Stardom - Logan Williams

Logan checked on the mother-daughter pair. Both of them were fine ,not suffered any injuries. They started profusely thanking Logan. Logan appeared to be quiet embarrassed by this. Logan had asked Bella to call their dad in. She was on the phone telling him about the incident and asking him to come inside the store. The shopkeeper had already called the police and they were on their way.

Arthur entered the store looking anxious. He had already felt Bella's fear when she spoke on the phone. He rushed towards her and embrace her.

"Are you okay sweetie?"

"Are you hurt?"

"Talk to me sweetie"

"Where is that bastard?"

Logan on the other hand stood beside her. He coughed twice to get his father's attention but to no avail. Fathers loved their daughters more. He had heard this in his past life.

Bella in her Arthur's embrace said,"I am fine father. You better ask brother. He was the one who fought the thugs."

Arthur glanced at Logan," Brat, it anything would have happened to my princess I would have broken your legs."

Logan rolled his eyes at this:"How can you be so cold to your son,father? Shouldn't you atleast ask if I am okay?"

How there be so much discrepancy in the treatment?

"Aren't you a big boy now? I don't need to take care of you?"

Logan was left with his mouth open. The police had come to take care of the situation. Everyone was taken to the precinct for their statements. The thugs were also taken into custody. Arthur being a criminal defence attorney had quite a few acquaintances in the precinct. The processing went on smoothly. He already was good friends with the captain there. They were seated in his office after the statements were taken.

Captain Simmons was looking at the young boy sitting beside his father. Since it involved his friend Arthur, he had personally handled the situation. From the statements of the witnesses he had found that this young boy had dispatched two armed a.d.u.l.ts very calmly and meticulously. He was surprised that such a temperament could be found in a teenager. Undoubtedly he was impressed. He had wanted to see how he had done it but unfortunately the camera had been disabled.

"We have to thank you, young man. If you hadn't intervened there could have been casualties. From our police department, please accept our thanks."

"You don't need to thank me Captain. I would have done it anyways. He dared to abuse my sister."

Captain Simmons had seen the injuries on Carlos. His groin had been smashed. The boy had been ruthless. He felt amazed. A 16 year old boy could be this ruthless:"Arthur, your son is amazing. Did you see the broken arm bone? Looks like, a lion father begets a lion son." Arthur started laughing, he obviously felt proud of his son.

After all the formalities had been dealt with, they came home to find Helen at the doors looking quite anxious. As soon as she saw Logan she pulled him into a embrace. Only after checking every part of him did she leave him and took Bella for a check up. Logan felt happy seeing this scene. It was quite nice to have someone worry about you.

"You are not allowed to be reckless anymore"

"Yes Mum."

"How did you learn martial arts so soon?Haven't you just been going for a few days?"

"Who do you think your son is?" said Logan with a smirk.

After giving his statements to the police, the store owner went back to his store. He went to a rack behind the counter and removed a hidden camera from a shelf. He had installed this hidden camera to keep an eye on his employees. The police had not asked if he had an extra camera and he hadn't found it necessary to tell the police. He hated police. He thought of them as corrupt. He connected the camera to his laptop and saw the video. Again and again. The more he saw it, the more he found it exciting.

He decided to upload the video on YouTube. He quickly uploaded it and titled it (Robbery thwarted by a school boy.)

He knew the video would definitely blow up. He also posted it on multiple social media platforms.

He just had to wait and see.

Logan was having dinner with his family listening to Mia's chatter. He had no idea that his actions were going to give him a popularity boost. He had decided that he would be uploading a new song tomorrow. And this would be his original. He had been afraid to upload his original song before this. But he had thought it through and decided why fear. If people like it good, if they didn't no harm done. After all he had so many songs from his previous life to make him a superstar.
