Chapter 16 : Blood Demon

Since Lin Hong said that Ye Xinghe must listen to him, Xinghe nodded his head and said, “Got it. I won’t casually treat others anymore in the future“. Although he wasn’t clear about the reason, He didn’t want to lost his only friend in the academy.

“That’s good!” Lin Hong nodded.

When Ye Xinghe treated Lin Hong, he noticed something unusual on Lin Hong’s arm, there was a mysterious seal that faintly visible through the latter’s clothes. He didn’t understand how he could see it, when the clothes blocked his vision.

It was an extremely mystical seal, it resembled a dark, scarlet Blood Demon that bit a person, it made Ye XInghe felt that his entire neck was restrained thoroughly, made him unable to breathe.

Ye Xinghe panted, he breathed deeply, on his whole body already covered by cold sweat.

They three were the most outstanding people between the common family juniors in the class.

“Later, if only small wound, don’t ask Xinghe to treat you! His treatment method cost him a lot of power of stars!” Lin Hong sternly said to Mo Yu with serious expression.

Ye Xinghe wanted to explain that each treatment only cost him small amount of power of stars, but saw Lin Hong’s swift and fierce sight, made him swallow back the words that was about to be said.

While the students chatted among themselves, the teams for the Hunt slowly created between them.

Teacher Chu Xian walked toward them, looked at Ye Xinghe and the other and said, “This team, will be under my lead, the team member are : Xia Yuning, An Xueyun, Liang Yu, Ye Xinghe, Mo Yu, Lin Hong, Xiao Yang, He Shan, Wu Long, … ”

Teacher Chu Xian announced the total of 16 names. Almost half the students in the class were assembled in the team.

As the team leader, there were five teachers beside Teacher Chu Xian. All of them had cultivation of Heavenly Layer Realm 5th stage, and they were responsible for taking care of these students group.

After registered all the members, teacher Chu Xian smiled lightly and said, “Follow me!”

The group gathered and lined up in the row.

This team came out from Heavenly Star Academy and sets out toward the remote mountain range.

They went through long mountain road, probably after walking for two hours, arrived at an iron bridge. On the two sides of the bridge, were stood tall and erect cliffs, if one were to looked below the bridge, unexpectedly was really deep, so deep they couldn’t saw the bottom. There were iron chains that plank the bridge to the distant top of mountain. These chains, planked the whole bridge, the length surely exceed several hundred meters.

“This is the entrance to Smelting Trial site. The site was on that plateau. We were surrounded by tall cliffs, the only way to go there is through this bridge. This bridge runs upward more than 500 meters, every time we walked on this road, no more than 30 students can pass it at once!” Teacher Chu Xian smiled and continue said, “All of you could rest assured, this bridge and the chains were built from really profound metal. We don’t know which super expert created this bridge, but until now, nobody could break it!”

Heard Teacher’s words, the vision of all the students fell at the bridge, all of them sucked a mouthful of cold air. “I will lead the way, all of you, follow behind me!” Chu Xian, smiled slightly, and started to walk to the iron bridge.

Xia Yuning and An Xueyun was the first ones that followed him. Behind them, Liang Yu and the others couldn’t help but swallowed their saliva, although they still felt afraid, but they won’t admit themselves inferior to other, and followed.

“How can we lose to these girls?” Lin Hong looked at Xia Yuning’s back, took a step to the bridge.

Ye Xinghe and Mo Yu also followed behind him.

“Hee, so these cliffs are quite deep eh?” Mo Yu kept looking all around, even to the deep cliff. No sign of her being afraid at all.

The rest of the students also followed behind, while all five other teachers were looking after the students in their care respectively.

Right now there were more than 30 peoples walking on the bridge, it made the bridge swayed a bit, everyone couldn’t help but slowed down their footsteps, afraid that the bridge would break down.

Xinghe, how is your present cultivation?” Lin Hong asked Ye Xinghe while they walked side by side.

“Burnt down?” Ye Xinghe watched Lin Hong’s back in doubts, he had this strange feeling that the latter was concealing some things to him.
