Song Tian's Farm And His Daily Life

In the morning, Song Tian, who just opened the door, was shocked by what he sees in front of him. He could see his chickens already laying their own eggs.

Song Tiang walking closer to pick the eggs, he makes sure to step carefully not to make his chickens startled.

He grabs the eggs and immediately went outside, he places the eggs carefully on the container.

Song Yi's voice could be heard, "Master, congratulation for completing the Side Quest 1: Chicken or Egg?" she said as the quest scroll appeared in front of Song Tian.

- Rewards: Ability to See The Chicken Stats, Chicken Coop Integrated With System and Egg Storage.

- PS: "Before claiming the rewards, Master has to be outside of the chicken coop."

Song Tian claimed his rewards immediately since he's already on his cabin and surprised to see the eggs he got earlier disappeared. Also, he looked at his EXP progress increased to (100/250).

Song Tian looked at his empty container, "Xiao Yi, did you eat the eggs by any chance?" he couldn't help but ask.

Song Yi giggled, "Yes, I'm eating them right now, hehe," she said.

Song Tian laughed, "Five eggs at once? Xiao Yi, I didn't know you're really that hungry. Oh, tell me the function of the integrated chicken coop and eggs storage," he said.

Song Yi's voice could be heard, "Hehe can't wait for you to complete the Fruits and Vegetable quest. The integrated chicken coop now can double the production of the eggs since you're choosing the egg quest," she said.

Song Yi continued, "Any hens you put in there will be affected by double production effect. Rooster is now separated. If you want the fertilized eggs to hatch a chicken you can put them in the breeding room. There's also a new incubator to keep fertilized eggs safe," she said.

Song Tian nodded, "How about the Egg Storage?" he asked.

Song Yi answered, "For the Egg Storage, it's available inside the chicken coop. Master can move it to anywhere you want. When you put the eggs on it, it won't spoil. But it won't work on fertilized eggs. You need to see the new chicken coop, master," she said.

Song Tian went back to see the new chicken coop. The outside appearance didn't change.

Chicken feeding trough already changed. Before it was made from wooden plank, now it's changed to some material similar to metal.

Song Tian walked closer and tries to taps it, but it didn't make sounds like metal, he can see the hens are hanging out near the feeding trough.

Song Tian looked at the feeding trough, "Xiao Yi, what material is this?" he asked.

Song Yi answered, "It's actually wooden material from another galaxy. At first, I want to make it from a polished meteorite, but it's currently out of stock," she said.

Song Tian heard that it's actually wood and smiled bitterly as it's really similar to metal at least on its appearance.

After looking around, Song Tian saw another room. He opened the door, and there's nothing inside except some dim light and floor with a soft surface with a small incubator on the corner.

The room isn't actually big, it's only enough to put a pair of chicken.

Song Tian tries to inspect the soft floor on it, "Is this the breeding room? Why is the floor really soft?" he said.

Song Yi giggled, "Master, it's the place where the magic happens, you know. Of course, I had to make it comfortable as much as possible," she said which makes Song Tian speechless.

Song Tian looked at the separated room by glass where the rooster stays. They also had the same feeding trough similar to the hen's area.

Song Tian went back to the hen's area and picks one of them to see the stats.

- Breed: Leghorn.

- Status: Healthy.

- Friendship: None.

- Foods: Yes.

- Eggs: Yes. Will lay two eggs at every 00:01 AM.

- Friendship Requirement: Let it wandering around outside of the chicken coop.

Song Tian surprised to see the stats, and he looked at the other chicken's stats, which also had the same requirement, he asked, "Xiao Yi, is it really okay to let them go outside?" he said.

Song Yi answered, "It's okay master, the fence protection won't let them go out of the farm. But you have to protect the planted crops though. If the chickens were to stay inside all the time, the stress would build up," she said.

Song Tian asked, "Since the chicken coop already integrated with the system. If I were to build the small fence around the chicken coops, it wouldn't be destroyed right?" he said.

Song Yi answered, "Yes, it won't be destroyed. That thing only applied to the integrated fence," she said.

Song Tian relieved to hear that, and he immediately sends Wang Hai a message to install the small fence around the chicken coop.

Song Tian looked around to look for the Egg Storage, he looked at the large box, which is really similar to the fridge but almost two times larger.

Song Tian sizing up the Egg Storage, "Xiao Yi, is this fridge the Egg Storage?" he couldn't help but ask.

Song Yi laughed, "Yes, master, that's the storage. Do you expect them to be dimensional pockets again? No no, that thing is expensive," she said.

Song Yi continued, "Master, don't underestimate this big boy right here. Aside from preventing the eggs from becoming spoiled, it can contain 1500 eggs and also had an automatic cleaning system. So you don't have to worry about the dirty egg you pick up, just put them in there," she said.

After talking several minutes with Song Yi, Song Tian went back to his cabin and took a shower.

Several minutes later, Song Tian got a reply from Wang Hai, he said his workers will come at 8 AM.

Looking at the clock and realized that it's still early, he turns his PC on and plays some games.

At the apartment somewhere around the city, Su Wen sits on the living room with her Mom and Dad.

She hears her phone ring, the caller ID was Song Tian's mom. Su Wen answered, "Hello," she said.

After talking on the phone for a moment, Su Wen sent her address and not long after that, Zhu Mei arrives on her apartment.

Su Wen immediately greets Zhu Mei, "Aunty, I'm sorry for troubling you. Are you sure it's okay you don't have to let your office know?" she couldn't help but ask.

Zhu Mei laughed, "Don't worry about that, Xiao Tian already told me all about it," she said as she clearly knew what Su Wen mean by that, but she didn't bother to tell her.

Another woman who looked in her early thirties walked in and curious to see who's the designer her daughter is hiring as Su Wen already told her the designer's situation.

She looked at Zhu Mei, startled, and her eyes started couldn't held the tears, which started to pour out of her eyes.

She runs toward the designer and hugs her, "Sister Mei!" she said.

Zhu Mei startled, "Xiao Yun, is that you?" she said.

The woman nodded, "Yes, sister, it's been a while since we saw each other. I really miss you," she said.

Su Wen, who's been shocked to see what's happening in front of her, asked, "Mom, do you know each other?" she said.

The woman who's hugging Zhu Mei is Ye Yun. She's Su Wen's mother.

Ye Yun answered, "Of course we know each other. Back then, I'm her right-hand woman in her gang. Cough, I mean our hang out circles," she said as she immediately changed the gang phrases as she felt a piercing glare from Zhu Mei.

Zhu Mei patted on Ye Yun's head, "I don't even know you already had a daughter, let me measure this apartment first," she said.

Ye Yun shook her head, "How can I let Sister Mei do that? Why don't you just sent your workers here and we can have our reunion talk on the living room, hehe," she said while grabbing Zhu Mei's arm.

Zhu Mei flicked her finger on Ye Yun head, "I already promised my son to design it personally for her, we can have our reunion talk after that," she said.

Su Wen looked at both of them, it's her first time to see her mother act like this.

Zhu Mei starting to measure the apartment.

Su Wen asked her mom curiously, "Mom, you two seems really close. Did I hear gang earlier? Is this the gang that I think of?" she said.

Ye Yun smiled embarrassingly, "Oh, gang? You can take it that way, but we're more organized than that," she said.

Ye Yun changes the subject, "Anyway, you even asked me to hire her when she's fired? Xiao Wen, she alone is the owner of the biggest Real Estate company in our country. Who even dares to fire her? You also forgot that she had the surname of Zhu," she said.

Su Wen pondered for a moment. Her face changed after she remembers the Zhu's Family is the wealthiest and one of the most powerful families in the country.

Su Wen sighed, "How come Song Tian didn't tell me about that. Ah, it's my fault for not looking carefully," she said.

Ye Yun looked at her daughter, "Just be grateful that she's going her way to personally design it for you. Even if a powerful person in the country were to ask this, she's still gonna refuse them straight in the face," she said.

Ye Yun surprised to hear the name of Song Tian, she curiously asked, "Song Tian? Song Family? Are you sure it's the name of my sister's son?" she said.

Su Wen nodded, "Yes, Song Tian is the name of her son. Is there something wrong with it, mom?" she said.

Ye Yun shook her head, "No, I just remember back then Sister Mei and the man with the surname Song is fighting almost every day. Never mind, we can just ask her once she's done measuring the apartment," she said.

Ye Yun went to the kitchen to prepare drinks and snacks for Zhu Mei.

Several moments later, three of them sat on the living room. Ye Yun asked immediately, "Sister Mei, I heard from my daughter that your son name is Song Tian. Is this what I think it is? You're with that Song Chen?" she said.

Zhu Mei laughed, "Yes, you didn't know that we've been falling in love with each other after several fights. Now I already had two daughters and one son," she said.

Ye Yun surprised to heard that Zhu Mei is really married to that man. In the underworld, Zhu Mei was known as the Demon Empress, and her only obstacle is the man known as Demon Emperor, which is Song Chen nickname back then.

Zhu Mei looked at Ye Yun and knew what she was thinking, "It can't be helped, it's actually happened way before you even went overseas. We've been secretly dating each other without all of you knowing that," she said.

Ye Yun smiled bitterly, "No wonder when I see both of you fighting, none of you fights all out during the fight over territories," she said.

She looked at Su Wen, "Xiao Wen, how come you got to know my sister's son?" she asked.

Su Wen told the stories from their first encounter at the cake shop, and after that, they're talking about another thing.

Back at the farm, Song Tian was hanging out with Wang Hai on the living room.

Wang Hai looked at Song Tian, "Brother, I want to order some foods. Did you already have your breakfast?" he asked.

Song Tian shook his head, "Not yet, order one for me too. Makes it spicy, any foods will do as long it's spicy," he said.

Wang Hai took his phone, ordered the food for him and Song Tian.

Song Tian suddenly remembers something, "Fatty Wang, I almost forgot to tell you. I already change the tools for the chicken coop. Let's go there, I want to show you," he said.

Wang Hai nodded, he's curious with what his brother does on the interior of the chicken coop.

Wang Hai's workers still working the fence in front of the chicken coop. When he opened the chicken coop door, he's surprised to see the changes.

Woods material feels the same, but somehow he got a different feeling to it.

Wang Hai looked at the feeding trough, breeding room, separate rooster area, and a big fridge inside.

Wang Hai poked his finger at the breeding room's floor, "Brother, the floor on the breeding room is really soft," he said.

Song Tian laughed, "Of course, it's where the magic happens after all. I need to makes it as comfortable as possible," he said as he copied what Song Yi said to him.

Wang Hai was speechless, and after that, he looked at the big fridge, he opens it, but nothing inside.

Wang Hai asked, "Brother, is this for storing the eggs?" he said.

Song Tian nodded, "Yes, this thing can contain a lot of eggs. For now, it's empty, just you wait. You will see it filled before you realize," he said.

Several hours later, the chicken coop's fence already finished and Wang Hai left with his workers.

Song Tian immediately opens the chicken coop door and let the chicken out, he also let the roosters outside.

Song Tian looked at their stats, but nothing changed, "Xiao Yi, why is the friendship requirement still not changed?" he asked.

Song Yi answered, "How can it be that easy. Master, you can't just let them outside and expect the stats change straight away. Let's nature take its course. Also, you don't have to worry about them escaping outside of the fence since I already integrated this new fence with the chicken coop. The chicken can't go outside of this fence even if they're given the ability to fly like a bird," she said.

Song Tian nodded, "Nice, now all I had is to put them back inside the coop in the evening. It's already lunchtime, I'm going to see if Grandma Zhao already backs or not," he said.

He walked toward Gao Zhao restaurant, but it's closed. Before he turns back, he's startled to see Grandma Zhao already near the restaurant.

Looking at Song Tian who's startled, Gao Zhao laughed, "Xiao Tian, I see you're hungry. I just got back from my sister's house. Wait for me to open up the restaurant," she said.

Song Tian asked, "Grandma, how can you suddenly appear out of nowhere? I didn't hear any vehicles earlier," he said.

Gao Zhao smiled, "It's teleportation, you can do it too when you're starting to cultivate. Just focus on going to the peak of martial art, for now, once you starting your beginner cultivation stage, I will teach you," she said.

Song Tian excited to hear the teleportation exist in this world, "I will try my best grandma," he said.

After about an hour, Gao Zhao handed the food to Song Tian and asked, "So, how is your farm? Did you encounter any trouble in here?" she said.

Song Tian smiled, "It's going well so far, no trouble at all. Oh, I didn't tell you yet, I already move to the land so we'll be neighbor from now on grandma," he said.

Gao Zhao eyes lit up when she heard Song Tian already move to this area, "Great, now you're here. I don't feel lonely anymore. My Husband still on the cultivation world and didn't want to settle in this world. My granddaughter still on overseas to study," she said.

Song Tian asked, "But what about your children? Grandma, you can come anytime to my farm. There's not much to see except some chicken and planted crops, though," he said.

Gao Zhao smiled bitterly, "My son is already passed away with his wife when he's on the cultivation world due to illness from poisonous spiritual beast during their journey. That's why my husband still staying in the cultivation world to look for a way to resurrect them," she said.

Song Tian suddenly felt terrible for asking his grandma such question, "Grandma, I'm so sorry. I don't know that your son is already passed away," he said.

After they talked for an hour, Song Tian went back to his farm.

Song Tian didn't know what he's doing next, "Xiao Yi, show me the side quest again. I want to take some since I don't have anything to do right now," he said.

Song Yi voice could be heard, "Alright master. Since it's a new day, the daily quest list has been refreshed," she said.

Several moments later, after looking at the quest, there's one quest which piqued Song Tian's interest.

- Quest Description: "Someone is saying that fishing is great to test our patience. But there's another saying that fishing will bring joy to them. Can you really find the joy in it? Let's find out."

- Quest Requirement: Catch 50 fish barehanded without any martial art.

- Quest Rewards: Basic Fishing Rod and additional rewards.
