Servants With A Modern Weapon

"See you later, mom," I said while waving my hand.

"Be careful, return before dark, my sweetheart!" She said while sweeping the garden.

"Be careful! I don't want to lose my daughter, servant," Sir Alex said.

"Don't worry, I will return home safely" I shouted as I left the mansion.

This was my routine every weekend. I always go hunting in the forest at the weekend. Since the discovery of [Strengthening] skill, I could use modern firearms again.

I brought my sword and dagger and wore the adventurer outfit. I wore a b.r.e.a.s.tplate, and a knee protector both of them are made from metal plate strapped with leather.

I walked to the city gates and got greeted by the guard wearing his leather armor.

"As usual Wilson?" He said while smiling at me.

"As usual Albert, you know, right?" I said.

Albert was a city guard that has worked as a city guard for a very long time. I bet his attitude will get him a woman soon, though.

"Haha, aren't you too little to go adventuring?" He said while laughing.

"There is never too early too begin," I said.

"Sure, you may pass. Have a nice hunt, Wilson!" He said

"Thanks appreciate that," I said.

I ran towards the forest. The forest is 20 km from the town, but I was used to doing it because of my training. Hell, even back in my old body I could run as far as 60 km nonstop.

Near the forest, I stripped my clothes and my armor and put it to my usual hiding spot. Storage that I put in a hole of a tree.

I changed into an M81 woodland uniform, the size was already adjusted to fit my body.

The storage there are

- HK416

- FN Five-seven

- Tactical C.h.e.s.t rig

- MRE

My first journey to the forest was an overkill. Even I accidentally killed a rabbit with a recoilless rifle. So I just need to bring this thing.

I didn't wear any armor mainly because the armor that the duke gave only make an injury worse. If a sword penetrated the armor, the sharp part of the broken armor would cause an injury worse.

Instead, I used a tactical rig to carry my magazine, an assault rifle on my back and a pistol on my hip.

Of course, I brought the sword and dagger because I still need to train my swordsmanship beside my marksmanship.

"Ok, time to go hunting," I held the sword in my left hand and cut the obstructing leaf.

I saw a boar passing by.

Hmm, a boar this is going to be a perfect warming up.

I leaped towards the boar and activated the [Godspeed Blade]. The boar was cut into small pieces.

This is too easy. I need a monster that was harder than a boar. I ran across the forest. I saw some tameable animal passing by, but most of the time, I just ignored it.

In the distance, I saw a figure wearing tattered clothes, holding a spear, and having some kind scale. They didn't resemble human at all.

A lizardman? Well, I never killed an intelligent being unless they are hostile. I ignored them.

I walked deeper into the forest and saw a sleeping ogre with his weapon beside him. Well, Ogre kills humans sometimes, but this one seems docile.

I ignored him, but suddenly he started to wake up. He m.o.a.n.e.d and suddenly pointing his eyes towards me.

He pointed his big index finger towards me while laughing. He unsheathed his sword and slashed it towards me. Luckily, I was able to dodge it.

"You are an opponent worth my time. Let's start this show!!" As I charged towards him.

"Eat this! [Slash] [Godspeed Blades]," I swung my sword at a succession that cannot be seen by ordinary eyes.

The ogre screamed painfully and started to go berserk, but the sword only makes a spark instead of wound.

I think I make a bruise, but since when, that kind of injuries can kill a person? I need to do better.

I made some distance between us, "How about a little heat? [Napalm]," as

I spurred out sticky flames from my mouth.

The ogre was screaming in pain as he suffered from my napalm breath.

"You're not dead yet? Eat this!!" I stick my sword into his abdomen.

He screamed in agony, but slowly he started to lose his consciousness.

Nothing was a worthy opponent that worth using my modern weapon.

I saw a carriage, accompanied by a full escort. One of the carriages was only made of iron bars, and I saw two beastkin inside, they're slaves.

A wolf type, fluffy ears, and fluffy tail, it's a cute one. I wonder if young miss will accept them. Well, she likes cute things so its a yes.

This is my favorite, doing a hostage rescue operation. I sheathed my sword and dagger, wore my skull balaclava, check the magazine, put the suppressor, release the safety, and put the HK416 in front of my shoulder.

I shout a battle cry, "SAFETY'S OFF!!"

I put my gun on full auto and started to spray bullet at the escort. One of the guards began to panic, "Find the enemy! Magician ready your spell!!" He said.

I jumped while aiming my rifle to his face, "It's not going to happen pal" I shot him in the face.

One of the magicians started to chant a spell on me, "o, flame burn anyone that oppose you with your ...."

Before she finished chanting her spell, I held my rifle on my right hand while said, "too slow grandma, [Tsunami]," a water tsunami appeared.

Surprised, she said, "Impossible, you can do chantless," in her wet clothes.

"Watch your head grandma!!" As I shot a bullet to her skull.

"Knight! Slash this heretic!!"As the commander readied her sword.

"You're making this too easy to me," as they gave me the chance to reload my weapon.

"Knight, CHAAARGEE!!!", she shouted while pointing his index finger to me.

I shouted back, "FIRE IN THE HOLE!!" As I shot to her armor.

While looking at her dead comrades, she said, "My steel armor got penetrated?" She said.

"You think that thin plate going to stop me? Not in my lifetime," as I shot her in the face.

My body is covered with blood. I holstered my rifle on my back and switched to my FN Five-seveN. I opened the door of the main carriage. I saw a noble wearing his fancy blue clothes with a scary face.

I aimed my pistol at him, "Where is the key?"

"The king is not going to forgive this," he said.

"Look, there are no eyes witnesses. Either you give me the key or I will make you give me the key," I threatened him.

"Here, you want gold, money, status? I can give you anything. Just keep me alive." He said while giving me the key.

"Anything?" I questioned him.

"Yes, anything," he said.

"Good, I want your life," I put a bullet in his skull.

I looked at the slave, they were looking at me like they just saw a demon. Well, they're not wrong because of I literally a demon.

"Look, I'm not going to carry you. can you both walk?" I asked them.

They nodded.

"Ok, I will open your cage," I said as I open the cage.

Two wolf beastkin, one boy and one girl. The girl is older than the boy. Both of them are wearing tattered clothing and wearing a slave collar.

Luckily, the slave collar was not fitted too tight, so I could quickly release it.

I holstered my pistol, then chant,"[Sunburn]," my hand is glowing red. I melted the collar then cut one of the horses from the carriage.

"Get on this horse! We have to leave immediately!" I told them.

Two of them got on the horse, and I started to retrace my step back to the storage.
