"No, Your Highness. Beside the power that they had, they looked just like us, they can be hurt, bleed and they aren't any harder to kill compared to humans. However a witch lifespan is generally shorter than us but they would receive a huge amount of power that even armies are unable to rival. Once they are fully developed, they can cause a huge disaster and are extremely difficult to restrain. These power are known to be given by associating with the devils, otherwise there are no explanation for their power." Barov replied.

"How did she get caught?" Roland asked.

"The North Slope Mine collapsed and she revealed her power in order to help the miners to escape but was captured by the miners that she has helped out of the collapsed Mine." Barov answered.

"If those witches are evil as what the church has mentioned, do you think this witch will save the miners from the collapsed Mine? What are your brains for? Feeding donkey? Why is the usual smart Barov become such an brainless idiots when it come to witches. You have been seriously brainwashed by the church." Roland said

What should we do then, Your Highness" Barov asked while not knowing what to do.

"Well, first let me speak to the witch" Roland walked forward to the cell, standing directly in front of the witch, separated by the metal bar.

The girl was barely standing, leaning against the wall for support. She looked straight at Roland with her pair of pale blue eyes that resembled a calm lake. There was no emotion on her face, no sign of anger or hatred. However, Roland thought that he was not looking at a frail girl, but instead a girl that could devoured flames.

"What's your name?" Roland asked as he returned to his sense from the illusion.

"Anna" she replied.

"Do you want to work for me?" Roland asked while looking straight into her eyes.

"What?" Anna was surprised by Roland.

"Do you want to work for me? I don't believe in the church. Witches? I would rather call witches as magician." Roland said

"You are not afraid of me?" Anna asked while looking at Roland to see if he's lying

"Why should i be afraid of you? So, do you want to come with me and work for me? It's better than dying right?" Roland asked again

Anna hesitated for a moment before kneeling down in front of Roland "Yes. My lord, i will follow you."

"Yes, i have gained a beautiful follower" Roland thought happily.
