Chapter 30 – She’s just my cousin

“My daughter will be a great relief, Puffs is so good.”

“She’s not well behaved at all.”

After hearing Shen Yu’s words, Asaba Rika rolled his eyes, Shen Yu was really demanding, he was so good and still said he was not.

She didn’t dwell on the question and continued in a longing tone, “If I had a daughter I would buy her lots of beautiful clothes, buy her little dresses, little shoes, wear all kinds of delicate hairstyles and make her look extra cute.”

Shen Yu wondered, “Are you trying to raise a daughter to play dress-up?”

“Dress up game?”

“It’s all about changing the characters into all sorts of nice clothes.”

“Oh! I know this one, I especially like to play this game! Shen Yu, do you want to play too? I’ll recommend a few to you.”

With that, Asaba Rika took out his mobile phone and tried to introduce the game to Shen Yu.

Shen Yu wiped his mouth with a tissue and said breathlessly, “Let’s go, are we still going to class?”

The two of them put on their helmets and Shen Yu gets on the motorbike first, while Asaba Rika squeezes the hem of her skirt, holding the handbag on her shoulder with one hand and naturally holding Shen Yu’s waist with the other.

Shen Yu sent her over to the art department to save her from bogging down on the campus, after all, the only thing she could recognise was the tallest library building.

“Ten o’clock, Shen Yu. And you?”

“I have to be in class until eleven forty.”

“Then I’ll wait for you to get out of class and I’ll message you when I get to the library.”

“Hmm.”

She had been waiting for him to leave class for the past two days, so if Shen Yu left class earlier next time, would it be better for him to wait for her?

Shen Yu pondered this question and came to the classroom.

He was used to entering the classroom through the back door, and when he entered through the front door, he could not avoid being watched, and Shen Yu did not like the feeling of being watched.

A quick glance at the seating situation in the classroom shows that the short-haired girl sitting in the front left quietly reading a book is Zhao Yage, and the one sitting in the far back corner with headphones on is Ke Liangji.

Although Ke Liangji and Zhao Yage could be considered good friends, the two of them would never sit together whenever Shen Yu was not around, unless Shen Yu was sitting between them.

After some thought, Shen Yu went ahead and sat down in the empty seat next to Ke Liangji.

“You and Yage both misunderstood what happened yesterday.” Shen Yu said sincerely.

“Don’t get so close to me, you smell like danger.” Ke Liangji said cautiously.

“She and I are just ordinary friends, she is my far distant cousin who came from Japan to study abroad, not the kind of relationship you think, how could I betray you?”

Shen Yu looked heartbroken and remorseful, as if he had mistakenly paid his true heart: “The three of us competed together, studied together, and were single together, don’t you still believe in me, do I look like someone who would fall in love, not to mention that she is my far distant cousin.”

“How many distances?” Ke Liangji asked.

“Then why didn’t you tell us about it earlier? And hide away?”

“It’s not like you guys misunderstood before I had a chance to explain!”

Shen Yu said, “My cousin has only been here for a few days, think about it, how could I have a relationship in a matter of days, and I’ve been so busy with algorithms over the summer that I couldn’t squeeze in a lick of time.”

“So that’s it.”

Ke Liangji came to his senses and went back to being with Shen Yu.

“It’s really unlikely, I think a girl like your cousin, who the average person would want to fall in love with, is about as fantastic as a secondary wife in an anime running out of the screen to live with someone, how can that happen in reality.”

“Oh you know that’s good.” Shen Yu was a little embarrassed.

With the added effect of his distant cousin, Ke Liangji easily believes Shen Yu’s words, and Shen Yu is not worried that Ke Liangji will confront Asaba Rika; there is no way that these two will ever cross paths.

“I still think it’s weird though, how come I’ve never heard you say you have such a far distant cousin before”

“Why don’t I call her over at noon and you can ask her in person.”

Ke Liangji was startled and said, “But don’t, I’m scared when I see her, I’ll die if I talk to her, I’ll just trust you.”

“Is there any hope for you?” Shen Yu asks.

“The doctor says it’s a psychological problem and that I’ll be fine when I get married later.” Ke Liangji is not worried.

“So you can’t touch girls, you’re fucking married to a sow?”

Shen Yu was speechless and thought, “What is the difference between this and not eating breakfast on an empty stomach?

“Then I won’t get married, I can’t leave my wives behind.”

Ke Liangji said and opened his phone again, the lock screen screen screen was a secondary girl and the desktop was another secondary girl, looking at them with a happy expression on his face.
