Spartan In Star Wars

The war started favoring the New Mandalorians and the Naboo, leaving the Death Watch on the losing end. The addition of the Naboo military on paper didn't seem to make a big difference. However, the Naboo got used to fighting aggressively because they fought alongside Diesel. The shields just helped enforce that type of fighting. Most Naboo teams worked in cells of three, two "gunners'' one "Shieldman."

The forward shields now came in three formats. The Mark I which would be the Standard shield and most widely currently used. The second format would be the Mark II otherwise known as the wrist shield, this one covers the entire body of the user and is slightly wider. Allowing for multiple people to be relatively safe, the carriers of these were the military troops called the Shieldman. Whose primary goal is to protect it's gunners, they also carried blaster pistols rather than the now widely used MBRs.

Unlike the Mandalorian counterparts who've been trained in all sorts of combat. The Naboo Military focused heavily on Medium Range. This seemed to be extremely counterproductive given that they were pretty aggressive. The only troops that trained in any close quarters were the Shieldman. Gunners were mainly focused to be firing on the move, and to use cover effectively. When a Run and Gun situation would happen they were to use the Shieldman as cover and firing while moving.

The Mark III was in testing and has only been used by Ruray. During the Death Watch ambush. She referred to this as the Remote Shield Distributor. These small technology advances allowed the New Mandalorians to be on the offense. Returning the lines officially back to the starting point they were in the beginning of the war.

Diesel who was fighting deep behind the enemy lines, took out another supply depot. "Ruray what is the news from the front line?"

"Ril'ah says the lines have returned and we will start gaining ground tomorrow. Should we return to the front line Diesel?"

"No. We head to the Capital. Send word to any ODJTS behind enemy lines. Meet up at Concordia, engage hour thirteen day three."

"You're having us attack the Capital?!"

"Of course Pre-Viszla should be rerouting troops to the frontline soon, if they keep losing ground. It'll be the best chance to get him, otherwise we risk him escaping."

--Two years ago ??? Base--

"Here are the coordinates that were recorded after Diesel's ship entered hyperspace. Is it possible we can get a lock on them and send a ship after?"

"What was the state of damage on his ship Dom?"

"It wasn't in the best shape, but passable sir."

"So Doctor, where do these coordinates bring us."

"Commander, I don't know these aren't recorded anywhere in our known universe."

"How is the ship coming along? Is the Hyperdrive able to make it to those coordinates."

"It can, but it's an extremely small ship and can only hold a few people on it. However, the project is being shut down. Diesel will now be listed as MIA. I'm sorry Dom, they no longer can afford this project."

"HE'S STILL ALIVE I CAN FEEL IT. IF THEY WANT TO GIVE UP FINE, BUT I WILL NOT."

"Dom calm down, I understand how you feel but you can't orders are orders."

"We have rouge Spartans! All troops to the containment bay! Stop those Spartans"

"Doctor what is their goal?"

"They are after the Kraken."

"Why are the Spartan after the Kraken! That project was shut down a week ago!"

"Cause family, lets go they aren't gonna stop two Spartans."

"Doctor did you know this was gonna happen?"

"Of course I did, Diesel and Dom have been together since the beginning of the Spartan II program it was just a matter of time. Load this data into the Krakan for Dom, make sure not a single person knows. I'll delete all the data from the computer."

"That is treason Doctor!"

"Hurry Sophia start the ship. We need to leave now!"

"Don't worry Diesel we're coming for you." The Spartans started the Kraken and took off into space. Launching the Hyperdrive to the coordinates last used by Diesel.

"Hey Dom, I think the Doctor left us a going away present."

"What do you mean?"

"She destroyed all the data for the Kraken and left us some information for us, just in case we run into any problems."

"What exactly do you mean Sophia?"

"Basic augmentations information, and data for the Kraken and a few other things."

"I don't think the Doctor expects us to come back, she is signing her own death."

"We can worry about all that later, let's hop into cryo. Once we leave slip-space, we should automatically leave cryo."
