The confusion and shock on Kylie and Juno's faces when seeing Eve arrive with an obnoxiously large bouquet of flowers, makes Eve smirk.

She pushes past Kylie and struggles but manages to set them down on the nearest table, "Here."

"Are these for me?"

She crosses her arms and leans against the wall, "Any other Junos around here? Didn't think so."

"Wow you must care a great deal, Eve Dior. I didn't know you were friends with Juno?"

"I'm just her roommate." She says plainly.

"Oh, is that so? But you still must be close, right? You don't get flowers for just anyone-"

Eve glares at her, "Hold on, when did I ever say that I was the one who got her these flowers? I was asked to bring them."

Juno's annoyed that a part of her wanted them to be from Eve.

"Ah, I see then," Kylie clears her throat and continues with, "By the way Eve Doir, I've noticed that we share two classes but you don't show up often. That's very not good."

"What's it to you?" she sneers.

Juno awkwardly coughs and whispers, "She's a hallmonitor."

"I am."

"So what? You're gonna report me? I won't get kicked out," she says with a hint of disappointment.

Kylie smiles, "Hm. I won't do that but do be more mindful in the future, Eve Dior. You don't know what kind of trouble you could get into."

"Whatever."

"Also, you should work on that attitude of yours."

Eve rolls her eyes and doesn't respond.

"I'll be taking my leave now. See you later, Juno."

Somehow the atmosphere is more suffocating even after Kylie leaves.

Eve finally speaks up after a few minutes asking, "Since when did you befriend her? Didn't she transfer here two weeks ago?"

"Why do you care? I mean sometimes you can find friends in a short amount of time compared to someone who you've known and shared a room with for over 4 years!"

"Point taken. But I still don't like her."

"Eve, you don't like most people."

//Including, no, especially me.//

"That's true but I feel like there's something up with her."

"What, why!?"

"She's too noisy."

"It's not being noisy, it's called being concerned. What's wrong with that?" she argues.

"She should mind her own business."

"Oh come on, not you too Noodles!"

"Huh?"

"I'm speaking to the snake in my head, not you." Juno explains.

Eve still looks confused and says, "Noodles?"

"Ah well, I needed a name for my amnesiac snake."

She looks even more confused now.

"Uh..."

"What's it saying?"

There is in fact, a card.

She reads it and all it says is:

[I'm sorry.]
