Spartan In Star Wars

I think I'm gonna be trying a new format for my chapters in general will have a chapter a week. While a bonus chapter will be shown in the discord. With that said this will be the "Promised Chapter next week."

Diesel made his way back to the Republic HQ where he sat waiting for all three Jedi to return along with summoning all the 300th Captains. The three Jedi arrived together with Commander Cody and newly promoted Captain Jesse. Upon entering the room they stared at Diesel and took positions around the Command table.

(If you watched the Star Wars "Attack of the Clones" it's the table with the Holograms on Geonosis.)

"How is it that the enemy can attack on multiple fronts and prepare an ambush and not a single line was pushed in return. The real question here is are you all trying to win this war? Or are you planning on throwing the lives of clones away. The longer this goes on the many more lives will be lost. This also goes for you Clones I know for a fact you understand tactics and strategy. Why the hell are you sitting back and allowing for this to happen. Speak up and offer suggestions!"

Everyone in the room listened attentively. The man speaking to them right now was not someone they could offend. They saw what Diesel had to put up for two hours without any help. Every single one of them sat there and listened.

"Now enough rambling about all your failures. The only one with any idea going on was the padawan. How does this come to be when they don't have an ounce of training. They have extremely limited combat knowledge. Your all lucky I already knew that an ambush was going to happen and that I was the one being ambushed."

The room grew even more quiet as everyone but the padawan was ridiculed for their lack of effort in the war effort. The Jedi took it the hardest they realized again they are lacking in proper combat knowledge and strategic capabilities.

"If I may Diesel? I believe I have a plan that could push this battle heavily into our favor. Actually, it's pretty similar to the battle of Mimban where Captain Rex changed the course of the battle."

Diesel takes a moment to think recalling the event of Mimban into his mind and nods in the direction of Anakin. "This was already a possibility I was thinking of. But remember this plan cannot work every time."

--Ventress/Count Dooku--

"Master, we have failed the ambush but I got the requested data from the Mammoth-00 unit so upgrades can be applied later."

"I'm disappointed in our failure. It's good you were able to retrieve the data." Ventress grits her teeth before pushing further in.

"Master I have worrying news about Diesel and possibly the other Spartans."

"Oh?" Count tone turns slightly curious after only expecting the limited information. So the extra info made him secretly happy.

"The force didn't or rather barely worked on him. Like it was a minor inconvenience." This caused Dooku to flinch slightly not expecting this piece of offsetting news. Leaning in slightly more making sure he heard correctly.

"Explain. If I find it compelling. I'll remove the punishment for failing this time."

"I attempted to use force push on him to knock him off his feet but he didn't even budge. Surprised in the failure of anything happening, I attempted to use a lot more of the force and tried again to make sure I saw correctly. It caused him to barely flinch. So when Mammoth arrived I was forced to recover temporarily before reengaging into the fight. Watching closely I noticed something that I found kind of interesting other then the fact he outmatched the Mammoth unit."

"Ventress, get to the point." Causing her to flinch again she looked up toward her Master.

"He probably weighed a whole lot more then we would suspect. Obviously, a normal person would weigh somewhere between 180-500lbs. Going by the amount of force I had to use he could weigh upwards to 1000lbs. I mean even the punch of the Mammoth just launched him a few dozen feet and that can put holes in steel walls."

"You'll escape punishment this time. It won't happen again. Now return with the unit." Ventress communicator flicks off. She gets up and boards the nearest ship leaving the planet.
