He was the very first ninja and was very powerfull. The system said that he is not the person with level 150. The system doesn't know hos strong the 'Rikkudo Sennin' exactly was. All she knows are some stories he could probably get in every little town. But what really impressed him were not the stories. What impressed him were the information regarding the bloodline limits. It is said that the 'Rikkudo Sennin' had a bloodline limit called the 'Rinnegan'. It is at the peak of all other bloodline limits. As he asked if the 'Rinnegan' of his 'Shadoow unification' is stronger the system didn't answer clearly.
