One hour before the banquet starts. City Lord's Mansion, Banquet Hall.

There are three people in the banquet hall, seemingly discussing something. The three people are no other than Chen LinJian, Ye Xiu and Ye Shuo.

" So, the placement of the seat is Sacred Family seated in the middle while the other family is taking the rear eh? " Ye Shuo said.

" What are we doing in the secret chamber LinJi... " Ye ZiYun said and before she finished her sentence, she found a letter and interspatial ring on where Chen LinJian was standing just now as she is locked inside the secret chamber.

" Yun'er. I am sorry for locking you inside, but this is the decision that father-in-law and me agreed to, as tonight, we are going to take care of the Sacred Family. We are doing this to protect you as the possibility of you being held hostage is high, thus the decision of locking you here. An hour has passed. Experts from various family arrive and take the seat according to the plate that has their family's name written on it. The Sacred Family also has arrived. Shen Hong looked at Chen LinJian and then snorted as he takes a seat and chatting with his family members.

' What is this uneasiness that I feel now? Why I can't calm down. Even though I am already at Demigod Rank. ' Chen LinJian thought.

Chen LinJian then goes to the rear and meet up with his brothers and fiancees to warn them about the plan tonight because of the uneasiness that he felt. His brothers and fiancees nodded and they become vigilant to the surrounding.

After that, Chen LinJian goes back and chat with Ye Xiu and Ye Shuo, and made Shen Hong's face even darker.

Meanwhile, at the Sacred Family's main house, Ye Zong with special force of the City Lord's guard clash against the Sacred Family's expert. The situation is dire, since the experts from the Sacred Family are annihilated as they are facing two Legend Rank experts, Ye Zong and Gong LiangShu.

" City Lord! Please explain why are you attacking us like this! Do you reach Legend Rank just to bully us? " One of the three elders inquired.

" You dare to ask such question when you know the reason behind this raid. If you all surrender, then I will spare you all. " Ye Zong said, and after that, the three elders nodded and simultaneously attack Ye Zong.

" Heh. Attacking me. Then don't blame me for being impolite and unforgiving! " Ye Zong shouted as he merges with the Snow Wind Ape and freeze the three elders and the surrounding Sacred Family members.

" Detain them! " Ye Zong shouted.

Back to the Banquet Hall.
