"Mewtwo, you are you and Mew is Mew. You are two different pokemons you don't have to kill it to prove your existence." Sam tried to reason with Mew.

"No, I was made by copying its genes and I am stronger than it I have to kill it today and all you humans as well. I will make this world a paradise for pokemon only." Mewtwo said excitedly and tried to put his pressure on Sam.

Shiny Mewtwo tried to help Sam but Sam stopped him. Sam mobilised King's aura with his full strength and confronted Mewtwo pressure. Sam knew that Mewtwo wants to prove himself to be the strongest pokemon but at the same time it also respects powerhouse so he can't take help of shiny Mewtwo this time.

"Mewtwo listen to me, not all human beings are as bad as people of Team Rocket. And there are thousands of Mew in the world, would you go around killing them all." Sam.

"Thousands of Mew, what do you mean by that? I have only found two till now and both of them are now playing in the corner there." Mewtwo said pointing to the two Mew rolling and playing in the corner of field.

"You were created by Team Rocket in lab so you have only known about the things that were recorded in that lab. Mew family is administrators of secret realm and there are thousands of secret realms present all over the world. Moreover you can see the shiny Mewtwo in front of you. I found him in one of secret realm. You are a real pokemon, a genetic variation of Mew naturally found not a artificial designed pokemon copied on the basis of Mew's genes." Sam tried to convince Mewtwo to change its thinking.

"I also have a proof about what I said about you being a real pokemon." Sam the took out the Mewtwonite X and Mewtwonite Y and showed it to Mewtwo. As soon as Sam took out tbe mega stones, Mewtwo felt that the power inside his body is resonating with those stones.

"These two maga stones are naturally formed, if you were just a artificial pokemon then how could the origin of these stones be explained. There are such stones for each species of pokemons that are found in nature. If you are not a natural pokemon then how could these stones appear in nature." Sam resoned with Mewtwo.

He only wants to make Mewtwo believe that he a natural pokemon not a artificial pokemon created by humans and change his prejudice against humans. As for the militant nature of Mewtwo, Sam likes it very much how a pokemon with wisdom beyond human being can try to become the strongest of all.

Mewtwo slowly believed the words of Sam and his anger subsided. But he still said to Sam, "Although I can now understand my origin thanks to you but I still don't admit that humans are not bad but to thank you I will give you a chance to save humanity."

"What chance?" Sam asked.

"Him and I will battle." Mewtwo pointed to shiny Mewtwo and continued, "If you can Win I will spare humanity for now and try to observe humans more but if you are defeated I will not spare anyone."

"Ok" Although Sam can feel that Mewtwo has already reached Elite stage while shiny Mewtwo is still Peak stage but with the help of mega evolution, shiny Mewtwo can defeat Mewtwo, thus he agreed to the condition of Mewtwo.

Sam gave the Mewtwonite Y to shiny Mewtwo and performed mega evolution. And then came down and let them fight. In twenty minutes Mewtwo was defeated by Mega Mewtwo Y and crashed on the ground.
