One of the guards got triggered by what Yenma said so he stepped out and charged towards Yenma as he tried to push the latter to the ground.

That guard was a bulky middle-aged man and he thought that it would be easy to crush Yenma like an ant but within the next moment he knew how wrong he was.

The guard tumbled back onto the ground like a bird that hit hard onto a building.

The guard was thick-skinned so he didn't feel embarrassed about his "failed" attempt in fact he felt even more angered.

That guard shouted out, "Intruder! How dare you push me?! Apprehend him for violence and for causing disturbance in front of the village head's residence!"

The rest of the guards rolled their eyes but didn't say otherwise. They knew this middle-aged guard was in fact the illegitimate son of the village head so they didn't dare to correct him or even go against him for the matter.

Yenma stood still like a rock while he experienced how the guard "failed" in his attempt to push the latter down to the ground, it wasn't that Yenma couldn't react or dodge. At the moment when Yenma was about to dodge, he suddenly felt light under his lower-half….it turned out that there was a strong wind that swept away the leaves that were covering the lower-half of his body.

The guards this time didn't bother whether Yenma was n.a.k.e.d or not… they simply came forth and handcuffed him.

Yenma didn't try to resist… this was because he knew that these guards would take him to the detention centre in the Tin family residence and he would be put under a guest-like treatment until he was proven guilty of his crimes.. but this was not the main reason Yenma didn't try to resist, the main reason was that Yenma knew that he would be given free food and clothes there.

After travelling for a whole day without food or water, Yenma wanted to quench his thirst and fill his stomach.

'Anyways.. I feel I can easily escape whenever I want.. this [Detention centre] will never truly be able to detain me! Ahaha…. plus there is also the fact that the previous owner of this body was from Tin family…' , Yenma smirked as he was lost in his thoughts.

But to the guards who were escorting Yenma to the detention centre… It was a whole different scenario.

'This guy...could he actually be a m.a.s.o.c.h.i.s.t? If this was a year ago, then perhaps it would make sense since he would receive a guest-like treatment… but now that the rules had been amended, the detainee would now first be beaten up and then placed under strict supervision before an interrogation', one of the guards who was right beside Yenma felt inwardly terrified as he saw that the n.a.k.e.d-handcuffed man was smiling strangely.

While Yenma was being escorted to receive his "guest-like" treatment, the main hall of the Tin family was currently under a tense atmosphere.

Seated in the most prominent position was an old man whose hair was snow-white and his face was covered with wrinkles.

This old man was Tin Yepong, the current head of Tin family and also the village head of the Sirgil village.

He could be said to be a person who could call the wind and rain with a flip of his hand in Sirgil village.

Currently Yepong was stroking his beard and looking at two people who were kneeling in front of him.

"You two…how was the trip to the Klova cave?", Yepong gently spoke to the two elite guards of the Tin family.

The guards shuddered in fright, one of them could no longer bear the gaze of the village head and he spoke out hurriedly, "Master Ye, After our troop of elite guards dug out the entrance to the Klova cave, we found out many remnants that pointed out that a terrifying battle had occurred there."

Yepong frowned, "Continue."

The other guard spoke up this time, he didn't want to be left out and come under the bad impression of the Family head, "The cave had sword incisions that ran along the walls of the cave and there were also many deep claw markings along the ground…"

"We then proceeded ahead and found a ten-metre long rotten corpse of a beast that resembled a salamander but who would have thought…In the same cave there existed another similar beast and it was hardly four-metres long but it nevertheless was able to kill each and everyone of the elite guards with ease...we two were the only exceptions as we managed to escape in time due to the fact that we were at the very end of the squad.."

Yepong was inwardly shook, "A beast that could kill so many of my elite guards with ease? Looks like this beast…. Is one of those rumoured [Demonic Beasts], if such a beast is allowed into the village then what awaits us….is only death!"

The two kneeling guards also knew the seriousness of the matter. They spoke out, "Master… After we tried to escape, the beast tried to chase us and it managed to follow us until the cave entrance but after that it didn't dare to cross the entrance of the cave and returned back into the cave…."

Yepong was silent for a while before he spoke again, "Looks like… the beast wouldn't leave the cave for the time being… we will have to think of some counter-measures. You two, go get some diggers and seal up the entrance of the cave for now."

"Yes, My Lord!", The two guards stood up and bowed.

Yepong then dismissed the guards and was lost in his own thoughts, 'The Klova cave was buried under a collapsed mountain for almost 55 years…. 55 years…sword incisions on the walls of the cave… could it be?!'

As Yepong thought of certain something, his eyes could no longer keep their calm and clear traces of anger could be seen on his face.

"It should be him… the cultivator on the flying sword that visited the village 55 years ago...and the one who took away my sister-in-law….", Yepong mumbled.

He looked towards the ceiling and was once again lost in his thoughts, 'Brother…. It has been 55 years since I last met you...looks like you truly loved sister-in-law deeply..*Sigh*... If only I could cultivate… then perhaps…', Yepong shook his head.
