When Sam just entered the Kalos, somewhere in the largest base of SWL in Kalos region got amazing readings. The readings were of a moving secret realm with a huge area as large as half of a region. Soon the news of discovery of this secret realm was sent to the boss of SWL.

Victor was originally a scientist at Aether foundation working at the topic of ultra wormholes. He was also a trainer but was struck at the level of Peak stage for many years.

On one day while experimenting on how to open a stable channel to ultra wormholes, he accidently discovered about a feasible way to f.o.r.c.i.b.l.y open the secret realms which are much more safer than the ultra wormholes.

His colleagues were excited and happy for him but unfortunately his research was rejected by the chairman of Aether foundation, Lusamine, because she only cared about the ultra wormholes.

Victor was heartbroken upon seeing that his research was rejected so thoroughly. So he took a few scientists who worked under him and left from the Aether foundation.

With the help of the machine that he created, he benefited a lot from secret realms and his strength quickly reached the elite stage. But along with strength, his ambitions also began to grow.

He recruited a few orphans from different islands and formed SRL to help him explore secret realms. Those orphans who had never tasted strength and wealth soon became loyal followers of Victor.

But in one such expedition he came across a cruel fact. Due to increasing strength, Victor thought of fully controlling a secret realm and suffered a devastating damage from a champion stage pokemon in the secret realm. From then Victor got to know that there is a guardian pokemon present in every secret realm who will come out to protect it in case of severe damage to the secret realm.

Later Victor decided to only explare and gain benifits threw the items available in secret realm. As secret realms are normally unaffected by human development, they have maintained their most primitive form resulting in large amount of natural ingredients and items.

In just two years, he was able to spread SRL throughout the Alola region and then he put his eyes on other regions. Kalos region has observed to have largest number of secret realms after looking at all other regions and it is also the closest to Alola region so Victor decided to go to Kalos to build SRL in Kalos.

He appointed two of his most powerful subordinates to be incharge of Alola region and left for Kalos region. After two years Victor was able to successfully establish SRL in Kalos and then just sent another two of his most powerful subordinates to Unova region. They didnt disappoint him as they built a branch in Unova region as well.

The SRL collects funds by selling natural ingredients and items obtained from secret realms so they haven't even touched the grey area, resulting in them not being noticed by Alliance and developing steadily.

The report about the moving secret realm soon reached Victor's table and he looked at it. "A moving secret realm who's area is nearly half of a region. Where is it right now?" Victor asked his assistant.

"It is staying in Lumiose city from few days."

"Keep a look at it. Moving secret realm is rare itself, moreover it has area of nearly half a region. There would be a lot of food things inside it but also it is possible that the guardian in it will be legendary stage pokemon. Send a team of senior grunts as soon as it moves out of Lumiose city and try to collect as much information as possible."
