Reincarnation System

Chapter 25 - Grivin Vorkas

"The human body has 12 main meridians and 360 smaller meridians. If one aspires to open all their meridians, one should first start with their main meridians."

"The main meridians correspond to one another and after years of hard efforts, I have found a specific order of unblocking the main meridians which maximizes the Zu Qi regulation within the body and ensures a more stable path of cultivation."

"The first main meridian to be unblocked is the meridian in the lung, followed by: spleen, heart, kidney, pericardium, liver, large intestine, stomach, small intestine, bladder, san jiao and at last, the meridian in the gallbladder."

.

Luckily for Yenma the manual contained hand drawn images depicting the exact location of the meridian and various other important details.

Yenma since then immersed himself in the study of the locations of various meridians throughout the body as it was a must before anyone decided to start unblocking their meridians, if not then there were chances of severe injuries to the meridians and the body or even death in the worst cases.

After a week of intense study, Yenma felt that if he was back in his previous world, then he would give even the greatest academic talent of that world a run for his money.

Yenma had noticed that his abilities in understanding had vastly improved ever since the time he had become young again, and now its potential was fully displayed in the past few days of understanding the meridians of the human body.

After Yenma felt he was ready, he opened the cultivation manual again and went through the latter parts.

.

"So basically I have to control the Zu Qi around me and bring it into a particular meridian which I want to unblock. Hmmm..the process is simple as continuously bringing in Zu Qi into a meridian would remove the impurities in the meridian and unblock it."

Yenma then proceeded to bring in the Zu Qi around him in order to start unblocking his main meridians as per the order given in the manual.

.

After going through many of his main meridians, Yenma felt something was off.

'What's going on really?! I feel almost no resistance when I try to unblock my meridians…', Yenma knew that it shouldn't be so easy, but it was.

'Well..whatever.. I guess it's because of my Supreme grade physique? That would explain why I couldn't find any blocked meridians.'

As Yenma was intrigued, he questioned: 'System, How many of my meridians are unblocked?'

.

[Host's all meridians are unblocked.]

.

'Damnn.', Yenma hadn't expected such an answer and inwardly felt impressed of himself. From what Senior Luang had told him at times, Yenma knew that most people had many blocked meridians in their body, some few unfortunate ones even had all their meridians completely blocked.

Being able to have completely unblocked meridians… Yenma knew this would save him months of time or perhaps even years, which could instead be used to advance in his cultivation and stand way ahead of his peers. In the end sensing of Zu Qi depended on one's comprehension of Zu Qi and their comprehension would form the basis as to how fast or slow one was while unblocking their meridians.

.

.

After a while Yenma calmed down from his excitement, "Since all my meridians are unblocked, I can directly proceed to the final step: filling my unblocked meridians with Zu Qi."

Although it sounded easy, It was time-consuming and Yenma was not used to sitting cross-legged and drawing Zu Qi into his body for long periods of time.

"Ah! How could I forget?! I should go back to that cave that I discovered on my way to the Sirgil village! There were so many Top-quality Spiritual Crystals there…hehe.."

Yenma was glad he had come across that cave on his way to the Village. He knew that using the crystals would save him lot of time and effort. Yenma took his leave and proceeded towards the Miaoxiao mountain where he had found the Spiritual Crystal cave.

After Tin Ming had touched that circular inscription, he felt dizzy as the inscription consumed some of his blood and in the next instant he had arrived in a strange world.

The strange world was in constant darkness and had two brightly lit moons shining overhead.

Tin Ming walked for miles but found no food or water. At times he thought he was condemned to some eternal damnation and sent to Hell but his will to survive always remained firm.

After almost a day without food or water, he finally found a inhabitant in an area not far from where he was walking by. Tin Ming was so excited to see someone else here in this lonely place that he almost had an urge to run up and hug the inhabitant.

But when Tin Ming when closer he was left aghast. That inhabitant looked no different than a demon! He had red-shaggy skin and evil pairs of eyes and looked of violent nature as he held a club in his hand.

The red-skin demon had noticed the strange lifeform a while back, but he stood quietly as he watched with interest. Only after taking many glances did the dim-witted demon realize that this was a damn human!

The demon was originally out for a walk but he never expected to come across a human in this remote region of the First Floor of Hell.

He immediately ran away to inform the scouts of the Demon Kings, this was because the red-demon knew that there was a huge reward that could be obtained for the information regarding the sighting of a human in Hell and moreover if the information actually led to the capture of the said human then the rewards would be tripled!

Although the red-demon had some thoughts of capturing the human and presenting it to the Demon Kings himself to get greater rewards but in the end he didn't dare to take such risk. Plus he was out here in this lonely region only for a walk, if he was killed then the truth about the matter of a human in Hell would remain undisclosed.

Looking at the demon seemingly making a run for his life, Tin Ming felt his ego inflate.

'Haha..I can't believe I was scared of such a cowardly demon a moment ago.. looks like I have entered some god-forsaken place which might be a habitat of demons!', Tin Ming was gleeful as he scared away a fat red-demon but when he thought about the latter part of his assumption, he suddenly felt weak in his knees. Just the thought of being stranded in a place filled with demons was a living nightmare for Tin Ming.

Tin Ming decided to no longer seek for anymore inhabitants and instead he tried to go towards the seemingly more secluded regions to avoid being seen or captured by demons.

But all of this was for naught, in the end this only made him overexert himself and increase his fatigue.

'At this rate.. I would possibly die of hunger than due to demons..', Tin Ming chuckled as he lay weakly on the ground, staring at the beautiful moons overhead.

At this moment, Tin Ming felt… It would perhaps not be too bad to die under the beautiful moonlit skies which felt as if portrayed out of an artistic scenery.

Tin Ming's thoughts were interrupted as the space in front of him cracked open like an egg-shell and a blonde-haired man seemingly in his 20s stepped out from it. The man had a small crown on his head, with a white-glittering gem embedded into it.

At a glance Tin Ming felt that this was a fellow human! But when he saw the small pointed horns jutting out of his temples, he knew he was wrong and felt a sense of existential crisis.

"Please..please spare me.", Tin Ming choked out, he was not a fool. If someone could crack open space, he was definitely a supreme expert. To such a person, Tin Ming was no different than an ant that could be pinched to death anytime.

Grivin had a frown on his face as he looked at the weak human before him, "You disappoint me. Has human race deteriorated so much that they have no experts left and sent in a mere mortal?"

.

Suddenly he started laughing out, "Maybe that's to be expected, since our Sovereign single-handedly wiped out an entire generation of your human experts that year!"

.

Grivin then went forward and placed his foot on top of Tin Ming's head, "Little bug, this noble here is one of the five Demon Kings of Valhalla, Grivin Vorkas! Consider it your honor that I had to personally come here to fetch you as I have been ordered to present you before our Sovereign."
