Study Days at Hogwarts

Chapter 1159: ordinary day

  Chapter 1159 An Ordinary Day

"Busy working?"

Isobel, who was wearing a loose nightgown, walked into the study with two cups of steaming milk, put one of them on the desk in front of Albert, lifted her hair, leaned over and kissed his cheek, and sat down On the chair by the window, she reached out and opened the light beige curtains, looking at Katrina who was jogging in the yard.

"Why don't you get more sleep?"

Albert finished sorting out the notes on the table, put them in the drawer, and turned to look at Isobel who was sitting there drinking milk.

"I won't sleep anymore, I used to wake up for morning exercises at this time." Isobel was quite helpless, since many things have been inconvenient since she became pregnant.

"How about going back to sleep?" Albert took a sip of milk and reminded with a smile: "Lack of sleep is not good for the skin, but it is a natural enemy of women."

   "That's not all your fault."

Isobel looked away from the courtyard, and asked his doubts, "Do you care about those Muggle money?"

"Yeah! After all, I'm a greedy capitalist. Well, I'm very greedy for everything, and I want to take everything for myself." Albert put down his glass, walked to Isobel's side, and leaned over the white He pecked lightly on the cheek, leaving a white mark.

"Really, the man who is about to become the father of the child, why is he still like a child." Isobel also kissed Albert's face.

"We were children." Albert sat down beside Isobel, and said without blushing, "In the eyes of most people, we are all just children."

"No, you are the child, the nineteen-year-old child."

Isobel put down the cup, reached out to help Albert wipe off the marks left on his cheeks, and leaned his head on his shoulder, "Actually, I regret not going out to work for a while, sometimes I feel like A child feels naive."

"This is not very good, I prefer this kind of girl." Albert gently stroked Isobel's head like comforting a child, "I like this feeling of being in love."

"The feeling of being in love won't last long, and life will always return to normal." Isobel held Albert's hand, just like Nico and Perenal.

"An ordinary life is good." Albert changed the subject, "In two years, when we don't have to worry about money, we will go to the Far East to visit them, travel and taste the food there."

   "You big liar."

Isobel pouted slightly, looked into Albert's eyes and said, "I've never seen you worry about money."

Even if Albert has a high attainment in Occlumency, it is difficult to hide certain things from her.

Albert doesn’t really care about money issues. Helping his family earn a lot of wealth is nothing more than leaving room for himself. When encountering things, he won’t panic.

"Well, this is actually my biggest wish when I was a child."

Albert didn't care about being crowned a big liar at all, he gently stroked Isobel's little hand and said, "I remember telling you about this before."

"Make a lot of money." Isobel raised his eyebrows slightly, "To be honest, thinking about how to make money in the future is very strange since I was a child."

"In the Muggle world, money is very important, because many things have to be aligned with money, so when I was a child, I only thought about how to make money when I grow up." Albert nodded, reaffirming his words.

"If I want to marry a beauty like you in the Muggle world, I have to be rich."

Isobel couldn't help but rolled his eyes. He didn't want to continue talking about these things with Albert, so he changed the subject and asked, "When do you plan to start writing the memoirs of the LeMays?"

"Just in the near future." Albert thought for a while and said: "I have to help Dumbledore write a memoir by the way."

   "You are quite busy."

"Isn't there still a need for your help?"

"I knew it would be like this." Isobel had such an expression: "You seem to like to throw things to others."

"No way, who made me busy with a lot of things, and now I can't do this." Albert said naturally: "Moreover, the efficiency of teamwork is higher."

"That's because you want to be lazy." Isobel saw through Albert's intentions at a glance.

"After drinking, let's go outside for a walk." Albert handed the remaining half glass of milk to Isobel.

   "I can't drink that much."

After taking a few more sips, Isobel handed the cup to Albert.

After Albert finished drinking the remaining milk, he walked to the desk, picked up his wand and waved it lightly, sending the two empty glasses back to the kitchen.

"Let's go, let's go for a walk in the yard, and take Tom with us by the way, that guy should lose weight too." Albert looked at Isobel, as if thinking of something, "You go back and change your clothes first, the weather is getting colder now gone."

"knew."

After Isobel went back to his room to change clothes, Albert followed him out of the study room. Before leaving, he glanced at the double-sided mirror on the bookshelf and gently closed the door.

Go to the room prepared for Tom. There are various cat climbing frames in the room. Unfortunately, lazy Tom has never used them since he moved here.

At this moment, fat cat Tom is resting on the soft cushion.

Albert picked up the guy who was still sleeping late from the mat, and found that the guy was even heavier. He carried Tom to the lawn in the yard, rubbed the cat's head with his hand, then picked up the cat's ears and taught him a lesson, "If you don't exercise anymore, the ration will be halved in the future, and there will be no dried fish to eat."

I don't know if Tom understood, he kept rubbing his head against the back of Albert's hand, and then yawned again.

"Ms. Norris is quite smart, why are you so stupid?"

"I think Tom became like this because of you." Isobel smiled and touched Tom's head.

"I suspect that Mrs. Norris of Filch has cat raccoon blood, otherwise how could she be so smart." Albert said suddenly: "I remember that someone next door to Potter specially raised this kind of smart cat, maybe I should find Tom a companion."

Looking at the shit-shoveling officer who was going away, Tom lazily got up from the ground, trotted towards the two of them, and then fell down in front of Albert and acted like a baby.

"I think Tom is actually quite smart. He can only say what kind of owner and cat he has." Isobel patted Tom's head with a smile.

   "I'm not fat at all."

Albert took Isobel's hand, stepped over Tom and continued walking in the garden.

This kind of life is actually pretty good. It would be even better if there was no threat of Voldemort.

Sometimes, Albert even thought about throwing everything away, taking Isobel away from it all, and living the life he wanted.

Anyway, with his ability, there is no need to worry about other issues at all.

However, Albert finally gave up, because his appearance caused many things to change.

To be honest, Albert was a little worried that the situation would become uncontrollable. Perhaps, the future will not change easily, but sometimes it is easy to change.

Once Voldemort is not defeated by Harry, maybe the near future will become a mess, which is not the future he wants.

Only a dead Voldemort is a good Voldemort.

It's been a year or two, and Albert will not take the risk to gamble.

Of course, this is not the whole reason.

More is actually to trigger panel tasks and get more panel experience and skill points.

As he once said to Isobel, he is a greedy person.

   Albert never denied this.

He is very clear that most of his achievements come from panel skills. Even though he is now in a very high position and has stored a large amount of experience and skill points, he still cannot satisfy Albert's greedy appetite.

Although he really doesn't need these now, what about the near future?

Perhaps, in the future, he will try to make the Philosopher's Stone, brew the elixir of life, and even refine the potion of eternal youth.

Store a lot of experience in advance, which will definitely come in handy in the future.

Active participation will allow Albert to gain more benefits.

Intuition told him that if he missed this opportunity, he might not have the opportunity to gain a lot of experience in the future.

Moreover, Albert prefers to keep the situation under control, rather than panic and face the future.

   "What are you thinking about?"

Isobel bent down, put the chrysanthemum picked from the garden on Tom's back, and pressed the lazy Tom to the ground.

"I'm thinking about what else is missing."

Albert looked at Tom who was eating chrysanthemums, "When the time comes, should we go to St. Mungo's Hospital for Magical Injuries, or should we quietly tie up some therapists and come back to help."

"I asked my mother, she said no problem." Isobel comforted. "Besides, it's still early."

"Although she is a professional, I still don't feel at ease. I will find someone to inquire about it another day and make preparations in advance."

Speaking, Albert and Isobel walked towards the sun room, where Katrina was already doing yoga.

When Isobel and Katrina moved their bodies together, Albert was sitting on the sofa next to him and watching quietly, reaching out and rubbing the head of Tom who was yawning next to him.

At this moment, the house elf ran over, handed Albert a newspaper and a note, and asked what he wanted for breakfast.

   "Just as usual."

Albert looked at the enchanted note and opened it after confirming that it was from Dumbledore. There was only a short sentence inside: "Found it."

found it?

This should refer to Slytherin's locket.

"Well, it seems that we are one step closer to the goal, and I don't know if I am doing it right!" Albert let go of the note in his hand and let it burn into ashes. Some red and golden spots floated out of the ashes. Dumbledore's voice suddenly sounded in Burt's ear.

"I have completely destroyed the pendant box, and the last one is likely to be a gold cup. I hope to chat with you another day. I may need to ask you for something."

Dumbledore's voice was blown away by a gust of wind along with the burning ashes.

   Voldemort is doomed!

   This is really good news.

But, will things really go as smoothly as expected?

If Voldemort found out that all his Horcruxes were destroyed, would he still try to create new Horcruxes?

Forget it, this shouldn't be my trouble.

Albert opened today's newspaper and began to read the latest front-page news.

The Defense Against the Dark Arts training program was implemented faster than he expected.

However, this article should be written by Rita Skeeter, who openly questioned the purpose and effect of the Defense Against the Dark Arts training program implemented by the Ministry of Magic in the newspaper, thinking that Scrimgeour was trying to please the masses.

"Is there a problem with today's newspaper?"

After finishing the morning exercise, Katrina pulled Isobel to sit opposite Albert, drank a few mouthfuls of light salt water specially prepared by the house elf, and asked.

"No problem, the Ministry of Magic intends to conduct preliminary defense against the dark arts training for ordinary wizards, so that everyone can have more self-protection capabilities." Albert handed today's newspaper to Katrina.

"Do you think this thing works?" After reading the newspaper, Katrina looked up at Albert. She always felt that this matter had something to do with Albert.

"Of course it works." Albert said affirmatively, "Most wizards have not received formal defense against the dark arts training, so they perform so poorly. It can't be their fault, but the Ministry of Magic."

Finally decided to delete some content, wasting a lot of time.
