Servants With A Modern Weapon

Wednesday 2100 hours.

Weather: Heavy Rain

The operation Servum Liberantum would begin shortly. The one who would do it was everyone that has a relation to the academy plus Captain Hasslebrown and Alexa except for Charlotte and Andrew since their training was moved to Heather base.

All of us wore a digital camo outfit since the Fortress was using a grey brick wall. Although, Alexa also wore the same outfit. She would turn into a dragon at the moment that we are going to enter the castle.

Alexa had turned into a dragon, but her appearance looks very modernish. Her former semi-black scale has turned into something that looked similar to a digital camouflage. The weirdest part was that her head also had tactical headphones on her ear.

"Alexa, why do you can change your scale color to digital camo?" I asked her as I walked to the Blackhawk.

"Well, some dragon can use several things that they use in their human forms in their dragon form. That's why," she answered while flapping her wings.

"Haha, so that's why your left wings are metallic," I saw her flew away to the direction of the Fort.

We were walking to a UH-60 helicopter for the mean of the insertion inside the castle. The pilot was Chief Warrant Officer 2 Jenkins. His full name was Abraham Jenkins, but he came from Heather base as our pilot.

I greet the pilot, "Nice to meet you, Jenkins."

"The honor is mine sir," he said as I held the GAU-19 turret on the gunner seat.

The helicopter blades started to spin and lifted off from the ground. The rescue squad was split into two groups which were Fireteam Alpha and Fireteam Bravo. The Fireteam Alpha consisted of Me, Garth, and Alexa. Our job was to provide an air-support from above. The Fireteam Bravo consisted of Cecile, Maria, and Captain Hasslebrown. Their job was to rescue Natalie itself from the Fort. The pilots for our heli were Chief Warrant officer 2 Jenkins and Hendrick and the co-pilots were Warrant Officer Smith and Jackson.

Wilson: "So the operation will be split into three parts. The first part consisted of the insertion of Fireteam Bravo into the Fort. Alexa will be dealing with the dragon that is guarding the Fort using her dragon form while we will move in after the dragon run away. Any question?"

Christine: "General, how we will rescue her? Stealthy approach?"

Wilson: "I'm not sure Captain, but we might try that if Alexa managed to convince the dragon to run away."

Alexa: "Well, as a semi-god dragon. I think I can scare him into submission."

Wilson: "Ok, so stealth approach it is. We will be the backup for Plan B. Alpha 1 is for me, 2 is for Garth and 3 is for Alexa. How about your team General Alexson?"

Maria: "Bravo 1 is for me, Bravo 2 is for Captain Hasslebrown and Bravo 3 is for Cecile. Ok, so the insertion will be far from the fortress. Do you hear what is the general saying, Chief Hendrick?"

Hendrick: "Absolutely clear ma'am."

Cecile: "General, what is Plan B?"

Wilson: "It's simple, just three words."

Christine: "And what do that words sound like?"

Wilson: "Shock and Awe."

Cecile: "What kind of forces that will be deployed?"

Wilson: "Let me see the list. two armored Batallion from Heather base, a squadron of A-10 from the Flameguard AFB, and a platoon of spec-ops operator for cleaning up the messes."

Cecile: "What are you going to do? Launch a preventive war to the Tanerian Empire?"

Wilson: "That's a good idea for later, but for now let's just rescue Natalie first."

Cecile: "Roger that."

The Blackhawks followed Alexa to the Fort while maintaining the altitude so we were flying in a formation. The things that I said to Cecile was real. That troops were on stand by and ready for deployment at any time.

After some time flying, we finally arrived at the Fort. From the looks of it looks like Alexa was having a conversation with another dragon. However, that conversation seems to make the fort entered a state of chaos. The anti-air defenses had been set up and the witches had already started to shoot spells to her.

Alexa: "Looks like the dragon will be following me, Bravo 1, could you shoot the person that is riding him?"

Maria: "Bravo 1, Roger."

Fireteam Bravo's Blackhawk started to flight very steadily and Maria was sitting on the door of the helicopter while holding a TAC-50 on her hand. She aimed the rifle at the person that was riding the dragon then boom. The dragon was free from that person.

Maria: "Target down,"

Alexa: "I will be the decoy, Fireteam Bravo may enter the fort now."

Maria: "Sure, much appreciated."

Alexa flew away from the fort while being followed by the dragon that had been converted by her. Well, if that dragon wants to join our army too, I will make his rank the same as Andrew and the other Privates, but I will think more about it later.

Maria's Blackhawk touched down on an opening about 500 meters from the fortress. Maria was holding her Suppressed MSG-90 on her hands accompanied by Cecile and Christine. They all used a suppressed weapon for this op.

Wilson: "Alpha team will be circling around the Fort over."

Maria: "Loud and clear Alpha 1."

Chief Jenkins flew the helicopter around the fort while Garth and I provided them with support using our own sniper rifle. I used a DSR and Garth used a Mk 20 SSR which was the sniper rifle version of the SCAR-H.

Their group shot a grapple gun to the fort wall and with the help of the rain, they managed successfully to penetrate their defenses. Because of the rain, they were having difficulty to see so Maria asked me to guide her.

Maria: "To bravo team, Visibility is too minimal. Requesting guidance."

Wilson: "Alpha 1 Copy. Initiating support."
