After checking his status, Sam remembered that he had not looked at Ho-oh's stats. So he called system to show its stats.

Sam s.u.c.k.e.d a deep breath. He didn't except that Ho-oh would be at Myth stage. "It's too strong, no wonder Ho-oh confidently said about destroying me even after ten years."

After this Sam took out Moltres blood sample and started cloning it. It took a week for Articuno to be successfully cloned. It will also take Moltres the same time. Next Sam checked the Ki training method and studied it. He found out that this method uses free energy in nature to strengthen the body and mind.

Sam spent the whole night practicing and by the morning his body has strengthen a lot. According to the method 10 combat power corresponds to 1 level of pokemon. Sam checked his staus.

In one night each of Sam's stats increased by 10. Although he hoped to maintain this speed of improvement but he knew this increase was only due to past 10 years acc.u.mulation. Now, Sam can fight level 25 pokemon on his own and remain undefeated.

Sam came out of his tent and found that Vivi has started to cooking breakfast. Sam came and greeted her, "Good morning Vivi, I will be going back today to Knot island and then board the ship back to Vermilion city. What are your plans?"

Vivi heard this and paused for a while and then asked Sam, "Aren't we travelling together?" "Oh, I thought that we were only talking about it during our stay in Sevii islands." Vivi then glared at him and stopped talking.

"Ok, Vivi, I was just joking. Don't be angry now." said Sam. But Vivi refused to talk to him. Sam tried a lot of ways but Vivi was still angry. Finally Sam decided to take a bold action, he went near Vivi and kissed her on cheek and then smiling sweetly at her and said, "Now please don't be angry."

Vivi's face turned red due to Sam's action and she kept her head down and said in a little voice, "Ok" and kept making breakfast.

After the breakfast was over they left the island and returned towards the Knot island. Then they boarded the ship to Vermilion city. Sam's next goal is the Abandoned Power Station near the Vermilion city and Zapdos residing there.

It took two weeks for return to the Vermilion city. Sam and Vivi rested at the pokemon center for a night and then went towards the power station. The power station was situated in a large area covered with fence. There was electricity flashing by occasionally on the electricity towers.

Sam and Vivi went inside the building and found that it was closed with a rusty lock on the door. Sam broke the lock and entered the building. There were a lot of electric pokemons in the building, like Voltrob , Electrode , Pikachu , Magnemite , Magneton , Elekid and Electabuzz.

The pokemons saw Sam and Vivi but they were solved by Exeggutor singlehandedly. Sam and Vivi went inside the power station defeating the pokemons that came in front of them.

Soon they came to the area where electricity was most concentrated. They found a bird with spiky yellow hairs lying there and absorbing the electricity, it was the Thunder Bird Zapdos.

Zapdos saw two uninvited guests barging into its home and got angry and attacked them with Thunderbolt. Sam sent out Draceon and ordered it, "Draceon, use Protect." A light screen formed in front of Draceon and blocked the Thunderbolt.

Sam and Vivi came to a side and asked Exeggutor to protect him and Vivi. The next battle is between Zapdos and Draceon so they gave them space to play freely.
