As big tombstone became completly dim, transparent line of light shot into the sky. Dirt started to get pushed from the ground around it. Hand rised up, it lacked any skin, fat, veins or muscle it was just a bone, similar thing could be seen again as other hand exited the ground. It seemed like they were using the hard floor to brought up something within earth to the surface. Two horns started to show, they had very pointy ends, in fact, they looked exactly like those of a bull but bigger. Next came it's head, still only bones could be seen without even chunk of flesh. When head was completly out from Colosseums terrain it was visible that instead of eyes, on it's completly animal like skull, there were red dots. Soon after it's head popped up, it's whole skeletal body started to spring up. Not even bit of soil was on it's snow colored bones. It's legs had sloght shift on the end. This wasn't the only instance, there were more than six dozen of them. Only thing that was diffrent about them was that each had diffrent weapons, which looked old and worn out.

"Hold your positions! Don't make first attack!" Noah was, as always, quick to make decisions and judge situation. He showed this since young age while playing Capture the Flag. He was natural-born leader.

After movement of dirt stopped, monsters split into 5 uneven groups, making sure to attack every human. Biggest group, was obviously, charging towards group Alex was in, as it was biggest. Guardian's lowered their stance hoping they will be able to whitstand impact of few dozen two meter high skeletal monsters that were quickly approaching.

"Mages, spells! Guardian's make sure to hold front-line!" Noah as first in the line was closest to the upcoming monster. It raised it's big battle axe high into the sky before it made sure to slam Noah with highest strenght it could achive, and so battle began.

Because front-line was able to hold well Alex could focus on his spell. Alex shot Spark towards c.h.e.s.t of the monster, however he hitted shoulder instead, his aim wasn't perfect but just fact that he could even hit at all was remarkable. As electricity connected with a bone, rectengual shaped window appeared in top right corner of his vision.

'Huh, it's 0? Well, it would look dead if it wasn't so... alive. Ha, ha... Focus. How are we supposed to kill it than?'

Ace, as one just behind guardians being next to the knights and spearman, also fought at the front. His opponent that was of similar height as him couldn't take even one strike of his massive sword. It's whole head, right side of his c.h.e.s.t and right shoulder got detached from rest of the body. But after few seconds, bones flew right back where they were suppost to be. Pieces of broken bones just mended right in, losing evidance it was ever missing.

Ace, same as everyone, didn't know what to do.

"Why do they just keep getting up, how are we supposed to kill them." Everyone started panicking. "Ahh! Watch where you shoot asshole!" Inexperienced mages were already bad at aiming, added panic just fueled it further. Front line didn't know if they needed to protect their backs or the front, as similar occurences happend few times. Samantha couldn't keep up with all healing she needed to do. Formation quickly fell apart as guardians couldn't keep up with numbers of Minotaures. Injueres started to stack up and deaths started to appear. While everyone was in horror, Alex made his way to the front line.

Alex approached one of Minotaures and targeted behind of a bone where some type of red gem was hiding. As he stabbed gem right in the center, bones immedeatly fell down, not getting back up anymore. 'This is it!' "Everyone! There is gem in a place where heart would be! If you destroy it, they will stop moving!"

Alex didn't know if this would work so he had to tested it out. He saw glimpse of gem after that attack from Ace. It was very hard to notice, since it was hiding behind a bone, it size was of a golf ball.

After finding out way to fight back everyone had hope. There were only three people who could one-shot Minotaures. Alex, with his Machete that was perfect for going inbeetwen bones and striking the gem, Tanya that dodged attacks and destroyed gem with her hands, and Ace that just changed course of his attack a little bit and just straight up destroyed gem and whole upper body with it. Others needed more attacks to finish them of, but attackers were going down slow and steady. Situation was looking much better.

After every kill Alex commited he made sure to take Orb and Soul not wanting to deal with thieves later. His stats were slowly rising, it was also accelerated by the souls he focused on himself instead of weapon or Soul Monster.

Everything was going good.

"AHHHHH!"

"HEL-"

As loud screams and howls could be heard whole front-line turned their heads to what was happenng. At back-line massacare was taking place. There was one male full in black and with lifeless eyes. Blood was dripping from his short katana as puddels of blood were everywhere. As he continued to slash people puddels started to connect making pool of blood. Noah wasn't sure what to do since they were fighting Minotauers and whole front-line had very little stamina, they were normal people just few hourse ago how are they supposed to swing their heavy weapons for more than dozen attacks. Even if they knew how to kill them it was still hard getting closer. He hurriedly made decision for which he wasn't sure was the best.

"Ace and Tanya help out at the back." Noah, like before, made sure to remember each name of everyone new so there won't be any confusion when he ordered someone specificaly. He also wanted to give order to one of better fighters to go back, but there was no need since he was already running back towards his position at the center.

'F.u.c.k! I need to protect Samantha and Summoners!" Alex wasn't needed at his designated position even once so he switched to front line, and just when he did, of course, something had to happen.

Alex recognized guy in full black, he was the one that was sole survivor in his group. He was this strong because he massacared everyone, just like now.

After every kill he picked up Orb and dissapeard into the ground, emerging from behind his next target.

He continued doing this and soon he laid his eyes on his next victim. It was beautiful girl, she had deep brown-marble-like eyes, her hair of same color. At top of the eye were long and full eyelashes, and above them were perfectly curved thin and full eyebrows. Her whole face was in perfect proportion and looked to be around seventeen years of age. Again, he dissapeard.

He springed up from the surface behind a girl ready to slith her throat. Just as he was about to end her life, he felt electricity hitting his back and going throught out his whole body. He needed some time to get back to his senses from unexpected attack, but still somehow made it in time. As he was going into the ground he could see machete in place his head was just few moments ago.

'Is he Assasin class?' Alex knew that Assasin class existed because of that useless, arrogant, little kid.

This time, instead of immedeatly poping up from the ground, guy in black clothes just waited.

'Tsk. That guy is not that bad, that Pugilist girl and guy with sword are also coming. I'm don't think i can go versus three of them and leave uninjured. Well, i will at least leave parting gift.' This guy seriously might be able to kill them without dieing, after all he already absorbed two dozen Orbs.

Alex and Ace were leaning on eachothers backs, so Alex could focus protecting person he prioratized most in the group after Ace. He was standing behind Samantha with her back facing his c.h.e.s.t, making sure no other man can come between them and take his position. Their formation was perfect for unwanted sneak attacks.

Swish

Mouths of two Mages filled up with blood as they fell on the ground lifeless. Man that did this got back into the ground immedeatly after getting Orbs. 'Huff... i used too much mana. It's enough for now.'

While back line was getting oblidarated, front line just finished with Minotaurs. There was only few left but they were fighting with other groups. Situation died down at the back as man in black clothes didn't appear anymore. Noah checked over his group. He was deppresed to find out how many have died. Over a dozen was dead on the ground.

'Did i make wrong choice?'

As other groups finished all Minotaurs new notification appeard.
