I tried to memorize the track of this carriage while don't make any sound. I afraid the coachman will check us if that happens. He was David's man from the start.

I realized the carriages enter a narrow alley and make a lot of turns. I can't memorize everything perfectly because I never enter this city before.

We brought into David's Mansion backyard. There are some statues that look like David but with some 'dignity'.His Fat belly was gone and his face was so refined.

I don't have time to analyze the statues. I hear a 'click' sound and a loud creaking sound near me. The man who carried me can't use his hand because his hand was full. (He holds me and Sophia).Then there is another person here. I can't see Sam behind me. Maybe the one who carrying Sam is in front of me.

The man who carried me moves again. We enter a secret passage and leading toward a bas.e.m.e.nt. The bas.e.m.e.nt is quite wide and illuminated by torches that hanging on the wall.

After stepping down the stairs, I heard another 'click' sound and the creaking noise again. Now I know that creaking noise comes from the 'entrance'.I can see the entrance closing as the creaking noise comes.

I was taken to the deepest layer of the bas.e.m.e.nt. I counted every stair that I saw. Now I was on 5 floors of the bas.e.m.e.nt and inside the iron cell. I and Sophia were locked inside the same cell, but I can't see Sam anywhere here. I don't see him too when I enter the bas.e.m.e.nt.

My plan was screwed up.

I can't write the magic letter without Quill Pen and the Ink because they're inside Sam's storage pouch. I never expect David will separate our cell.

My 'clock' is my status.

I can guess the time by looking at my mana. I use transformation for a whole day and the mana consumption is 20/hours.I use [Cure] to neutralize the drug and it's cost 40 mana. I use 100 mana until now.

(100-40) : 20 = 3

So roughly 3 hours passed since I wake up. Usually, I wake up at 6 a.m and now is 9 a.m. I never see a clock here, but I can make a simple explanation. I need to use transformation until tomorrow to determine the time.

I need to act earlier, so I will wake up around 5 a.m. So I need to wait for 20 hours. The mana consumption will be 400 if I used transformation for 20 hours. And my mana will be 750 at that time. Mana won't regenerate if I still using a skill so I can figure out the time without a problem.

I don't want to waste my mana, but this sacrifice is necessary.
