Nelivar, the man with the stubble beard and strong body, looks at Lilly and asks.

Lilly looks at the eyes of Nelivar and then starts speaking.

These words made others show ugly faces. This time they had some sort of understanding about the events. This guy was somewhat able to kill and murder more than 200 people, all starsign users, including Torch Level beings, with his power, or maybe with a group and organization.

Then he comes to the inn to sleep, and Lilly's ability triggers and she notices some sort of problem with the guy. Then, the next morning, he decides to buy the inn. Lilly's friends don't need any other information to conclude that this man named Felix is the suspect and is most likely the one who committed all of the evil acts in Phasma Forest and is causing an internal problem within the Blue Bird Empire and city.
