiden was just like, 'F**k, he caught me, not really in the mood for all these'.

Students were already walking out of the classroom since the extra lessons were over. Ava and Oliver carried their bags and walked toward Aiden, then Ava uttered to him,

"Why are you always rushing nowadays, you can easily head home without us. Is it that you don't like us anymore?".

Aiden reluctantly answered that question, "That isn't the case, you guys are my friends, why wouldn't I like you?".

"Then what is the problem?". Oliver inquired.

"Nothing". Aiden responded, "Let's get going, our time has been wasted already by the so-called extra lessons".

"Our time has been wasted? Wait, do you see the extra lessons as a waste of time? 'Cause I don't see them as a waste of time, they are important". Ava stated.

'Yes, they are a complete waste of time, they ruined my plans twice'.

..That was the answer Aiden wanted to give to Ava, but he just held himself.

"Let's not talk about that, let's get going". That was all Aiden said.

They began walking out of the classroom until they'd walked out of it completely. Right now, they were already strolling in the compound until they strolled out of it completely.

..And while walking in the village square, they were doing exactly what Aiden didn't want, they were conversing with each other and trying to include him in it.

But they've been noticing something throughout the conversation, Aiden wasn't really interested in it. In fact, a gloomy expression was plastered to his face as they were walking.

As he was thinking about the fact that he didn't work on accomplishing his quest either yesterday or today, it was making him both sad and angry at the same time...two wasted days.

Have you ever been in a situation where thinking about something would just be spoiling your mood? Yes, that's exactly the situation Aiden was in right now.

They'd noticed the gloomy expression on Aiden's face, and they don't plan on keeping quiet about it. Oliver's voice resounded at that moment,

"What is happening, Aiden? Why is this gloomy expression plastered to your face? What is making you sad? We've noticed you aren't immersed in our conversation at all, your mind is somewhere else".

Aiden would never tell them why he was gloomy, they mustn't know about it...they can't know about it.

"Nothing is making me sad, everything is alright, no problem at all". He voiced out.

What he said was a complete lie which they didn't believe, his facial expression was saying otherwise...

"But your facial expression is saying otherwise, you look sad, tell us what the problem is, we are friends". Ava uttered.

"As I said earlier, nothing is making me sad. I'd be hastening my pace now, I'd have to leave you guys behind, we'd meet at school in the next three days".

After saying that, Aiden hastened his pace, he left them behind. As he was walking, Oliver and Ava were just glancing at him...they were confused.

Anytime Aiden thought of how determined he was to leave the classroom before a teacher steps foot into it once it gets to closing hour, it was spoiling his mood more.

..He couldn't keep to his determination, it was making him sad.

'I must reach the Slakar Community tomorrow, I must reach Cara's house tomorrow'. Aiden thought to himself.

He kept on journeying until he arrived at his home...by that time, the sky had darkened more.

The next day had arrived, today was another day of activities and so on. Aiden opened his eyes as he was still lying on his bed.

The moment he opened his eyes, the things he was to engage in today began crashing into his head. He sat up on his bed, and he wasn't feeling sleepy anymore.

"I'm coming for you, Cara". He muttered to himself.

He stood up from his bed and walked out of his room, as known, he wouldn't be going to school today. All the Dankworth family had already gotten up from bed.

And the only two people that would be leaving the house today were Ethan and Hazel. Ethan would be visiting the palace today before going to his animal field.

As for Hazel, she wouldn't be going to her place of work, she'd be going straight to her fiancee's house today. They were gonna be spending some time together, and her parents were aware of it.

..Oh! Aiden would be going out as well, he'd be visiting Cara's home.

His mum wasn't aware he'd be going out today, she knew he wasn't supposed to go to school today. So for him to go out, he'd have to lie to her.

Everyone had already taken their baths and brushed their teeth by now. And Hazel was looking so pretty right now, she was going to her fiancee's house, so she had to look beautiful.

She was dressed in a very nice-looking robe mixed with different colors, and she did a bit of makeup. She was looking outstanding.

Everyone's eyes widened the moment they set eyes on her 'cause of how beautiful she looked...apart from Aiden.

..He doesn't care about how pretty she was looking, all he cared about was that he needed to visit Cara's house today.

What made him more uninterested in how pretty she was looking was 'cause he knew the reason why she was looking so beautiful right now. She was visiting her fiancee's house.

You know, those love bullshit that he wasn't interested in...

All the Dankworth family had already gathered around the dining table right now as they were having breakfast...Emma and Lydia were the ones that prepared this.

While they were eating, they began discussing what Aiden didn't want to hear...Hazel visiting her fiancee's house. Yes, that's what they were discussing, and Aiden was irritated by it.

But he had to force himself to keep sitting in their midst and listening to the conversation.

After they were done eating, Hazel left the house immediately after saying bye to her family, and her family did the same to her.

And in the next few minutes, Ethan followed suit, he left the house as well.

'It is remaining me'. Aiden thought to himself.

Yes, he needed to leave the house as well, there was no time to waste. He had already dressed up by now as he was looking so handsome.

He knew he needed to lie to his mum about where he was going since she was in the living room currently. If she wasn't in the living room, he can easily sneak out of the house without her knowing.

..And when he comes back, he'd then lie to her about where he went to.

He had some copper coins with him, he can't just go out without having any money on him. And right now, he was already walking toward the living room.

Reaching the living room, Emma sighted how well he was dressed, and she immediately discerned he was going somewhere.

The moment he got close to her, he didn't even need to say anything before she inquired of him,

"Where are you heading to?".

"I've got some things to handle mum". Aiden retorted.

"Things like what?". Emma inquired once again.

"Okay, this is it, I'm heading to one of my friends' house currently, the one named Oliver. I'd be in his house, and there are some school works we want to look into. And then, we'd engage in other activities".

..A big lie, he was heading to Cara's house to see if he'd be able to seduce her a little.

As it is like this, he has just 12 days remaining to seduce and conquer her.

Emma nodded her head a little then voiced out,

"Hmmm, that's not bad, you can go, but be careful. Make sure to go and return safely".

A little smile appeared on Aiden's face as he voiced out, "Yes, mum, I'd go and return safely".

And with that, Aiden walked out of the house. As he was walking on the compound heading toward the gate, the smile on his face vanished and his facial expression converted to that of a determined one.

He was determined to try his very best to seduce Cara today...at least, make her notice him.
