Rei got back home about 6 in the evening he saw servents running all around the house hurrying to prepare dinner, they all stepped to the side, opened the way for him and bowed as he passed.

Rei spent the next 2 hours meditating in his room when it was dinner time he got up and walked towards the dining room.

As usual, the 3 people were sitting on the table and he was the last one to arrive.

He didn't say anything he sat down and started eating.

" so how was your day honey, find anything exciting?" after a while his mother asked him.

" You have no idea mom," said, and continued " for starters, I meet the nine tails on my way and I fought him".

" WHAT, HOW COULD THAT BE" his mother screamed so loud that almost the entire clan heard her.

His brother was staring at him waiting for him to continue, and his father was shocked he didn't think that his simple joke would turn out to be real.

" don't worry mom, although the fight was quite hard I won in the end," said rei.

" really, are you hurt honey," she said surprised and concerned at the same time.

His father was looking at him shocked but then he went back to eating his food as if defeating the nine tails wasn't that big of a deal.

His brother though was looking at him with stars in his eyes.

" sigh, true, but how could this be how could the nine tails be so close to the clan without us noticing," said Miyako.

It has been about 2 months since the last time rei meet Madara and hashirama, and since then they kept meeting almost every day.

The day after they meet, they came back to find hashirama crying by the riverside, he didn't want to tell them why at first but after some persuasion from rei side and a lot of yelling from Madara side he finally gave in and told them.

Apparently after he went back yesterday to his clan he found out that his younger brother had died, Madara was a little bit surprised and he felt sorry for him cause he knows what that feels like, but rei already knew so he wasn't as shocked, nonetheless they both comforted him and helped him get over it, that event served to make their friendship stronger and bring them closer to each other.

over the next days, they started meeting constantly, Madara finally learned how to bounce the rock on the river, it took him about one week, they sometimes spare and sometimes they just sit around and enjoy their time, nonetheless it was a nice period for all of them and a good distractions from all the wars, killing and slaughter going around.
