"Settia, get my acetaminophen. It's in the bathroom; it's inside the mirror storage case." Settia's master abruptly set his pen down and sneezed directly in his cubital fossa, or more commonly known as elbow pit.

"Yes, master."

"Go now—" Settia's master got interrupted with another sneeze. "Gesundheit."

Swiftly, Settia went to his master's comfort room and grabbed the acetaminophen but couldn't help wondering why his master had cyproheptadine.

'System, is cyproheptadine illegal in this world?'
