Chapter 5 - Training Part 2

It's been a week since I start to live in this island, for first night shelter my first choice was cave near the cost but I change my mind after that night . It was truly a stupid idea. Wind was directly entering the cave . I could see the lot of icicle appearing in my first hours of staying there.

After I learn my lesson about the cold I rebember a video about guy making bricks by mixing mud and some dry grass than cooking them. It took me couple hours to make a proper brick without leaving them either weak inside because of undercooking or overcooking and make them weak as a whole.

I think I build myself a solid house there . After I finish the shelter ı start to focus on my training since my body is young ıt shouldn't be suitable weight lifting and the other exercises might harm my muscle tissue so ı start classic saitama training . running , push ups and squats . First week ı start with 10km and 100 push ups and squats. When I get used to the that routine I increase the numbers.

I needed extra food to continue my training not just daily my food . Although ı can't go deep inside of the forest to hunt there is lots fruits around the outer perimeter of the forest so I can get extra food for my training

After 2 Months:

My body possibly different than other people . I mean yeah when I was reincarneted I ask that being to make my body from merging proteins and vitamins in the nature so I dont have to start from a fetus and I dont get parents to deal with. I dont think I can act like a toddler, most importantly I dont wanna have new parents , I dont think I can love them like my real parents in my old world and replacing them sound like betraying the care they show to me.

What was I talking about?

Oh, okay I rebember my body being weird. When ıs start training ı was look like 5 year old with the height of 115cm now after 2 months stand around 135cm and look like 8 to 9 year old . I hope ı get older when my body gets stronger. I dont want to live again adolescent phase. Getting trough puberty , acnes and getting random tantrums for stupid things I normaly dont care about. A man can at least hope , right?

A year later:

I'm now 150 cm tall . I grow quite fast but no I didn't age according my strength. I get taller but the amount of baby fat on my face didn't change and I'm sure I get pitying look from Ann even if she dosen't had a body or eyes.

After my year long training ı get quite strong but I still change my route in forest when I meet carnivorous animals . I only fight herbivorous animals so ı get some fighting experience against beast. I already solve my meat problem in first 3 month. I dig up some pits and put spikes in them , in period of two week I placed 15 traps in outer forest and 10 of them on the way home for protection.

Now that my body get taller and my muscle get hardened enough I can start a harder trainig program . 25km running , 3000 push ups and squats with weights I tied around my body and practising kicks and fists by hitting tree trunks if I have any stamina left from the daily hunting I go to swim with my weights still on me.

5 Years later:

I'm not a hobbit anymore . I reach height of 190cm . I got my acnes but ı know they will be gone a year or so. Worse things is my hormones need to be keep in check .It's really embarassing with my both lives combining I'm 35 years old and I still have to deal with puberty shit. Worse thing about it is Ann keep mocking me nonstop. I used to think even if she is old as earth itself she was a lone soul just watching people around but she is avare of privacy so not really know about human interactions and even think she should be little bit naive , at least thats what I thought at first place but no of course not . How could I be that lucky. She says she discovered talks shows and comedy based tv series in 1980's so she is familliar with sarcasm and how to irritate people. Guess what? She really enjoy practising these arts on me when she gets the opportunity and she has the perfect time period to observe and improve her skill with practises .

After my training in these 5 years I finally start to fight against carnivorous animals . I usually chose to fight against tigers , monkeys ,gorillas and bears but still try to get away from wolf packs. There is couple packs in the forest numbers changes from 15 to 50. They neither strong as other beast in the forest individually or they have large numbers as monkeys but in group fights they cover each others weakness and attack together . They are really dangerous to content against. Although monkeys have larger number they dont really care about each others life mostly males. More male die more female they can get.

5 More Years:

Puberty is over. I can finally be set free from Ann's unending jokes at least thats what ı thought in first day. I got that she have lots of pile up things to talk since she get bored of the jokes and has nothing new coming up her mind but she still has lots memorys over the endless times she spent alone so she doesn't stop talking if I'm not sleeping and doesn't bother to stop whether ı'm hunting or training. I kinda know these feelings . You have lots ıf things to talk but nobody to listen. That void was truly a nigtmare.

When ıt's comes to the training this time I really step up my game. Weights ı tied on my body lost their effects and I don't wanna carry hills on my back so came up with another way. I dig up a pit 5 meters wide , 4 kilometers in lenght and ıt's start with 5 meters deep and goes 150 meters in and fill it with water . Just the digging took me 2 months and digging itself was a solid training . You might ask why dont I just go to sea and just dive right? Well ı tried it and I realise this islands in calm belt and seas surround it full of sea kings. Smallest one I see is 500 meters tall and for largest one is ... well ı can't see end of that beast.

End of everything I just need a new training system since old style running , weight lifting isn't effective and beast that fight against me in the forest numbered around 10 and those aren't easy fights even when I win , I will end up heavily injured and open attacks of other animals attack. It's simply not worth the risk.

I been using this training method for almost 4 years now and effects is amazing I'm now 245 cm tall and have build like superman , large shoulders and c.h.e.s.t . Hardened steel like muscles expected from veteran warriors. In this 4 years I didn't fight kings of the forest just regular hunting for meat and sometimes I would dive in sea and caught a little sea king for the nutritions for they contain in their meat. After all these trainings tomorrow I will finally start to fight kings of this forest.
