So he nodded his head a little agreeing with her signaling. For Anne to come out of the cafeteria on time, she began rushing her food noticing that Aiden was almost done with his.

She wouldn't want to delay him...she just wanted a quick conversation.

As for Aiden, he'd have to find a way for Ava and Oliver to go to the classroom without him since he wanted to converse with Anne.

Teachers were already walking out of the cafeteria by now as many of them were done eating. Within a few minutes, students were already walking out of the cafeteria as well.

By now, Aiden and his friends along with the people who sat around the same table as them were done eating. Those people had already left the cafeteria by now including the 9-year-old boy.

And even if students were still coming out of the cafeteria, they'd make sure they don't see them coming out of the corner.

They made their way to their different classrooms without uttering a single word to each other again.
