Severus Snape: New Soul

Severus POV..

Today is my ninth birthday, I got out of the covers and went to the closet mirror and got a good look at my self, it has been three years since I became Severus snape and a lot has happened in these years, at first glance I looked my age and not just skin and bones, but I filled out nicely thanks to the extra food, my hair is still long almost reaching my shoulder blades but less oily thanks to my tigress care, and all of that thanks to all my hard work for the last three years.

FLASHBACK...

The first year I started my new life was a bit of an adjustment but not that hard, after getting into a routine, waking up at 6, do my morning meditation, practice some Occlumency, and Occlumency came naturally to me according to the books the my mother had it was supposed to be harder but hey I'm not looking a gift horse in the mouth.

After that my mother will wake up and I will get back under the covers waiting for my father to wake up and go downstairs , my relationship with my father is that of out of sight out of mind, I didn't bother him and he didn't care what happens to me, if we see each other I will nod at him and that's that.

After my father go down for breakfast I'll get a different sized rocks from my ring and start to levitate them then move them around, it took me 6 months to do it without dropping them, I thought that practicing like that will be good for my control over my magic, and I was right.

Then my mother will come to wake me up go to have breakfast then she will give me some books to read and I had to write use a quilt and a pin until I got really good at it, then we will have lunch and after that my mother will quiz me on something after that she will get her trunk/bookcase and get some books, my mother was impressed that I could understand a lot of things and she thought the I was a genius so she started our magic school but only on the theory part no practical, and I was doing great in this.

before I was reborn her I was B- student and Severus was smart kid , how many people invite their own spills by the age on 15, and after we merged I became smarter, I can memorize a book after reading it a couple of times, and I can put that knowledge to use, and think for my self , not just a walking encyclopedia.

So after two hours of what every subject she chose, she will let me pick up some books and go to my room I stay for about an hour reading and doing my homework then I will put some books in my ring and go to the park near the house, my mother didn't care as long as I'm back before 6 o'clock , when I reach the park I will go to a corner make sure that I'm alone and go inside the ring.

The inside of the ring is just as the god said it will be , a big mansion at the top of a hill, I will go to the library and find whatever book I put here before studying a little bit then go outside and practice some spills but mostly I just run with a couple of rocks hovering around me, then go outside at 5:30 look for some kids and practice Legilimency on them, it wasn't hard but tiering if I do it for too long and I think I broke only 3 kids, after that I will Obliviate them and go home , my mother will give me diner to eat in my room and I will read then do some light workout, after that I would read as much as I can before my mother comes to my room to take the plates, and that was pretty much the first year for me.

The second year I increased the mind arts practice, between Legilimency, Obliviate, Confounding and Impirius I became well versed in altering people's memories and emotions, it became like deep hypnosis that alters people on the subconscious level, I don't just tell them what to do and they fallow like mindless zombies, but I made them think that that's what they wanted to do, I can change a sinner into a saint.

After I perfected it I started temping with my parents mind to make the neglect me even more, they won't bother me if it wasn't very important, but I made my mother insist to teach me all that she know about the magic world, from study's to politics to etiquette, it was easier than I thought it would be, because my mother had a little resentment for me and on a subconscious level is blaming me for her marriage problems, I just smoothed the thoughts a little bit, and made teaching me until Hogwarts is more of a duty than anything else.

My father on the other hand requires more work, he blames both me and my mother for his luck on life, and believes that my mother had bewitched him into marrying her, which wasn't true, I made him just a little angry that my mother for lying to him but he forgave her and know he was back to loving her again, but still didn't like me or care about me as long as I don't burn the house to the ground he wouldn't care, and I made him go easy on the bottle, no more than 3 drinks a day, and that left us with more food, and clothes and a f.u.c.k.i.n.g water heater.

And with that magic was welcomed to the snape house, my father said to my mother she can have the bas.e.m.e.nt to do with as she pleased, she had some Galleons saved, she used them to buy potion ingredients and cauldrons and turned the bas.e.m.e.nt into a small potions l.a.p, and started selling potions, although she wasn't a potion mistress, she was good at it and she loved having something to do for a few hours a day, she didn't become rich , but she made a couple Galleons a month.

As for what I did with the free time, first I increased my magic practice, I usually go out from 12 to 6 or 7 o'clock, so with all the extra time I first started to plant some trees near the mansion in my ring, and I started doing some target practice, by levitating some small stones and shoots them on some bottles then made a target out of iron, and instead of shooting rock and stone, I made small steel beads and started to use that instead and I became faster and faster some time I change the shape of the beads to a pointy little spike, I became tired very often so after practice I would go inside the mansion and read something until I regain my strength and practice again get tired and read and repeat.

By my 8th birthday I grew a bit taller and had some meat on my bones, I needed money so I started stealing, if you can call it that, I would sneak into some rich asshole house and make hime give me half the money he had in the house and forget about it, I kept the money in the ring until I had a 200 thousands pounds, then took 20 thousands and put them in a small bag and gave it to my father, made him remember that he found the bag in an alley and gave him the idea to move us to the nicer part of the town, we moved out to the new house by August, it was a significantly better than the old house, it cost 7000 £ and it was a big house, my father even bought a shop in the middle of town and rented it out for steady income and now wants to be a mechanic, with the extra money he can open his own garage, I don't care, I didn't just so they leave me alone and when I say I have money, nobody will question where it came from.

I found Lily's home the next street over about 5 minutes from my house , but I didn't contact her yet I needed all the time I can get alone that I can get , my mother started teaching me fourth year material by the time we moved and I discovered that we had about the same amount of magic and my control was even better then her although she had a wand, although my mother wasn't a battle witch and I had no one else to compare her to at the very least she should be at the average Hogwarts graduate, so I know That I'm growing a lot stronger than the old Severus and he was stronger than the average wizard.

I snapped out of my musing I got a nice set of clothes because today I'm going to Daigon Alley for the first time, it's January 9th so the it's going to be cold and less crowded, but that was fine by me, I hated large crowds so that's fine, and my father wants to see what the magical world looks like so he is coming to, anyway after laying my clothes out on the bed , I went to the bathroom washed up and got into a nice set of clothes still black, what can I say both the old me and Severus loved the color.

After breakfast we went to the car and my father drove us to London, when we reached the Leaky Cauldron it was 11:00 we parked street away and went inside, the bar wasn't that impressive it was almost empty and old, I didn't like it, the bartender gave us a look over and my mother nodded at him with a blank face and went to the brick wall and did the tapes and the wall opened, my father looked impressed by the sight of all the magic, we went to get me and my mother a nice set of robes and then we went to the bank I kept looking around memorizing everything and keeping my eyes out for something interesting.

The trip was anticlimactic , nothing of note happened we went to an apothecary and my mother brought me a small Cauldron and a lot of potion supplies and we went home, after we arrived home I "convinced" my mother to teach me Apparition, she took some convincing but I learned it in two days and with that I became capable of traveling like a.d.u.l.t wizard but I have to keep it a secret so I deleted it from my parents memories after that I went to to a shop in town and bought a bunch of different bags and stored them all in my ring and the started practicing Extension Charm on it until I became proficient at it and with my new bag I Apparited to an Alley ner the Leaky Cauldron and went inside, the bartender looked at me and asked " where are your parents? are you lost?" I said " my mother is at Gringotts can you open the door for me I won't get a wand until the summer" he shrugged and opened the wall for me "thanks" and went to the bank, I found it empty to my luck and went to one of the tellers and said in a hush but respectful tone" greetings I would like to make a large exchange from Pound to Galleons, do you have some where more private to do it at" the goblin looked at me as if measuring me up, I put up all my Occlumency wall up to the maximum and then he said " fallow me up and this better be important ", when we arrived ant a small room I got my bag and transferred 120 thousand £ from my ring to the bag, then emptied the bag on the small table in the middle of the room, the goblin gave me a shark like smile and said " how can I help you " I said " I want to open a vault here but only I want access, and I want It to be a secret, and I want to ask if you know where I can get a house-elf and portkeys to other countries on the down low" the goblin smile grow bigger and said " as long as you have money everything has a price" and the snapped his fingers and said " those were 120 thousands £, and I won't ask you where you got them from, we will take 17,5% that leave you with 19.8 thousands Galleons and the vault will cost you 10 Galleons a year, house-elves cost between 80 and 120 Galleons as for the portkeys, that depends on what country you want to visit " .

I smiled and aske " do you have a private place I can Apparite to and from" he said "for extra 120 Galleons a year we do", I said "I want 10 house-elves and I will contact you If I need a portkey, and take the 130 a year for the vault and private Apparition place, and I want total anonymity , no one but you know what I bring here and some times I will send a house-elf" he nodded and went away for 10 minutes and got back with a bunch of house-elves ready to be bound with a wizard , there was a small ceremony and a ritual then I became the proud owner of 10 house-elves .
