Sam and Vivi walked towards the direction of Pallet town. Vivi asked Sam why did they leave tbe Viridian cuty at such speed but Sam didn't told her anything and said that she will know in the future.

They reached the Pallet town in the evening and went to Sam's home first. Emily and Brandon were happy to see Sam returning back and even more happy when they saw Vivi.

Emily took Vivi to the side and kept asking her different question about herself. Brandon also asked Sam about his journey outside. Soon they had a family dinner and then theywent to sleep.

Next day, Sam went to the pokemon center and registered for Indigo league with eight gym badges. What he didn't knew that when his entered the Earth badge in his form, his form got forwarded to the high level of Kanto Alliance as Giovanni identity is not a secret in top level of Alliance, thus making it nearly impossible for trainers to obtain Earth badge.

Unknown of all these things, Sam filled his form and registered for Indigo League. He then went to Professor Oak's lab.

While walking towards Professor Oak's lab, Sam said to system in his heart. 'System I want Gacha.' Sam has collected more than 100 Gacha tickets from the last draw so he decided to use them now. 'System show only items obtained from the Gacha and hide the natural ingredients.'

After checking about the items obtained this time, Sam was quite satisfied and walked towards the lab in good mood.

Horn whistle can be given to his subordinates to contact each other. Anywhere door can become a powerful means of transportation once a month, as it don't have any restrictions about where to transport. And King's Robe don't have to say anything.

Sam reached Professor Oak's lab and was about to greet him but before he could do that, Professor Oak asked him, "How did you defeat Giovanni?"

Sam didn't expect Professor Oak would ask him this and was shocked for a while. After coming back to his senses Sam told Professor Oak about the bet between him and Giovanni and said because of the bet he can get the badge. But Professor Oak was the former Champion, he didn't believe Sam's words and asked him tell about it in detail.
