They didn't construct any type of power generator though, as James already had a better option for it. They would coordinate with other construction companies later.

China CCCC undertook the project for the construction of the road for the whole Kingdom. As James already gave a complete plan, they directly gave an estimation price. $17 Billion and guarantee to complete within two years. They would also coordinate with other construction companies later.

China CSCE undertook the project for the Lannister Internation Airport. As James felt the airport was the first impression for the future tourist, he wanted the best of it. So he took the best design from System, and he didn't care how much it cost.

The whole airport complex cost $21 Billion, and the phase one completion date was within one year and eight months. This airport would surpass Istanbul and Beijing Daxing airport as the biggest single terminal airport. After phase one was complete, it could handle 100 million passengers a year.

German Hochtief undertook the project for the port. If the port were completed, its scale would rank among the top 3 of the world. It cost estimation of $5 Billion and a completion date within one year. They also took the project for one-third of the industrial zone for $3 Billion and a completion date within one year.

Sweden STRABAG undertook the project of the remaining of the industrial zone for $6 Billion and a completion date within one year. They also took the construction of a basic amenities facility for another $2 Billion.

Basically, nine of the world's top ten construction companies were contracted by James! Moreover, all of this construction was only considered as phase one of the Kingdom! James already envisioned phase two, phase three, or even phase four!
