Running Away From The Main Lead

It was not even five minutes until Wei Guiyin's cell phone began to ring. She looked to see who was calling and without surprise, it was her little brother, Wei Jiajing. She just picked it up and turned it off. She remembered something and pressed a button on her desk phone and it contacted her with the head secretary.

"Don't pass me any of the calls that are not business related, and focus on your respective assignments" Without waiting for a response, Wei Guiyin just hung up.

Wei Guiyin sat back on her chair while played with Moon's soft paw pads. 'Let's test their bottom line. From that would depend on how bad they are going to end. If they are able to enter into reason and give up on their pride and begin working on their own, who knows and she might forgive them and only make their lives just pass uncountable hardsh.i.p.s, but if they don't and began to cause her problems...now that would be fun'

"Moon, can you monitor the activities of the secretaries?"

[Yes Host, I can!] Moon said excitedly that it could be of any help towards its host, and lay its head on its legs and looked like it went to sleep but it was actually entering into the computers, smartphones and all electronic devices of all the secretaries at the {same time to check if someone did what they were told not too.

[Host, secretary B and D informed someone about what was happening, and secretary C is made some modifications to some employees] As Moon informed Wei Guiyin, she just when to her phone and pressed the button for the floor's speaker.

"Secretaries B, D, and C, you can leave. You are fired" Said secretaries were shocked that Wei Guiyin found out what they did even before the assignment was done.

"Oh, and search for a good lawyer since based on what you just did, it counts as you sharing confidential information of this company; therefore, the company will press charges against you. Tomorrow you will receive the company's lawyer court order" Wei Guiyin said as it was nothing, but sharing confidential information of a company was a serious crime if it was a minor crime, you will lucky is the compensation is only on the millions, and in the worst cases, the would even have prison time.

By seen the consequences of their acts they tried to ask for forgiveness, and promising that they will never even think of doing it again, but Wei Guiyin reaction to that was to call security to peacefully escort the now ex-secretaries out. When all of the act ended the reminding three secretaries dared not to not follow Wei Guiyin's orders.

And soon the six hours passed, and the three reminded secretaries were in front of Wei Guiyin. There were three stacks of paper in front of her. She looked at them, and when she saw the one from the secretary head, she began to laugh. The head secretary began to sweat cold.

"You know why I am laughing, right?" There was no more laughter in her eyes anymore. Instead, it was replaced with chilling coldness.

"N...no, Miss Wei"

'It seems like not even my own secretaries call me president'

"What is your position in this company?" Wei Guiyin asked the now colorless head secretary."

"I..I am the the...head secretary, Miss..." Before she could finish, Wei Guyin interrupted her.

"I will only say this once, and this goes to you too. I am the Owner of this company. No more Miss Wei. You work for me, not for the Wei family. From now on, it will only be President or CEO" The temperature dropped several degrees making the secretaries shiver.

"Your answer?"

"Yes, CEO" Everyone answered in unison as if they were scared that they will fall behind.

"Good. Now you" Wei Guiyin said as she looked in direction of the 'head secretary'.

"You are the one in charge of all my secretaries, is that correct?"

"Ye...Yes"

"And that means that you were the one in charge of assigning the departments to each other, is that right"

The head secretary seems like she realized why Wei Guiyin was angry. She profusely assigned herself the smallest department.

"Pre..President, I"

"There is no need for excuses. You are the one in charge, so you need to carry a bigger load than the ones under you, but you used the fact that you are the head to benefit yourself. My company does not need people like you. You are fired."

"Presi.." Wei Guiyin was losing her patience with this group of incompetents.

"If you don't get out now, I will call security and you will be escorted out the same way that your anterior colleagues" Remembering how B, D, and C were treated, the now ex-head secretary left on her own.

"You two, congratulations you passed. You are going to still be my secretaries" Wei Guiyin said in a monotone manner, but the two were so happy that tears began to fall from their eyes.

"You are dismissed for today. I am expecting you to be here tomorrow morning. There is going to be a lot of work tomorrow"

"YES, CEO!" Both women said in high spirits while they left Wei Guiyin's office.

That same afternoon, more than a third of the employees were fired, and the posts were open for people to apply, and of course one of the people fired was Wei Guiyin's dear brother.

When Wei Guiyin was leaving the building, the head of security informed her that all her family members tried to go into the executive elevator, but as she said the security department did not let them pass. Wei Guiyin was content with their attitude towards her orders.

"You can be reassured. No one is going to be fired because of following my orders. Also, there is going to be a bonus on everyone's paycheck this month." When she finished talking everyone let go of the breath that they were holding since when Wei father came and, he was not allowed to go up, he threatened them with firing them all, but they knew that their actual boss was Wei Guiyin and not him, so they did not let him in, but they were still scared.

On the bas.e.m.e.nt, Wei Jiajing was waiting in her car. 'Too bothersome' And so Wei Guiyin chose to use a taxi instead. When she arrived to her penthouse, Wei Fuhong was waiting outside because of the building security. She entered by the back door and totally missed the pleasant chat that she could had have with her elder brother.
