his eyes flutter open, he felt like -he slept for quite a long time, looking around for a while and letting the drowsiness wash away he proceeded to sit cross-legged on his bed and started absorbing the essence.

Yes essential he thought that 'essence' and 'mana' are the same but, during all this year's meditating and practising material arts, he came to a conclusion that there are different kinds of energy and the rawest energy present here is the 'Essence', which is what he is gathering. for now, to make it simpler he named it ' Energy-E ', to understand more and have a definite understanding of the concept he had planned to research further.

finishing his morning routine of meditating immediately after waking up, he got off the bed and started freshening up, he wore quite simple clothes - a white shirt with black pants.
