I teleport to the Neighboring world. The Neighboring World was first created when Isaac Westcott, Elliot Woodman, and Ellen Mathers used the Spirit Formula to create the First Spirit(Mio). The space created from the Spirit being born was great enough to cover the entire world, which resulted in another world being also formed adjacent to the real world. According to Westcott, the formulation of the Neighboring World led to the discovery of the Voluntary Territory, a universal space existing prior only in humanity's imagination before being brought into reality.

The Spirits and Mio are going to reside here before they go to the earth. I came here to create some powers for myself. I'm planning on creating Angels with some powers of some anime characters. Mio must've already started to create the spirit tablet. So, I must act fast. I focus all my Reiryoku in the middle o my body and start circulating them in my astral dress. I first create Rinnegan, Sharingan and Byakugan.

I also create Gilgamesh's Gate of Babylon and all the different Noble Phantasms. I also create some Noble Phantasms that. Gilgamesh doesn't have, such as Karna's Brahmastra, Kavach & Kundala, Brahmastra Kundala and Vasavi Shakti. I make the Phantasms even stronger than they originally were. Then I equip the Kavach & Kundala. I also create the staff of Ainz Ooal Gown embuing it with the power of all elements. I also create the Death Note.

I also create The Third Perpetual Motion Machine. I also create various other superpowers and equipments. Later I'll also make some spirits with my powers and make my own place here. But now let's return to the real world and observe all the events from the shadows.
