Although most of the people in the Kingdom still didn't even have access to electricity, but they were very happy. Even James boldly guessed the citizen of his Kingdom must be among the happiest in the world. As the Kingdom was located near the equator, its soil was very fertile.

As the problem of food was solved, there was none of the people starved. According to data provided by Zhou Huang, the literacy rate of the people was a staggering 99.4%! Even if you looked at the whole world, the Kingdom was in the first place. Almost all the people in the Kingdom live a decent live and have their fief even if it small.

There were no 'poor' people in real sense in the Kingdom, so the entire Kingdom society was in peace and harmony. It also means there was no criminal as the entire society was just that big. Even James sometimes wondered the Kingdom was a piece of heaven that fell to the mortal world, the utopia of Earth.

The Kingdom gave James a stark contrast compared to the rest of the world with their unique condition. Although there were two main ethnic groups which were Chinese and British people, but they live in harmony. Since the Kingdom was backward, there was not even a modern factory on it. It also means the pollution didn't exist.

With System and the Emperor memory help, James already made a rough plan for the future of the Kingdom. If he couldn't even successfully completed the plan, he should just commit suicide immediately.
