Ye Zong fused with his Black Scaled Earth Dragon and confront the Snow Wind Ape. Ye Zong s.u.c.k.e.d in a mouthful of air and then released a black flame, while the Snow Wind Ape roared, resulting a Blizzard and counters Ye Zong's breath attack. Noticing that ranged attack can do nothing against the Ape, he headed forward and swings his tail to the App, but the Ape catch his tail easily and swing him as if he is it's toy. Luckily the defense capabilities of the Black Scaled Earth Dragon is top notch. Or else, Ye Zong would have been crushed by that swinging.

" Guah!! " Ye Zong shouted in pain as his merging is cancelled.

" City Lord! " The guards exclaimed.

" Don't worry. He is the City Lord. He isn't someone that will go down with that. " I said as I behead the Snow Wind Wolf I caught just now and start salvaging everything.

After that, they all look at Ye Zong and notice that Ye Zong is concentrating and putting his strength, mind and soul into a single point, which is his sword. The aura surrounding Ye Zong become both tranquil and majestic. The Ape looks at Ye Zong with confused face as it tried to grab Ye Zong, but when its hand almost touches Ye Zong, its arm is severed and not a trace of blood can be seen because the wound is frozen. The Ape doesn't even notice that it's arm has been severed, as it repeatedly swinging it's arm seemingly trying to grab Ye Zong. And after a few moment, it is splitted into two by a tyrannical sword aura. Ye Zong then breathe and let out bad air.

" The City Lord won! " roars of cheers are coming from the wall.

' Ye Zong is already a 2-star Legend Rank, and he is facing a 1-star Legend Rank Demon Beast. Of course he would win right? What is this cheering for? I catch a 3-star Legend Rank Wolf and no one even bother about it. '

Ye Xiu has merged with his demon spirit, and face the Snow Wind Ape. In term of strength, Ye Xiu is in great loss, but he covers it using his agility. He keeps dodging the attack of Snow Wind Ape while slashing it using his sword. Three minutes later, the Ape's legs have been covered in cuts, and it lost it's strength to stand as the pain is irresistible. Ye Xiu silently appears beside it and cut its throat and retreat as the Snow Wind Ape start to twitch harder and harder as it bleed to death.

' Damn! Never thought that this old man is so sadistic as letting his prey die slowly and painfully like that! ' I thought as I cringe.

Chen ZhengLong is facing a Snow Wind Bear, which strength is not below an Abyss Bear. The bear keep swinging it's paw to hit Chen ZhengLong,but he easily parries it with his great sword.

' Hey hey hey. He is becoming better and better at parrying now! ' I thought as I see him parries the bear's assault majestically. ' Ah! The bear is done for. '

Chen ZhengLong grinned as his sword shines brighter and brighter, and when it is almost at it's limit, he swing it, and hit the bear with the side of his sword. The Bear's head exploded and brain liquid and blood splattered everywhere.

' Damn! Another sadist! ' I thought and then I look at Duan Jian's direction.

Duan Jian is also fighting a Snow Wind Bear. The Bear keeps hitting Duan Jian with it's paw, but Duan Jian is standing there not moving and keep looking at the Snow Wind Bear. The bear is getting irritated because it's paw can't even hurt Duan Jian, and it bites Duan Jian.

' Ah! Stupid bear. ' I thought when seeing the bear's attempt to bite Duan Jian.

When the bear's teeth hit Duan Jian's body, it all shattered.

How can a mere bear's teeth damage a dragon's body? Even a dragon itself can only leave a small scratch wound when biting other dragon.

The bear than wailed in pain as it's teeth are broken, and then Duan Jian simply swing his mace, crushing the knee of the bear and ripping it from the bear's body. The bear stumbled and roared in pain, and it doesn't last long as Duan Jian directly swings his mace down on the bear's mouth, and crushes the bear's head, relieving it from pain.

... Next, HuYan Xiong is fighting a Snow Wind Lizard. HuYan Xiong leaps toward the Lizard and prepared to launch his fist, but the Lizard uses snow breath which made HuYan Xiong's movement become sluggish.

" Damn! Red Gauntlet! " he shouted as he raised the gauntlet, and heat aura is emitted and neutralize the coldness.

' Hoo. To think that he manages to utilize and manipulate the inscription's ability. Not bad. '

" Crimson Fist! " HuYan Xiong shouted as he clenched his fist and his gauntlet's color become redder and produce visible crimson red flame. He disappears and then reappears below the Lizard and punches its abdomen.

The Lizard doesn't even have time to make any noise as it's body is scorched and become ashes in an instant.

The last battle is the battle between Xiao YunFeng and a Snow Wind Rabbit, but when I want to watch the fight, it is already over. Xiao YunFeng is standing there with a tranquil manner and in front of him is a puddle of blood.

' I should treat my fiancees well or I will be SLASHED, SCORCHED or MINCED. ' I thought.

After the defeat of the Legend Rank Demon Beasts, the Silver Rank and the Gold Rank Demon Beasts fled in fear, leaving the corpses of their fallen comrades behind.

" Well, just bear with it. " I said as I forced a smile and the three of them return back inside me.

After that, I sneak into Ye Zong's office while in void form.
