Tamer of Cosmic Beasts

Chapter 39: Announcement

Razi Tea continued.

"I understand many of you are confused and angry in regard to this decision, Abran has been continuously attacked by beast raids every year. Migrating back here is a risk but no treasure can be found without choosing to dive into the clutches of danger.

You will see the benefits of my decision very soon. Now, I'd like you all to come forward one by one, starting with father."

The half white-haired old man came forward and Akash checked him.

[Name: Momi Tea

Realm: 2nd Moon, Star General

Aptitude: Lower-High Grade

Learnt laws: Fire Law, Earth Law

Inborn Laws: Poison Law (Awakened) Life Law (Awakened)]

Akash gestured him to one side and stated.

"Stand there, Mr. Momi."

Momi Tea stood where he was told before another young man came forward. He was a good looking one too. His name was Meer Tea, the youngest brother of Razi and Haji.

Akash told him to stand near Momi Tea, to which he complied as well. After checking them all, Akash counted that there was a total of 170 members in the Tea family besides Baghi, Haji and Razi. From which, only 53 were standing on the side, while the rest were sent back.

Akash looked at Razi.

"These 53 will join our force."

Baghi raised his hand and made a sound barrier with the trio, two Tea brothers and Akash inside, he asked.

"My Liege, are the others not good enough? They have a good cultivation level, I'm sure they would come in handy as well."

Haji did that to not hurt the feelings of his other family members. Akash replied in a clear voice.

"Earl Baghi, I chose quality over quantity. There were only 3 more people except for you and Haji who had a high-grade aptitude and could become an Earl.

They were your son and grandsons. The other 50 members have a common grade aptitude while the rest have a poor grade one. It seems like without your bloodline, the Tea Family would have already crumbled a long time ago."

Razi asked.

"Then, what about the remaining 117 members, My Liege?"

Akash replied indifferently.

"They will take care of business, while the 54 will only focus on training. You can check on them whenever you want."

Razi Tea nodded, Baghi cancelled the barrier and Akash took the 54 members inside the headquarters. As they went in, Baghi Tea spoke to all of his family.

"Everyone, listen carefully. You know that I, Baghi Tea, care about our family more than anything, you guys have faithfully supported and followed me along all the way.

I know I'm not the head of the family anymore, but, please, trust me one more time. It's our chance to outclass the other families. In Moro City, we were simply wealthy, we didn't have any real power there, but here, things can be different.

There, we had to hire guards and bribe others to do our work, but here, in Abran, we will have both money and power without any rivals. I've never bowed before anyone, but His Majesty is different. He is worthy to be called a true king.

As such, tomorrow, we will make an international declaration that we are migrating back to Abran and will shift our mansion, offices and business headquarters here as well. We will also make an announcement that if any independent tamer wants our backing, we will support and guide them in Abran. This continent has been silent ever since Abran's fall, now we will cause an uproar with our rise."

The Tea family boldly nodded and started discussing, they would never underestimate the capability of Baghi, neither did they doubt his love towards his family. After a few more words, Baghi had completely convinced the Tea family.

As Razi and Haji were standing behind Baghi, the latter hit Razi with his elbow and commented.

"Hey, brother, you should take some coaching classes from grandpa."

Razi's eyebrows twitched as he looked at Haji and replied.

"I would rather hide under the bed than face grandpa. Haha, I'd piss my pants."

Soon after, Akash came outside with 53 new members. Momi Tea and Meer Tea were wearing the cloaks of Earls while the rest had the red cloaks of Soldiers.

Akash looked behind at them and his heart began to beat faster and louder. Not because of any fear or hesitation but because of the exhilarating satisfaction, he said in his heart.

"I'm one step closer to the mission, ancestors."

Akash and the rest started planning their future actions. Haji Tea suggested purchasing the whole of the 12th Zone before it got too expensive, as Akash lived in the 11th Zone, so the 12th one would be closest to him. Everyone agreed. After making some further plans,

Akash asked Haji.

"Earl Haji, the tournament is in 6 months from now, correct?"

"Yes, My Liege."

"Alright, then I have decided to make two teams. Those who were selected for our force will train with me for the next 6 months and those who were not will rebuild Abran city."

None were against his decision. Even if they were not chosen, they had always wanted to go to their forefathers' hometown. Now that they had the resolve to move here, they also wanted to be part of this city's prosperity.

~The Next Day~

Every news channel in the entire continent was showing the announcement of the Tea Family.

~In Moro City~

A 1.93 meters tall old man, with a bulky body and curly hair, was watching the news, while leaning on his big glaive. He had a thick beard with no moustache.

"The famous and wealthy Tea Family, that had risen to prominence in Moro City, have decided to fully migrate to their previous hometown in Abran city, also known as the Cursed City.

What is the reason behind their sudden decision? Let's ask our guest, the previous head of the Tea family, the infamous spear and moustache, Baghi Tea."

Akash and the rest decided to send Baghi Tea for such announcements, as he was a veteran and the wisest in the Tea Family. He replied to the host calmly.

"We have had our eyes on Abran from the day it was destroyed, now that we have enough power and money to build Abran back to its former glory, we don't have any reason to wait anymore."

The host inquired further.

"Mr. Baghi, why are you relocating your offices and business there as well? Don't you know that Abran has been attacked by beast raids every year since that time?"

Baghi smiled.

"I know that, more than anyone alive... However, we are planning to permanently recruit independent tamers as well, to help us with this among other potential issues.

They will be called the tamers of Abran, not the tamers of the Tea Family. We won't force anyone to change their family name.

All we will ask them of them is to serve Abran city and its people. If anyone is willing to come, we will accept them with open arms."

Baghi Tea looked at the camera, squeezed his eyes and asked.

"I don't have a beard, do I look good?"

The man who was watching the T.V flinched.

Baghi continued right after.

"I wish someone with a beard would come and join us, because... it's time."

~CHIZZ~

The bulky old man turned off the T.V and giggled.

"Haha, so finally it's time…"

He looked at the back and spoke loudly.

"Let's go, boys!"

Two young men came out, twin to be precise. Both with clearly visible and bulging muscles that gave the impression of extreme masculinity but their hair was of different colours and both were holding glaives.

The brown-haired twin spoke.

"Where father? The government is still looking for us."

"Hahaha, we don't have to hide anymore."

"At least tell us where we are going, old man."

The black-haired one asked.

The old man smiled ear to ear and stated.

"We are going to Abran!"
