Spiritualist In Korea

Chapter 2: A long way to go

After arriving in Korea, Li Mo's parents only stayed for one day. After worshiping the second master, he returned overnight.

Anyway, the matter of the inheritance should be left to Li Mo to deal with, plus each has a job, and those who are unfamiliar with the place of life, it is not interesting to stay for a few more days.

Cha Hyunjae didn't stop him either, helping with tedious matters such as air tickets, and even taking Li Mo's parents to the airport in person.

He is a sensible person and knows the thoughts of Li Mo's parents. Don't ask about the inheritance, obviously wanting to avoid suspicion.

Lest he give a bad impression as the titular administrator of the estate.

As for Li Mo, he didn’t mention it either.

It was the first time to go abroad. After the sadness of the death of the second master, I was curious about the unfamiliar environment.

It hurts a bit after being curious.

Language barrier, even if he is fluent in English, it is only useful in certain places.

So I can only stay in the hotel obediently.

Being bored, he used his wild ideas to guess what the inheritance of the second master was.

"A house, or a lot of cash?"

In the end, Li Mo is just a layman. Faced with sudden surprises, he is somewhat worried about gains and losses.

Fortunately, Cha Hyunjae didn't make him wait too long.

Early in the morning, Cha Hyunjae drove Li Mo to the place where the second master lived.

Cheongdam-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, is a term that often appears in Korean dramas, and it represents the place where the rich live.

The house of the second master is here, a very chic two-story building.

There is a small yard surrounded by fences in front of the small building, and a few old ginkgo trees stand proudly in the yard.

The white paint on the walls is a little mottled, which also proves from the side that what Cha Hyunjae said is true.

"Come on, come in, I'll live here for you later."

Cha Hyunjae led Li Mo to open the door, and there was another scene inside.

The outside looks like a European-style villa, but the decoration is a strong Chinese ancient style.

Mahogany furniture, with simple decoration, makes people feel relaxed and happy.

"After Mr. Li passed away, I redecorated it. Add some latest electronic products to make your stay more comfortable."

Cha Hyunjae thought so thoughtfully, how could Li Mo be dissatisfied?

Even a rental house of 20 to 30 square meters can make do with it. For Li Mo, this luxurious and chic little villa is already his dreamhouse.

Cha Hyunjae took Li Mo around the villa and gave a brief introduction.

   Then it's time to play.

"Uncle Hyunjae, tell the truth. What am I going to do? I don't believe you took all the trouble to bring me to Korea, just let me live here?"

Li Mo said what he had been holding back for a few days.

Cha Hyunjae glanced at Li Mo and said with a smile, "Okay."

"The total property of Mr. Li, including this house, is almost more than 20 billion won, which is 20 million US dollars, or more than 100 million Chinese dollars."

Li Mo was stunned when he heard this number.

I never thought that my second master would be a billionaire.

"However, these are just numbers now. The most valuable land is managed by a charitable fund established by Mr. Lee," Cha Hyun Jae paused. "All you really want to inherit is the rose plantation in it."

   "Rose Plantation?"

Looking at the surprised Li Mo, Cha Hyunjae continued: "Old Li has been investing money to buy land until he started to build a rose plantation five years ago. From introducing seeds, transforming soil to various constructions, he invested almost all of his property, Even now the house is being used as a mortgage."

Li Mo's mouth opened, but his mind couldn't turn around for a while, there was too much information!

Rose Li Mo knows, but what the **** is a rose plantation?

Next, Cha Hyunjae popularized the basic knowledge for Li Mo, so that he could understand what he was about to face.

   Second Master is really mighty!

I came up with this idea after visiting a local rose plantation during a trip to Bulgaria.

and give all his heart and soul for it.

But Li Mo felt that the second master was a little idealized.

It's not that Li Mo doesn't respect the second master, but since the second master has sufficient funds, why not build his own rose plantation in a more suitable place.

Instead, in Korea, there are many small people, which means that the land is expensive. Even buying land from a long time ago is not a small sum.

Plus, from Cha Hyunjae’s words, Li Mo could feel that the operation of this plantation was not very good.

The    is still in deficit and owes a large loan to the bank. If it continues, it is estimated that the plantation will go bankrupt.

"Now, do you understand?" Cha Hyun Jae looked meaningfully at Li Mo, who was a little hit.

I didn't look down on him, even if he was Cha Hyun Jae, a famous Korean lawyer, it is estimated that when he heard such news, the impact on the young man in front of him did not have to be small.

"Second Master has such confidence in me?" Li Mo really couldn't understand, why Second Master gave him this mess? Do you think Li Mo has the ability to bring the plantation back to life?

Cha Hyunjae shook his head, also looking puzzled, "I don't know either. When Mr. Li found that his body couldn't support him, he found me and asked me to go to Huaxia to find you after he died."

"I don't know where Mr. Li's confidence in you comes from, but I believe in Mr. Li's vision. Without him, I probably wouldn't be where I am now."

Speaking of his past with Li Han, Cha Hyun Jae sighed.

"But.!"

Li Mo didn't know what to say. It was good to be trusted, but if it was beyond his ability, it would be a burden.

"Xiao Mo, you don't need to worry, Mr. Li didn't force you to accept it. During this time, you can think about it here. If you think you can't do it, I believe Mr. Li won't blame you."

After Cha Hyunjae finished speaking, he got up and prepared to leave, and let Li Mo think about it for himself. After all, this pit is not something ordinary people are willing to take over.

Before leaving, he seemed to remember something, "Little Mo, next to the master bedroom on the second floor is Old Li's study. If you have time, sort it out. There are some of Old Li's collections in it. It's better to clean up what Mr. Li left behind."

Li Mo nodded, got up and bowed to Cha Hyun Jae. I have been in Korea for a few days, and I am quite proficient in doing this.

  Cha Hyunjae smiled and left.

Li Mo was left alone in the huge house, and fell into a silent atmosphere for a while.

After a while, Li Mo rubbed his stiff neck and smiled bitterly.

"Forget it, the boat will naturally go straight to the bridge. Let's talk about it after seeing the plantation."

Li Mo put his troubles aside, and came to Erye's study according to Cha Hyunjae's instructions before leaving.

No accident, except for some famous Chinese books on the bookshelf, most of them are professional books about rose planting.

After looking at it, the edges of the book were all yellow and wrinkled, obviously Er Ye often flips through it.

And on another shelf, there are many strange-shaped collectibles, which should be brought back from a foreign trip.

The desk was neat and tidy, Li Mo rubbed his fingers on the tabletop, there was no dust, but his eyes were attracted by a green bead on the table.
