The members of both Lei and Ye family were all stunned as they all witnessed how Lei Tianming pierced Ye Fang on the c.h.e.s.t with his sword.

Those who are from the city lord forces all watch in terror as their patriarch kneels on the ground with his face pale as paper. Grief and despair were written on their faces as their leader was defeated.

On the opposite side, the Lei family members had a smile on their faces and their eyes were burning in admiration and pride towards their patriarch. Some of the Ye family members dropped down their weapons and kneel on the ground. Look of grief and unwillingness surfaced in their faces as they decided to swallow this shame.

This woman was Mei Jiao, her job was to watch and observe all important details about the fight between Ye Fang and Lei Tianming.

Although Ye Fang is already dead, this news is still very important and they might have a use for it in their future plans. Aside from the scandal of the Ye family, she also heard about the cooperation between the Jin family and the Lei family.

In the Imperial Capital of the Sacred Sun Empire. The leading family was of course the Imperial Family as they hold the highest authority in the whole Sacred Sun Empire. The second position was currently in a struggle between the Shen Family and the Jin Family with the latter slightly inferior due to the Shen Family's engagement and connection with the Imperial Family. Last of the Four Great Families in the Imperial Capital was the Nangong Family.

The battle between the Jin and Shen family in this couple of years was intense. With the Shen Family slightly ahead, the Jin Family was doing their best to form connections everywhere. The Jin Family also hold a high power in the military of the empire. With their current patriarch being a Great General of the Army. Aside from this, the eldest young master of the Jin Family holds a great influence in the military just like the patriarch. He is also a disciple of the Imperial Sword Sect with one of his uncles being an elder in the said sect.

It could be said that if there are no engagement between the Imperial Family and the Shen Family, the Shen Family will definitely inferior compare to the Jin Family.

Outside the Spring Breeze City, Esdeath was currently walking towards the city with an icy expression on her face. In front of her were five n.a.k.e.d people crawling in all fours like a dog. In their neck was a metallic collar connected by chain with Esdeath holding each of its ends. This five people were Tang Ming and the others who came to the Dark Beast Mountain.

Behind her was the 100 shinigami of the 11th Division which Shen Yu tasked to help her in taking the city. Each of them were releasing a thick killing intent that could make those near to them shivered in fear.

After a few moments, they already reach the front gate of the Spring Breeze City. There is no one guarding the gate which makes their job more easier than they've expected.

Holding the five chains, Esdeath with an indifferent voice said, "Do as what the young master had planned and execute it perfectly. If there is anyone who pose a threat, eliminate it quickly. We must finish this mission today. Now disperse"
