Reincarnation That Everyone D.e.s.i.r.es

Chapter 32 - The Outburst of a God

During the time Leise was training hard to improve himself so that he doesn't get butchered when he crosses over to the other world, in a place where only the immortal beings stayed a storm was brewing.

"Brother Leben, do you have any idea what you have done? You shatter the most important of the few rules that still have an effect on us. You interfered with a lower being, how could you?" a female roared with both anguish and fury.

"It was necessary beloved sister Balance. Even if all of Universe Laws try to destroy me for that I will not struggle. That young soul passed true horrors because of us and our immeasurable greed." a seasoned voice sounded making ripples in the void, attracting all the legends to it as if they were the soldiers returning to their commander.

In that desolate space, there stood a simple garden the size of half a planet. This garden against all odds survived in outer space against its inherent dangers. On Earth, this garden is known as Eden, the Garden of Genesis.

In the middle of it, there was a triangular table with an enormous black cube on the center. On the vertices of the triangle, there were three chairs. Two were occupied and one was empty.

On one of the chairs, there was a woman so beautiful that if she stood by the side of a star the light would tone down in reverence. Her golden hair tuned down her back like a golden river holding all the riches you can imagine. And her red eyes giving away her fiery and straightforward attitude.

On her opposite side, there was a man with a white robe. His very temperament had given him the aura of a seasoned soul bathed by the flames of war and the winds of time. Nothing could unbalance the man who survived against the struggle of time.

"Brother LeBron you don't understand as much as I do. If our older brother finds out that you had help that soul after he giving the order to not interfere he will..."

"Calm down, Balance."

The man got up and looked at the infinite space. The bottomless and seemingly empty cradle of Life.

"You know, after attaining immortality everything else doesn't matter. We can easily kill an entire race, we can create an entire civilization and we also can interfere in the cycle of Life and Death. All of the things that in past transformed in what we are today like happiness, sadness, anger, sorrow, despair, comfort, love and many other emotions that affected us in the past no longer affects us." all those words were transformed in emotions as they painted the man's face.

"That's when we began to grow corrupted, we began to hunger for different feelings other than utter boredom. From that, we agreed on an experiment that defied the purpose of the cycle of Life and Death. We picked on a random soul and tried to see what would happen if he was bathed in the emotions from the dead." the man showed a pained but crazy expression as he remembered the thrill given by the unknown.

But as that expression came it soon disappeared replaced by a serene but fiery expression.

"But when I saw that young boy's soul struggling against the assault of emotions, he reminded me of something that I thought I'd forgotten. Something that it's essential to all life."

"What is it?" the goddess asked as if a reflex towards the insights of her fellow brother.

"THE WILL TO KEEP ON LIVING!"

"PING" "PING"

Tears flowed on the agreed face of the man. Blue crystalline tears pertaining all the sorrow and at the same time the long forgotten feeling that can be summarised in five words:

It's good to be alive!
