Spy At An All-Girls School!!

Lucia Mayfield eyed at the two girls in front of her with a wide grin on her pretty face as she crossed her arms, her ample D-cup goodness being emphasized for them to see.

"Heh, by the looks on your faces, I could only say that you are acquainted with a certain blue-haired brat, am I correct?"

Both Kana and Meiko, feeling in a momentary lapse of a daze from the revelation finally snap themselves out as they now took their time to eye the gorgeous woman in front of them.

Answering Lucia's question it was Meiko who spoke up. "Well, acquaintance is not the right term Ms. Mayfield ma'am. We are good friends with her."

Meiko's response brought a smile in Lucia's face, the woman's expression softening at this. "I see. It seems that Rina is in good hands."

"Wait." Kana took the initiative to question the blonde woman. "How are you related to Rina?"

"She's my cousin." Lucia replied with no hesitation at the heiress. "And also the reason why I'm here. Apparently, that girl is the reason why your father Jonathan called me. It seems that she has caught up some trouble with a daughter of a noble and I'm here to saver her troublesome hide from further complications."

"I knew it!!" Kana gritted her teeth. "It was Erica Von'laden all along… again. That girl sure loves to brew some trouble for Rina."

"And how are you going to dispel the situation Ms. Mayfield?" Meiko asked.

"First things first ladies." Lucia smiled. "Call me Lucia. Any friend of Rina by default is also a friend of mine. That and I'm not exactly one for formalities except in the line of business of course. Anyways, someone told me that Rina can be found inside the Headmaster's office. If you don't mind, will you ladies guide me there?"

Meiko without any protest agreed. "Of course Lucia. The office is not that far from here but we would gladly accompany you if it is to save Rina the trouble."

Kana finding it no harm also did so.

"Thank you." Lucia nodded and the trio proceeded to make their way to the Headmaster's office.

"So…" Kana fidgeted her fingers shyly. "Are you really my godmother?"

"You got that right kiddo." Lucia smirk as she scratches her hair sheepishly. "If you don't believe me then we can confront Jonathan together to confirm your suspicions."

"I suppose we should." Kana smiled. "But I believe that you are telling the truth. Truth to be told, I still remembered just bits and pieces about a certain blonde woman visiting me when I was very young. Also, I feel kind of connected to you after the sudden hug that you gave to me earlier."

"You don't how much that means to me at what you said kiddo." Lucia let out a single tear. "You were like a daughter to me in those years. Well, I guess I should apologize at the time when I stop visiting you. Work and all of that has been bringing me to other places."

"It's fine Lucy." Kana smiled sweetly and at the mention of the name being addressed to Lucia, the woman could not help but lovingly lock the girl on her shoulders. "I understand."

"Kana…" Lucia winced at the familiar nickname, one where she recalls a little Kana calling her adorably. "So you still remember!! You use to call me Lucy back in those days."

"Really?" Kana widened her eyes. "I call you that out of reflex to be honest. I guess the bonds are not so easily shackled by the chains of time huh."

And honestly, Kana felt very sorry for being mistrustful of her initial view of the blonde woman when she mentioned a slight bit of her father's name. Although it was probably best that Lucia should not know that hence unnecessary tensions might arise.

"Hahaha, you really are your father's daughter I can tell you that!!" Lucia laughed wholeheartedly.

As the three, well duo to be more precise as Meiko lagged behind them a bit merely observing the two godfamily's wholesome interaction with one another, continued to walk until they have reached their destination.

Not wanting to be left out, Meiko decided that its about time that she joined in with the conversation as she found an opening and asks in sincere curiosity. "So Lucia ma'am… tell us about Rina when she was young, during her childhood."

Lucia in return shifted her attention to the other student accompanying her as she contemplated at what answer is she going to give at the orange-haired girl.

Of course she can't respond to both girls by saying that oh when he was 6, he was already murdering kids of his age thanks to a certain Children's Initiative which thank God above has been disbanded shortly after. That and after a while, he was already undertaking a series of life-threatening missions in the service of the Kingdom in which all of you have been living at!!

So for reasons extremely obvious, she definitely cannot say that!!

"Well now, that is something rather uh how shall I put this… delicately if you ladies ask me." Lucia replied with a somewhat unsure smile.

"What do you mean?" Meiko tilted her head in confusion with Kana sharing the same expression.

Lucia simply smiled. "I believe that is something that is best to ask your friend by yourself. No one can be the right person in telling their own past except the ones who have experienced it themselves since you yourself are the ones that you know the best. Oh my, look at me, mumbling like some temple monk hahaha… Oh looks like we're here."

Yep, a good bullshit excuse and life lessons to tell the ladies so that Rin himself can fabricate a lie all by himself to them without Lucia accidentally telling them some loopholes for the boy to get in trouble with.

Although there are some fragments of the truth that Lucia indeed has been telling to the both of them, leaving the girls to interpret it as they see fit.

Such is the markings of how a Master agent manipulates the flow and outcome of a conversation to his or her liking!!!

Anyways, the girls before they can even elaborate and inquire even further on Lucia about Rin's past was not able to do so as they indeed arrived nearby outside of the office.

Now standing in front of the huge door, Kana presented to her Godmother that this is where her father's office, Jonathan Erendal's place of operations here at the Academy.

"So let us enter shall we?" Kana gestured with a smile at Lucia as the latter nodded, now with a fiery grin.

As Kana was about to open the door slowly, she was immediately halted by Lucia. Then without warning, the blonde woman without any care rudely slam the door open, making a grand entrance like a Lion roaring to assert its dominance in the wild.

The occupants inside could only eye at her in disbelief and astonishment as Lucia Mayfield made herself known to all.

"I heard that my beloved cousin is in trouble!! What's going on here Jonathan!?"
